本发明公开了一种阻燃型聚脲防水涂料,其由预聚体A、树脂R两个组分组成。预聚体A基础配方为:35%-55%N220、40%-55%液化MDI、15%-10%液态添加型阻燃剂1;树脂R基础配方为:30%-50%N330,10%-30%阻燃树脂,5%-20%液态添加型阻燃剂2,15%-25%胺类扩链剂,3%-10%纳米氢氧化铝和纳米氢氧化镁,催化剂、偶联剂、分散剂、吸水剂、消泡剂、光稳定剂、紫外线吸收剂各3%-5%。防水、防腐、耐老化性能和快速固化优异、施工周期短。

技术领域
本发明属于防水涂料,具体涉及一种阻燃型聚脲防水涂料。
 
背景技术
近年来,由于外墙、屋面材料问题导致的火灾事故频繁,提升建筑材料的防火性能是当务之急。目前正在修订中的GB 8624《建筑及装修材料(制品)燃烧性能分级》标准和制定中的《屋面系统材料燃烧性能试验方法》标准拟对屋面材料按照系统或制品方式进行燃烧测试,规定相关的判断依据。GB 8624 关于屋面系统或制品燃烧的相关分级标准,将被修订中的GB 50016《建筑防火设计规范》引用。以上标准一旦正式实施,将对屋面材料阻燃性能提出硬性要求。目前防火涂料的力学性能和阻燃性不能满足要求。
 
发明内容
为了克服现有技术领域存在的上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于,提供一种阻燃型聚脲防水涂料,防水、防腐、耐老化性能和快速固化优异。
本发明提供的阻燃型聚脲防水涂料,其由预聚体A、树脂R 两个组分组成。其中A 组分基础配方为:35%-55% N220、40%-55%液化MDI、15%-10%液态添加型阻燃剂;树脂R基础配方为:30%-50% N330,10%-30%阻燃树脂,5%-20%液态添加型阻燃剂,15%-25%胺类扩链剂,3%-10%纳米氢氧化铝和纳米氢氧化镁,催化剂、偶联剂、分散剂、吸水剂、消泡剂、光稳定剂、紫外线吸收剂各3%-5%。
本发明提供的阻燃型聚脲防水涂料,其有益效果在于,防水、防腐、耐老化性能和快速固化优异、施工周期短。

下面结合一个实施例,对本发明提供的阻燃型聚脲防水涂料进行详细的说明。
 
实施例
A 组分基础配方为:35%-55% N220、40%-55%液化MDI、15%-10%液态添加型阻燃剂1。树脂R基础配方为:30%-50% N330,10%-30%阻燃树脂,5%-20%液态添加型阻燃剂2,15%-25%胺类扩链剂,3%-10%纳米氢氧化铝和纳米氢氧化镁,催化剂、偶联剂、分散剂、吸水剂、消泡剂、光稳定剂、紫外线吸收剂等助剂适量。

1.一种阻燃型聚脲防水涂料,由预聚体A、树脂R 两个组分组成,其特征在于:所述的A 组分基础配方为:35%-55% N220、40%-55%液化MDI、15%-10%液态添加型阻燃剂;所述的树脂R基础配方为:30%-50% N330,10%-30%阻燃树脂,5%-20%液态添加型阻燃剂,15%-25%胺类扩链剂,3%-10%纳米氢氧化铝和纳米氢氧化镁,催化剂、偶联剂、分散剂、吸水剂、消泡剂、光稳定剂、紫外线吸收剂各3%-5%。
