Abstract

本发明提供一种新型多功能太阳能路灯,包括太阳能电池板、电池板托架、太阳能电池板、灯柱、灯管、控制器、环保垃圾箱、灯杆、预埋件、蓄电池。太阳能电池板通过电池板托架连到灯杆上,灯杆上部用太阳能电池板包裹,太阳能电池板下端连接灯柱与灯管,灯柱与灯管下端连接灯杆,控制器内置固定于灯杆中,灯杆通过预埋件与地面固定,蓄电池置于预埋件中,垃圾回收箱通过螺丝固定于灯杆上。本设计,采用高透光的灯柱,并在灯柱内设置LED灯管,通过灯杆直接发光,降低了光源的高度,减少光照度损失从而达到减少能耗的效果,灯杆上部的四块太阳能电池板有利于太阳能采集,增加光电转化率。

本发明涉及太阳能技术领域,具体涉及一种新型多功能太阳能路灯。
背景技术
随着地球资源的日益贫乏,太阳能作为一种安全、环保新能源越来越受到重视,同时光伏技术的的不断发展,促进了太阳能作为绿色能源在当今世界的广泛应用。太阳能电池板的光电转换效率越来越高,LED又是一种新光源,对比传统光源具有发光效率高、节能耐用、便捷环保等优点,而将太阳能电池与LED结合制成太阳能LED灯具,将同时具有两者的优势,具有广阔的前景。由于太阳能LED路灯是一种利用太阳能作为能源的路灯,因其不需要架设电线或预埋电缆,安装方便、节能高效,被广泛应用于道路照明、庭院装饰等。常见的太阳能路灯,只是单纯的改变了路灯的供电方式,对于路灯的结构没有太大改变,通常都是把光源安装在距地面5~7米的高空对地面进行俯射,照度损失较大,能耗较高,不利于太阳能电池持续供电。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种新型多功能太阳能路灯,以解决上述背景技术中的缺点,而且本发明还对常规的路灯功能做了改进。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种新型多功能太阳能路灯,包括太阳能电池板、电池板托架、太阳能电池板、灯柱、灯管、控制器、环保垃圾箱、灯杆、预埋件、蓄电池。所述太阳能电池板通过电池板托架连到灯杆上,灯杆上部用太阳能电池板包裹,增加了光电转化率,增大了单位时间充电量,太阳能电池板下端连接灯柱与灯管,灯柱与灯管下端连接灯杆,控制器内置固定于灯杆中,灯杆通过预埋件与地面固定,蓄电池置于预埋件中,环保垃圾箱通过螺丝固定于灯杆上。
所述太阳能电池板从四面连接固定在圆形灯杆上。
所述灯柱是高透光的灯柱。
所述灯管为LED节能灯管。
所述环保垃圾箱是可拆卸垃圾箱
所述灯杆是空腔灯杆
有益效果
由于采用上述发明设计,没有采用传统路灯的灯泡光源,而是采用用高透光灯柱,并在灯柱内设置LED灯管,通过灯柱直接发光,降低了光源的高度,减少周围光照度的损失从而达到减少能耗的效果,灯杆上部另加的四块太阳能电池板有利于太阳能电池持续供电,增加光电转化率,灯杆下方的垃圾回收箱可以按可回收与不可回收分类存放垃圾,既节能又环保。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示,本发明一种新型多功能太阳能路灯,包括太阳能电池板1、电池板托架2、太阳能电池板3、灯柱4、灯管5、控制器6、环保垃圾箱7、灯杆8、预埋件9、蓄电池10。所述太阳能电池板1通过电池板托架2连到灯杆8上,灯杆8上部用太阳能电池板3包裹,增加了光电转化率,增大了单位时间充电量,太阳能电池板3下端连接灯柱4与灯管5,灯柱4与灯管5下端连接灯杆8,控制器6内置固定于灯杆8中,灯杆8通过预埋件9与地面固定,蓄电池10置于预埋件中,垃圾回收箱7通过螺丝固定于灯杆8上。所述太阳能电池板3从四面连接固定在圆形灯杆上。所述灯柱4是高透光的灯柱。所述灯管5为LED节能灯管。所述灯杆8是空腔灯杆。所述垃圾回收箱7是可拆卸垃圾箱。
白天太阳能电池板1和太阳能电池板3工作,将太阳的光能转换为电能,然后将产生的电能送至蓄电池10中存储起来。为了延长蓄电池10的使用寿命,必须通过控制器6对它的充电放电条件加以限制,防止蓄电池10过度充电及深度充电。在本发明中,灯柱4为高透光灯柱,并在灯柱4内设置有灯管5,灯管5是LED灯管,可以直接透过灯柱发光,不仅降低了光源高度,减少了光照度损失,同时灯柱发光的外形也具有很好的美观性,既节能使用寿命也长,而环保垃圾箱则可以为过路的行人提供方便,还可以提供垃圾分类回收,不用的时候还可以拆卸下来。

1.一种新型多功能太阳能路灯,其特征在于:包括太阳能电池板、电池板托架、太阳能电池板、灯柱、灯管、控制器、环保垃圾箱、灯杆、预埋件、蓄电池;所述太阳能电池板通过电池板托架连到灯杆上,灯杆上部用太阳能电池板包裹,增加了光电转化率,增大了单位时间充电量,太阳能电池板下端连接灯柱与灯管,灯柱与灯管下端连接灯杆,控制器内置固定于灯杆中,灯杆通过预埋件与地面固定,蓄电池置于预埋件中,垃圾回收箱通过螺丝固定于灯杆上。
