Abstract

本发明公开一种市政使用的节能路灯,包括有立杆,立杆上面开设有灯具和光伏发电系统,光伏发电系统通过线路板连接灯具,灯具内部设置有LED灯头,光伏发电系统和立杆之间设置有旋转轴,光伏发电系统可以绕立杆进行0度至90度的旋转,光伏发电系统内部设置有太阳能板、蓄电池和控制器。本发明路灯采用太阳能光伏发电系统供电,并在太阳能板与立杆之间设置了调向机构,方便对太阳能板的朝向和角度进行调整,各部件通过可拆卸连接结构相连,方便安装和拆卸,并采用智能控制器对充放电过程进行控制,使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及城建用品,特别是涉及一种市政使用的节能路灯。
背景技术
目前,煤炭、石油等不可再生能源日渐枯竭,大规模的太阳能发电并网应用在短期内还难以实现, 但小系统电源已得到一定的应用。随着太阳能发电和LED照明产业的发展,各种路灯新产品不断涌现,太阳能LED路灯开始得到推广应用。太阳能LED路灯具有诸多优点:不需要使用常规能源,不污染环境;安全可靠,维护方便;不用连接公共电网,因此安装时不必挖掘路面或草地,无须开沟埋设电缆,可以根据需要随处安装。随着太阳能发电技术和LED照明的推广,太阳能路灯,太阳能庭院灯,太阳能草坪灯和太阳能景观灯得到较快发展。
当前,我国推行太阳能照明节电产品存在的问题突出表现在:技术水平低,与国际水平差距较大,产品质量不稳定,使用寿命短;生产企业普遍规模较小,工艺落后;照明器具产品结构不合理,原材料和配件的协调发展程度差,不能适应产业化发展的要求。因此,有必要对现有的太阳能路灯进行结构优化,以提升太阳能路灯的使用方便性,达到节能减排的目的。综上所述,针对现有技术的缺陷,特别需要一种市政使用的节能路灯,以解决现有技术的不足。
发明内容
针对现有技术中太阳能路灯存在的不足,给实际的动用带来很大的弊端,本发明提出一种市政使用的节能路灯,设计新颖,方便路灯的安装提升稳定性能,以解决现有技术的缺陷。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种市政使用的节能路灯,包括有立杆,立杆上面开设有灯具和光伏发电系统,光伏发电系统通过线路板连接灯具,灯具内部设置有LED灯头,光伏发电系统和立杆之间设置有旋转轴,光伏发电系统可以绕立杆进行0度至90度的旋转。
进一步,所述光伏发电系统内部设置有太阳能板、蓄电池和控制器。
进一步,在所述立杆的中间设置有伸缩轴。
进一步,所述立杆的底部设有底座。
进一步,该底座具有连接孔,由连接螺栓穿过该连接孔将底座与混凝土基础相连,使立杆竖立在地面。
本发明的有益效果是:本产品结构简单,路灯采用太阳能光伏发电系统供电,并在太阳能板与立杆之间设置了调向机构,方便对太阳能板的朝向和角度进行调整,各部件通过可拆卸连接结构相连,方便安装和拆卸,并采用智能控制器对充放电过程进行控制,使用方便。

参见图1、一种市政使用的节能路灯,包括有立杆100,立杆100上面开设有灯具120和光伏发电系统140,光伏发电系统140通过线路板连接灯具120,灯具120内部设置有LED灯头130,光伏发电系统140和立杆100之间设置有旋转轴180,光伏发电系统140可以绕立杆100进行0度至90度的旋转,光伏发电系统140内部设置有太阳能板150、蓄电池160和控制器170。
在本发明所述的在立杆100的中间设置有伸缩轴110。
进一步,所述的立杆100的底部设有底座190,该底座190具有连接孔,由连接螺栓穿过该连接孔将底座与混凝土基础相连,使立杆竖立在地面。
本发明有效果为:结构简单,路灯采用太阳能光伏发电系统供电,并在太阳能板与立杆之间设置了调向机构,方便对太阳能板的朝向和角度进行调整,各部件通过可拆卸连接结构相连,方便安装和拆卸,并采用智能控制器对充放电过程进行控制,使用方便。可扩展性能优,设计新颖,是一种很好的创新方案,很有市场推广前景。

2.根据权利要求1所述的市政使用的节能路灯,其特征在于:所述光伏发电系统内部设置有太阳能板、蓄电池和控制器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的市政使用的节能路灯,其特征在于:在所述立杆的中间设置有伸缩轴。
