Abstract

本发明公开一种滑轨的锁扣装置，滑轨包括一导轨以及一滑轮座，导轨的最外端安装一方形围腔，该围腔的两相对侧枢接一板状锁扣，板状锁扣一端形成一倒齿，另一端形成一扳手，扳手与围腔之间装有一∠形簧片，围腔正对倒齿的那一侧开有一开口，该侧正对着滑轮座，滑轮座上装有一正对着开口的带帽螺丝。该装置安装非常方便，直接用螺丝安装在导轨上，就算存在安装尺寸上的误差，板状锁扣无法和螺丝帽头扣合或者扣合松动，只需拧动螺丝，调节螺丝的伸出长度，使得螺丝帽头与板状锁扣刚好扣合。安装好锁扣装置后，只需捏住扳手，使板状锁扣和螺丝帽头分离，这样就可以滑动台面板了，操作非常简单。

背景技术
在家具行业中，一些台面需要具有滑动功能，通常会在台面底下安装滑轨，使得台面可以相对台脚支架滑动。但是台面始终是用来承放物品的，在大多时候是不需要它滑动，此时就需要一锁扣装置，使得台面和台脚支架保持固定。现有的锁扣装置大多是一些外形比较粗糙的锁钩，这与家具所必需具备的观赏性是格格不入的。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种安装方便，操作简单，整体简洁的台面滑轨的锁扣装置。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案：一种台面滑轨的锁扣装置，所述滑轨包括一导轨以及一滑轮座，所述导轨的最外端安装一方形围腔，该围腔的两相对侧枢接一板状锁扣，所述板状锁扣一端形成一倒齿，另一端形成一扳手，所述扳手与所述围腔之间装有一∠形簧片，所述围腔正对所述倒齿的那一侧开有一开口，该侧正对着滑轮座，所述滑轮座上装有一正对着所述开口的带帽螺丝。
采用本发明所带来的有益效果：由于本发明滑轨的锁扣装置具有一方形围腔，使得整个装置就好像一个方形盒子一样，整体非常简洁大方，安装在台面上不会影响观赏性，甚至可以在方形围腔的最外侧标注LOGO，使台面更具观赏性。并且该装置安装非常方便，直接用螺丝安装在导轨上，就算存在安装尺寸上的误差，板状锁扣无法和螺丝帽头扣合或者扣合松动，只需拧动螺丝，调节螺丝的伸出长度，使得螺丝帽头与板状锁扣刚好扣合。安装好锁扣装置后，只需捏住扳手，使板状锁扣和螺丝帽头分离，这样就可以滑动台面板了，操作非常简单。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，一种滑轨的锁扣装置，该滑轨包括一导轨1以及一滑轮座2，导轨1的最外端安装一方形围腔3，该围腔3的两相对侧用一枢轴8枢接一板状锁扣4，板状锁扣4一端形成一倒齿41，另一端形成一扳手42，扳手42与围腔3之间装有一∠形簧片5，围腔3正对倒齿41的那一侧开有一开口31，该侧正对着滑轮座2，滑轮座2上装有一正对着开口31的带帽螺丝6。
安装时，滑轮座2安装在台面支架7上，台面板安装在导轨1上，导轨1和滑轮座2滑动配合安装。需要滑动台面时，用手捏住扳手42，板状锁扣4和螺丝6帽头分离，台面板就可以沿着滑轨向外自由滑动。

1.一种台面滑轨的锁扣装置，所述滑轨包括一导轨以及一滑轮座，其特征在于：所述导轨的最外端安装一方形围腔，该围腔的两相对侧枢接一板状锁扣，所述板状锁扣一端形成一倒齿，另一端形成一扳手，所述扳手与所述围腔之间装有一∠形簧片，所述围腔正对所述倒齿的那一侧开有一开口，该侧正对着滑轮座，所述滑轮座上装有一正对着所述开口的带帽螺丝，板状锁扣的倒齿卡接于带帽螺丝的螺帽，捏住扳手，板状锁扣和带帽螺丝的螺帽分离。
