Abstract

本发明公开了一种含有水杨酸结构衍生物的水性涂料组合物,其包括如下质量百分比的组分:水溶性的水杨酸衍生物8~24wt%、水性醇酸树脂7~23wt%、氨基乙二醇17~32wt%、防锈颜料15~28wt%、填料10~25wt%、腐蚀抑制剂5~13wt%、咪唑啉0.5~4.5wt%、功能助剂1~6wt%。本发明同时提出了上述涂料组合物的制备方法。本发明的涂料组合物具有环保特性,可以直接在锈层上涂装,无需对表面进行防锈处理,具有耐腐蚀与附着性能好,且成膜树脂含有环氧基,在一定的条件下,可以交联,提高涂层耐水性和耐腐蚀性。

一种含有水杨酸结构衍生物的水性涂料组合物
技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,涉及一种直接在锈层上或旧漆上涂装的防腐涂料,具体是涉及一种用于在带锈基材上直接涂装的涂料组合物。 
背景技术
涂料的附着力对涂料的性能有重要的影响,锈层由于其疏松的特性,导致涂覆在锈层上的各种涂料性能劣化。最近的研究表明,海洋生物有超强的附着力,其起有效附着作用的成分中,在分子结构有一个显著的共同特点,就是苯环上有两个相邻的羟基,这引起人们的高度的关注,人们尝试采用各种方法,利用相似结构的材料,模拟这种材料。 
通过对天然的和合成的分子结构的比较,发现水杨酸、带有三萜骨架的化合物和海洋生物、藤壶以及其它的海洋生物分泌的有机物粘结材料具有相似的结构。据报道三萜骨架的化合物是天然的产物中数量最多的化合物之一,主要以游离或酯的形式存在多种植物中,其结构可以看做6个异戊二烯单元连接而成,三萜化合物虽然在其它领域获得一定的应用,但作为涂料助剂尚未引起注意。 
发明内容
发明目的:为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种用于在锈层上直接涂装的涂料组合物,提高多孔锈层粘结和钝化铁锈中的附着力。 
技术方案:为实现上述技术目的,本发明提出一种用于在锈层上直接涂装的涂料组合物,其包括如下质量百分比的组分:

具体地,所述的功能助剂是为带有三萜骨架结构的功能分子,其具有如下分子结构: 
其中,n的值为1~10。,优选地,n的值为4。 
所述的防锈颜料为植酸、颜料与超细碳酸钙的混合物,其中,颜料、超细碳酸钙和植酸的质量比为颜料∶超细碳酸钙∶植酸=(80~30)∶10∶2,优选为颜料∶超细碳酸钙∶植酸=50∶10∶2。 
所述的超细碳酸钙的粒径为100nm~500nm,优选地,所述的超细碳酸钙的粒径为100nm。 
所述的颜料为氧化铁红、铝粉、玻璃鳞片、偏硼酸钡、钙交换二氧化硅、硼酸钡、磷酸锌、聚磷酸铝、钼酸锌、硼酸锌或氰氨基化锌颗粒中的任意一种,粒径为0.6~6微米。优选地,所述的颜料为氧化铁红、玻璃鳞片、磷酸锌钼酸锌或硼酸锌中的任意一种。 
所述的填料是经过采用带有羧基偶联剂处理过的填料与氢氧化铝混合物,其中,带有羧基偶联剂的分子结构为:HOCO(CH2)nSi(CH3)3,n取值1~6。 
所述的用带有羧基偶联剂处理过的填料为的滑石粉、膨润土、硅藻土、云母粉或透明粉颗粒中的任意一种,粒径为0.5~5微米。 
填料、氢氧化铝和带有羧基的偶联剂的质量比为填料∶氢氧化铝∶带有羧基的偶联剂=33∶55∶1。 
所述的腐蚀抑制剂为含有氟元素的酯,其分子结构式为:CF3CF2COOR,其中,R为5~12碳原子的烷基。 
本发明进一步提出了上述的用于在锈层上直接涂装的涂料组合物的制备方 法,包括如下步骤:将配方量的水溶性的水杨酸衍生物、水性醇酸树脂、氨基乙二醇和功能助剂混合均匀,然后加入配方量的防锈颜料、填料、腐蚀抑制剂和咪唑啉并搅拌均匀,研磨上述混合物至1.0~3.5μm,包装即得。 
在使用时,根据需要加入5~20wt%的水即可以进行施工。 
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的涂料组合物具有环保特性,可以直接在锈层上涂装,无需对表面进行防锈处理,具有耐腐蚀与附着性能好,且成膜树脂含有环氧基,在一定的条件下,可以交联,提高涂层耐水性和耐腐蚀性。

