本发明公布了一种双端面密封装置,包括压盖、轴套、驱动环、密封圈、限位块、主密封、副密封;所述的主密封与被密封流体直接接触,所述的副密封与大气直接接触,其特征在于:所述密封圈外部包裹有毛发纤维编织层。本发明在普通密封圈的基础上,在密封圈外部包裹有毛发纤维编织层。利用毛发纤维的大的表面张力和耐腐蚀性,大大增加了密封圈的使用寿命和密封效果。在主密封、副密封磨损后,还能够保证密封装置的密封效果,大大延长了双端面密封装置的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种双端面密封装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,在石油及石油化工工业中,对于塑料、纸浆、涂料、橡胶原液树脂等高粘度、易聚合和附着性强的流体,其输送设备的轴端密封形式,通常采用普通的机械密封,即平面密封结构。从使用寿命上看,远低于其在普通低粘度的稳定流体中密封寿命。由于平面密封端面较宽,这类流体易在密封面间形成凝聚物,从而使密封丧失工作能力,同时较宽的摩擦面需要足够大的弹力才能保证密封面紧密贴合,这样在工作过程中会产生大量的摩擦热,使得摩擦环长期处于高温摩擦状态而产生热裂,导致平面密封早期失效,因此使用寿命很难提高。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种使用寿命长,结构简单合理,工作可靠性高,适用于高粘度、易聚合和附着性强的流体的输送设备的轴端密封的双端面密封装置。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:
一种双端面密封装置,包括压盖、轴套、驱动环、密封圈、限位块、主密封、副密封;所述的主密封与被密封流体直接接触,所述的副密封与大气直接接触,其特征在于 :所述密封圈外部包裹有毛发纤维编织层。
优选的:所述密封圈为O形橡胶密封圈。
优选的:所述主密封与所述的副密封之间形成封闭的腔体,所述的腔体中连接有压力传感器。
所述主密封包括主动环和主静环,所述主动环和主静环采用刀口密封形式。
本发明在普通密封圈的基础上,在密封圈外部包裹有毛发纤维编织层。利用毛发纤维的大的表面张力和耐腐蚀性,大大增加了密封圈的使用寿命和密封效果。在主密封、副密封磨损后,还能够保证密封装置的密封效果,大大延长了双端面密封装置的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示一种双端面密封装置,包括压盖1、轴套2、驱动环3、密封圈4、限位块5、主密封6、副密封7;所述的主密封6与被密封流体直接接触,所述的副密封7与大气直接接触。如图2所示所述密封圈外部41包裹有毛发纤维编织层42。所述密封圈4为O形橡胶密封圈。优选的:所述主密封6与所述的副密封7之间形成封闭的腔体,所述的腔体中连接有压力传感器。所述主密封6包括主动环9和主静环10,所述主动环9和主静环10采用刀口密封形式。
由于密封圈外部包裹有毛发纤维编织层。利用毛发纤维的大的表面张力可以大大提高密封圈的密封效果。在主密封、副密封磨损后,还能够保证密封装置的密封效果,大大延长了双端面密封装置的使用寿命。

1.一种双端面密封装置,包括压盖、轴套、驱动环、密封圈、限位块、主密封、副密封;所述的主密封与被密封流体直接接触,所述的副密封与大气直接接触,其特征在于 :所述密封圈外部包裹有毛发纤维编织层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双端面密封装置,其特征在于:所述密封圈为O形橡胶密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的双端面密封装置,其特征在于:所述主密封与所述的副密封之间形成封闭的腔体,所述的腔体中连接有压力传感器。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的双端面密封装置,其特征在于:所述主密封包括主动环和主静环,所述主动环和主静环采用刀口密封形式。
