Abstract

本发明涉及一种充电桩,所述刷卡机的输出端通过导线与显示屏的输入端连接;所述显示屏通过导线分别与充电器及充电控制器输入端连接;所述充电控制器输出端通过电线连接电流互感器,充电控制器通过信号线连接闭环控制器,所述电流互感器的输出端通过导线连接于闭环控制器输入端的接线柱上,闭环控制器的输出端依次连接有熔断器和继电器,插座通过导线连接于所述继电器上,插座与充电控制器之间通过信号线相连接,所述充电器和电动自行车之间还连接有极性转换装置。本发明通过增设极性转换装置,可自动自动检测充电设备极性,同时调整输出端口极性与充电设备相同,正常给充电设备充电,保护充电设备安全,有效解决了小区内充电乱接问题。

本发明涉及电动自行车充电设施领域,尤其涉及一种充电桩。
背景技术
随着城市的飞速发展,人们的节能环保意识不断增强,使得原来使用的摩托车逐步的被电动自行车所代替,电动自行车已经成为人们短途出行常用的交通工具之一。但是,在小区中,电动车主大多采用乱拉乱接的临时插座进行充电,直接给安全用电带来隐患。且目前电动自行车快速充电设备输出端有各种充电插头供不同品牌电动自行车选用,特别是电动自行车的三孔充电插座与蓄电池正负端有6种接线方式(①N+,L-;②L+,N-;③N+,E-;④E+,N-;⑤L+,E-;⑥E+、L-;),快速充电时,如果输出插头插错,轻则不充电,重则损坏充电设备,并烧坏电动自行车充电线路。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种充电桩,可自动检测充电设备极性,同时调整输出端口极性与充电设备相同,正常给充电设备充电,同时解决小区充电的安全隐患。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种充电桩,包括充电器、插座、刷卡机、显示屏、电流互感器、充电控制器、熔断器、继电器及闭环控制器,所述刷卡机的输出端通过导线与显示屏的输入端连接;所述显示屏通过导线分别与充电器及充电控制器输入端连接;所述充电控制器输出端通过电线连接电流互感器,充电控制器通过信号线连接闭环控制器,所述电流互感器的输出端通过导线连接于闭环控制器输入端的接线柱上,闭环控制器的输出端依次连接有熔断器和继电器,插座通过导线连接于所述继电器上,插座与充电控制器之间通过信号线相连接,所述充电器和电动自行车之间还连接有极性转换装置。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明方案的充电桩,通过增设极性转换装置,可自动自动检测充电设备极性,同时调整输出端口极性与充电设备相同,正常给充电设备充电,保护充电设备安全,有效解决了小区内充电乱接问题,安全性能高。

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如附图1所示的本发明所述的充电桩,包括充电器、插座、刷卡机、显示屏、电流互感器、充电控制器、熔断器、继电器及闭环控制器,所述刷卡机的输出端通过导线与显示屏的输入端连接;所述显示屏通过导线分别与充电器及充电控制器输入端连接;所述充电控制器输出端通过电线连接电流互感器,充电控制器通过信号线连接闭环控制器,所述电流互感器的输出端通过导线连接于闭环控制器输入端的接线柱上,闭环控制器的输出端依次连接有熔断器和继电器,插座通过导线连接于所述继电器上,插座与充电控制器之间通过信号线相连接,所述充电器和电动自行车之间还连接有极性转换装置。
本发明方案的充电桩,电动自行车自带充电器一端插入电动自行车上的插口,另一端插入到插座上,这时插座是不带电的,显示屏打开提示先刷卡,充电卡已经预先对充电次数设定,充电卡对刷卡机刷卡后,显示屏显示目前可充电插座的数量和位置,重新选择插座的位置并插入,这时充电控制器接通并通过电缆输出,电缆输出后穿过电流互感器,电流互感器通过输入电源后产生变比电流,再输入给闭环控制器,闭环控制器接收到电流信号后开启控制开关,输出电流,通过电缆连接熔断器,熔断器对回路电路发生的过载或短路起到保护作用,熔断器有电流通过后电缆再连接继电器吸合,并使得电源插座有电,插座上的显示灯亮,充电开始,在充电控制器上预设充电时间与继电器结合,当充电时间达到控制的时间,继电器断开,插座上的电源被切断,整个充电过程完成。本充电桩采用在充电器和电动自行车之间增设了极性转换装置,可自动检测充电设备极性,同时调整输出端口极性与充电设备相同,正常给充电设备充电,同时解决小区充电的安全隐患。

1.充电桩,包括充电器、插座、刷卡机、显示屏、电流互感器、充电控制器、熔断器、继电器及闭环控制器,其特征在于:所述刷卡机的输出端通过导线与显示屏的输入端连接;所述显示屏通过导线分别与充电器及充电控制器输入端连接;所述充电控制器输出端通过电线连接电流互感器,充电控制器通过信号线连接闭环控制器,所述电流互感器的输出端通过导线连接于闭环控制器输入端的接线柱上,闭环控制器的输出端依次连接有熔断器和继电器,插座通过导线连接于所述继电器上,插座与充电控制器之间通过信号线相连接,所述充电器和电动自行车之间还连接有极性转换装置。