本涂料的组合物按如下组分配比制备而成(质量百分含量):

防锈颜料为植酸与0.6μm氧化铁红、100nm超细碳酸钙的物理混合物,其质量比为氧化铁红∶超细碳酸钙∶植酸=50∶10∶2; 
填料为经过带有羧基的偶联剂处理过的1.0μm滑石粉和氢氧化铝的混合物,其中,带有羧基的偶联剂结构式为:HOCO(CH2)6Si(OCH3)3,混合物质量比为滑石粉∶氢氧化铝∶带有羧基的偶联剂=33∶55∶1; 
功能助剂结构式为: 
腐蚀抑制剂结构式为CF3CF2COO(CH2)4CH3; 
本涂料的组合物是按照如下的制备: 
将配方量的水溶性的水杨酸衍生物、水性醇酸树脂、氨基乙二醇和功能助剂混合均匀,然后加入配方量的防锈颜料、填料、腐蚀抑制剂和咪唑啉搅拌均匀,研磨至颗粒粒径达到1.0μm,得到一种用于在锈层上直接涂装的含有水杨酸衍生物的涂料组合物,加入15%水进行施工。 
实施例效果:耐盐雾时间400h,盐雾试验后涂层在锈层上的附着力一级。

填料为经过带有羧基偶联剂处理过的1μm硅藻土与氢氧化铝的混合物,带有羧基的偶联剂结构式为:HOCO(CH2)5Si(OCH3)3,混合质量比为硅藻土∶氢氧化铝∶带有羧基的偶联剂=33∶55∶1; 
功能助剂结构式为: 
腐蚀抑制剂结构式为CF3CF2COO(CH2)11CH3; 
本涂料的组合物是按照如下的制备:

填料为经过带有羧基偶联剂处理过的0.5μm云母粉与氢氧化铝的混合物,带有羧基的偶联剂结构式为:HOCOCH2Si(OCH3)3,混合质量比为云母粉∶氢氧化铝∶带有羧基的偶联剂=33∶55∶1。 
功能助剂结构式为: 
腐蚀抑制剂结构式为CF3CF2COO(CH2)9CH3;
本涂料的组合物是按照如下的制备:

填料为经过带有羧基偶联剂处理过的3μm透明粉与氢氧化铝的混合物,带有羧基的偶联剂结构式为:HOCOCH2CH2Si(OCH3)3,混合质量比为透明粉∶氢氧化铝∶带有羧基的偶联剂=33∶55∶1。 
功能助剂结构式为: 
腐蚀抑制剂结构式为CF3CF2COO(CH2)5CH3; 
本涂料的组合物是按照如下的制备:

填料为经过带有羧基偶联剂处理过的1.5μm滑石粉与氢氧化铝的混合物,带有羧基的偶联剂结构式为:HOCO(CH2)4Si(OCH3)3,混合质量比为滑石粉∶氢氧化铝∶带有羧基的偶联剂=33∶55∶1。 
功能助剂结构式为: 
腐蚀抑制剂结构式为CF3CF2COO(CH2)6CH3; 
本涂料的组合物是按照如下的制备:

