本发明公开了一种防误锁GW-35型刀闸操作机构,属于变电站技术领域,其中,沿竖直方向在刀阀操作把手上开设置有操作把手闭锁孔,弯型扣板的一端沿水平方向固定在刀阀操作把手上,其另一端悬空,T型锁销包括垂直设置的锁销上盖和销轴,在销轴的径向开设有锁销锁孔,T型锁销的销轴穿过操作把手闭锁孔,且锁销上盖的下端面与刀阀操作把手贴合,弯型扣板的悬空端位于销轴的左侧,以防误锁刀阀操作把手,挂锁的锁勾穿过锁销锁孔后锁在T型锁销上。本发明在T型锁销的销轴径向开设锁销锁孔,并通过销轴将弯型扣板的悬空端挡在销轴的左侧,挂锁的锁勾穿过锁销锁孔后锁在T型锁销上,从而起到误锁刀阀操作把手的作用。

技术领域
本发明属于变电站技术领域,具体涉及一种防误锁GW-35型刀闸操作机构。
背景技术
现有110kV变电站GW-35型刀闸,其刀闸操作把手分合转角为90°,操作机构的闭锁装置部分采用弯型扣板闭锁,配合微机防误锁挂锁使用,微机防误厂家采用户内弹簧锁销或直接用防误锁挂于扣板上,在实际中存在一下问题:
1、户外采用户内弹簧锁销易锈蚀,一年左右就必须重新焊接;
2、或者采取刀闸垂直拉杆和架构上焊接固定板,这势必会损害刀闸垂直拉杆的机械强度;
3、采用在弯型扣板上挂锁时,活动间隙过大,扣板易脱扣;
4、如果锁销过短,上下间隙过大,锁销向上移动造成防误锁无法闭锁。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中存在的问题,提供了一种防误锁GW-35型刀闸操作机构。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案予以实现:
一种防误锁GW-35型刀闸操作机构,沿竖直方向在刀阀操作把手上开设置有操作把手闭锁孔,弯型扣板的一端沿水平方向固定在刀阀操作把手上,其另一端悬空,T型锁销包括垂直设置的锁销上盖和销轴,在销轴的径向开设有锁销锁孔,T型锁销的销轴穿过操作把手闭锁孔,且锁销上盖的下端面与刀阀操作把手贴合,弯型扣板的悬空端位于销轴的左侧,挂锁的锁勾穿过锁销锁孔后锁在T型锁销上,以防误锁刀阀操作把手。
本发明进一步的改进在于:T型锁销采用不锈钢制成,或者在T型锁销的表面上镀锌。
本发明进一步的改进在于:锁销锁孔的两端带有椭圆形弧度。
本发明进一步的改进在于:挂锁选用微机防误锁挂锁。
本发明进一步的改进在于:T型锁销的锁销上盖为圆柱体,该圆柱体的直径为20mm,高为5mm,T型锁销的销轴直径为10mm,小于操作把手闭锁孔孔径2mm,操作把手闭锁孔孔径为7mm,大于挂锁的锁勾直径1mm,且操作把手闭锁孔的位置低于弯型扣板的底面。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的技术效果:
本发明在T型锁销的销轴径向开设锁销锁孔,并通过销轴将弯型扣板的悬空端挡在销轴的左侧,挂锁的锁勾穿过锁销锁孔后锁在T型锁销上,从而起到误锁刀阀操作把手的作用。此外,本发明解决了防误挂锁锁舌弯杆框量间隙过大不能闭锁问题;解决了弯型扣板与扇形闭锁孔存在的间隙,不能闭锁问题;解决了原户内锁销易锈蚀卡死,影响正常操作的缺陷。
本发明操作简单、可靠性大大提高,投入小、改造时间短,工程量小,且可以在不用停电情况下使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
参见图1和图2,本发明一种防误锁GW-35型刀闸操作机构,沿竖直方向在刀阀操作把手1上开设置有操作把手闭锁孔101,弯型扣板2的一端沿水平方向固定在刀阀操作把手1上,其另一端悬空,T型锁销3包括垂直设置的锁销上盖302和销轴303,在销轴303的径向开设有锁销锁孔301,T型锁销3的销轴303穿过操作把手闭锁孔101,且锁销上盖302的下端面与刀阀操作把手1贴合,弯型扣板2的悬空端位于销轴303的左侧,以防误锁刀阀操作把手1,挂锁4的锁勾穿过锁销锁孔301后锁在T型锁销3上。
其中,T型锁销3采用不锈钢制成,或者在T型锁销3的表面上镀锌。挂锁4选用微机防误锁挂锁。
进一步地,锁销锁孔301的两端带有椭圆形弧度。
进一步地,T型锁销3的锁销上盖302为圆柱体,该圆柱体的直径为20mm,高为5mm,T型锁销3的销轴303直径为10mm,小于操作把手闭锁孔101孔径2mm,操作把手闭锁孔101孔径为7mm,大于挂锁4的锁勾直径1mm,且操作把手闭锁孔101的位置低于弯型扣板2的底面。
使用本发明防误锁GW-35型刀闸操作机构后,更换带有弯板扣板2闭锁的35kV户外刀闸锁销和带有弯板扣板2的户外10kV电容器刀闸锁销,效果明显,因此,本发明对设备的安全运行和防止误操作作出了贡献。
此外,本发明与现有的防误锁销比较:1、原采用弯勾型扣板闭锁的GW35刀闸的操作机构直接将挂锁锁在弯型扣板上,不能起到闭锁作用;2、采用的户内弹簧锁销容易锈蚀,实际使用中一年需重新焊接一次。本发明克服了以上存在的问题,通过简单而有效措施和很小的经济代价完成了原采用弯勾型扣板闭锁的GW35刀闸的操作机构防误锁不能闭锁的缺陷,有效的保障了安全生产,为防止误操作作出了贡献。

Claims (5)

1.一种防误锁GW-35型刀闸操作机构,其特征在于:沿竖直方向在刀阀操作把手(1)上开设置有操作把手闭锁孔(101),弯型扣板(2)的一端沿水平方向固定在刀阀操作把手(1)上,其另一端悬空,T型锁销(3)包括垂直设置的锁销上盖(302)和销轴(303),在销轴(303)的径向开设有锁销锁孔(301),T型锁销(3)的销轴(303)穿过操作把手闭锁孔(101),且锁销上盖(302)的下端面与刀阀操作把手(1)贴合,弯型扣板(2)的悬空端位于销轴(303)的左侧,挂锁(4)的锁勾穿过锁销锁孔(301)后锁在T型锁销(3)上,以防误锁刀阀操作把手(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防误锁GW-35型刀闸操作机构,其特征在于:T型锁销(3)采用不锈钢制成,或者在T型锁销(3)的表面上镀锌。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防误锁GW-35型刀闸操作机构,其特征在于:锁销锁孔(301)的两端带有椭圆形弧度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防误锁GW-35型刀闸操作机构,其特征在于:挂锁(4)选用微机防误锁挂锁。
