Abstract

本发明公开了一种将功率较小电压较低的蓄电池单体组合成为电池系统的连接方法。将功率较小的蓄电池单元单体,先串联,然后再并联,形成电池组合。同时,将串联的电池每两个作为最小组合单元,将每个组小组合单元的中心信号引出给电池管理系统;最小组合单元的两端,通过各自的保险丝连接到同一行对应的参考信号(组合的正负极例外),保险丝同时承担相应电池严重故障的保护功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种将功率较小电压较低的蓄电池单体连接成为电池系统的组合方法。
背景技术
在新能源汽车、通讯电源和家庭储能等领域,采用将大量的较小容量和电压的蓄电池单体,通过串联、并联或者多重串联和并联组合,构成一个电压更高,容量更大的电池系统。
在电池系统中,由于电池单体的性能差异,电池管理系统需要监控和管理每个电池的电压、温度等,同时,需要在发生事故后,系统能够将故障电池从电气连接中移除,保证整体系统安全。
电池的组合方式是串接和并接,如何能够有效地通过良好的连接,给各种管理系统提供有效的信号和条件,是目前的一个技术难题。
发明内容
本发明定义了一种新的连接方法,简单,易于实现,既能优化地给电池管理电路提供各种参考电压、信号和连接点等,同时能在电池单体出现短路等严重故障时,通过熔断保险从电路中移除;还具有强烈成本优势和便于通过定制集成电路来完成功能的特点。
本发明的连接方法见附图。

具体实施方式
1,如附图,将电池连接为n行和m列,通过正极B+、负极B-输出电压。
2,先串、再并,n个电池串接起来形成一列,再m列并接,构成一个蓄电池组合。
3,特别地,除B+和B-外,串接的每两个电池作为一个最小单元;每个单元的两端,通过一个保险丝FUSE,同同一行中的其他单元的保险丝连接到一起,设置为基准和参考电位COM1、COM2、…COMx,这些COM信号可以提供给各种应用电路。
4,每个电池串接单元的中心,引出一个信号TP,提供给应用电路使用。
5,当陈列中的一个电池发生短路故障时,其电压降低,与其平行的所有单元均通过其上下保险向其链路放电,电流将其中一个保险熔断,使故障电池脱离电路。

Claims (1)

1.一种蓄电池组合系统的连接方法,其特征在于: 1,每两个电池和一个保险元件串联起来作为一个最小组合单元,其中两个电池串接点作为最小组合单元的信息采集点;2,若干个最小组合单元并接起来构成一个电池组,电池组的负端,作为该电池组的信号和电压基准端;3,若干电池组再串接起来,构成一个电池包。