防锈颜料为植酸与的4μm聚磷酸铝、400nm超细碳酸钙的物理混合物,质量比例为聚磷酸铝∶超细碳酸钙∶植酸=45∶10∶2; 
填料为经过带有羧基偶联剂处理过的1.5μm硅藻土与氢氧化铝的混合物,带有羧基的偶联剂结构式为:HOCO(CH2)5Si(OCH3)3,混合质量比为硅藻土∶氢氧化铝∶带有羧基的偶联剂=33∶55∶1。 
功能助剂结构式为
腐蚀抑制剂结构式为CF3CF2COO(CH2)11CH3; 
本涂料的组合物是按照如下的制备: 
将配方量的水溶性的水杨酸衍生物、水性醇酸树脂、氨基乙二醇和功能助剂混合均匀,然后加入配方量的防锈颜料、填料、腐蚀抑制剂和咪唑啉搅拌均匀,研磨至颗粒粒径达到3.2μm,得到一种用于在锈层上直接涂装的含有水杨酸衍生物的涂料组合物,加入10%水进行施工。

防锈颜料为植酸与1.5μm磷酸锌、430nm超细碳酸钙的物理混合物,质量比例为磷酸锌∶超细碳酸钙∶植酸=50∶10∶2; 
填料为经过带有羧基偶联剂处理过的2.5μm滑石粉与氢氧化铝的混合物,带有羧基的偶联剂结构式为:HOCO(CH2)4Si(OCH3)3,混合质量比为滑石粉∶硅藻土∶带有羧基的偶联剂=33∶55∶1。 
功能助剂结构式为
腐蚀抑制剂结构式为CF3CF2COO(CH2)8CH3; 
本涂料的组合物是按照如下的制备: 
将配方量的水溶性的水杨酸衍生物、水性醇酸树脂、氨基乙二醇和功能助剂混合均匀,然后加入配方量的防锈颜料、填料、腐蚀抑制剂和咪唑啉搅拌均匀,研磨至颗粒粒径达到3.0μm,得到一种用于在锈层上直接涂装的含有水杨酸衍生物的涂料组合物,加入15%水进行施工。 
实施例效果:耐盐雾时间360h,盐雾试验后涂层在锈层上的附着力二级。

防锈颜料为植酸与2.5μm钼酸锌、480nm超细碳酸钙的物理混合物,质量比例为钼酸锌∶超细碳酸钙∶植酸=33∶10∶2; 
填料为经过带有羧基偶联剂处理过的2.5μm透明粉与氢氧化铝的混合物,带有羧基的偶联剂结构式为:HOCO(CH2)5Si(OCH3)3,混合质量比为透明粉∶氢氧化铝∶带有羧基的偶联剂=33∶55∶1 
功能助剂结构式为
腐蚀抑制剂结构式为CF3CF2COO(CH2)8CH3; 
本涂料的组合物是按照如下的制备: 
将配方量的水溶性的水杨酸衍生物、水性醇酸树脂、氨基乙二醇和功能助剂混合均匀,然后加入配方量的防锈颜料、填料、腐蚀抑制剂和咪唑啉搅拌均匀,研磨至颗粒粒径达到2.6μm,得到一种用于在锈层上直接涂装的含有水杨酸衍生物的涂料组合物,加入16%水进行施工。

填料为经过带有羧基偶联剂处理过的4μm云母粉与氢氧化铝的混合物,带有羧基的偶联剂结构式为:HOCO(CH2)5Si(OCH3)3,混合质量比为云母粉∶氢氧化铝∶带有羧基的偶联剂=33∶55∶1 
功能助剂结构式为
腐蚀抑制剂结构式为CF3CF2COO(CH2)6CH3; 
本涂料的组合物是按照如下的制备:

填料为经过带有羧基偶联剂处理过的4.5μm膨润土与氢氧化铝的混合物,带有羧基的偶联剂结构式为:HOCO(CH)4Si(OCH3)3,混合质量比为膨润土∶氢氧化铝∶带有羧基的偶联剂=33∶55∶1 
功能助剂结构式为
腐蚀抑制剂结构式为CF3CF2COO(CH2)9CH3; 
本涂料的组合物是按照如下的制备:

防锈颜料为植酸与5.5μm硼酸钡、340nm超细碳酸钙的物理混合物,质量比例为硼酸钡∶超细碳酸钙∶植酸=30∶10∶2; 
填料为经过带有羧基偶联剂处理过的3.5μm滑石粉与氢氧化铝的混合物,带有羧基的偶联剂结构式为:HOCO(CH2)4Si(OCH3)3,混合质量比为滑石粉∶氢氧化铝∶带有羧基的偶联剂=33∶55∶1 
功能助剂结构式为: 
腐蚀抑制剂结构式为CF3CF2COO(CH2)8CH3; 
本涂料的组合物是按照如下的制备: 
将配方量的水溶性的水杨酸衍生物、水性醇酸树脂、氨基乙二醇和功能助剂混合均匀,然后加入配方量的防锈颜料、填料、腐蚀抑制剂和咪唑啉搅拌均匀,研磨至颗粒粒径达到1.8μm,得到一种用于在锈层上直接涂装的含有水杨酸衍生物的涂料组合物,加入5%水进行施工。 
实施例效果:耐盐雾时间317h,盐雾试验后涂层在锈层上的附着力二级。 

Claims (10)

1.一种用于在锈层上直接涂装的涂料组合物,其特征在于,包括如下质量百分比的组分:
其中,所述的水溶性的水杨酸衍生物具有如下分子结构:
其中,R为H或CH3
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于在锈层上直接涂装的涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述的功能助剂是为带有三萜骨架结构的功能分子,其具有如下分子结构:
其中,n为1~10。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于在锈层上直接涂装的涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述的防锈颜料为植酸、颜料与超细碳酸钙的混合物,其中,颜料、超细碳酸钙和植酸的质量比为颜料∶超细碳酸钙∶植酸=(80~30)∶10∶2。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于在锈层上直接涂装的涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述的超细碳酸钙的粒径为100nm~500nm。
5.根据权利要求3所述的用于在锈层上直接涂装的涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述颜料为氧化铁红、铝粉、玻璃鳞片、偏硼酸钡、钙交换二氧化硅、硼酸钡、磷酸锌、聚磷酸铝、钼酸锌、硼酸锌或氰氨基化锌颗粒中的任意一种,粒径为0.6~6微米。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于在锈层上直接涂装的涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述的填料是经过采用带有羧基偶联剂处理过的填料与氢氧化铝混合物,所述的带有羧基偶联剂的分子结构为:HOCO(CH2)nSi(CH3)3,其中,n取值1~6。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于在锈层上直接涂装的涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述的用带有羧基偶联剂处理过的填料为的滑石粉、膨润土、硅藻土、云母粉或透明粉颗粒中的任意一种,粒径为0.5~5微米。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的用于在锈层上直接涂装的涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述的填料、氢氧化铝和带有羧基的偶联剂的质量比为填料∶氢氧化铝∶带有羧基的偶联剂=33∶55∶1。
9.根据权利要求1所述的用于在锈层上直接涂装的涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述的腐蚀抑制剂为含有氟元素的酯,其分子结构式为:CF3CF2COOR,其中,R为5~12碳原子的烷基。
10.权利要求1所述的用于在锈层上直接涂装的涂料组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将配方量的水溶性的水杨酸衍生物、水性醇酸树脂、氨基乙二醇和功能助剂混合均匀,然后加入配方量的防锈颜料、填料、腐蚀抑制剂和咪唑啉并搅拌均匀,研磨混合物达1.0~3.5μm,包装即得用于在锈层上直接涂装的涂料组合物。
