经研究表明,家居装修材料中含有很多的甲醛、苯等挥发性有害物质,严重威胁着人们的健康,近年来,随着人们对装修材料安全性重视度的提高,越来越需要一种新的、具有更高安全性竹炭墙面漆来满足市场的需求。因此,寻求一种坚硬、防水、防霉、挥发性有机物含量少,环境污染较小,低碳环保的竹炭墙面漆,已成为广大用户的迫切需求和时代进步的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种竹炭墙面漆,来弥补现有涂料的不足,该产品防水防霉,无味,无气,无毒,生产无燥音,无油烟,无废弃物排放,挥发性有机物含量少,节能环保,可持续吸附、分解室内游离甲醛苯等有害气体,能循环持久地净化室内空气,能持续释放负离子的竹炭墙面漆。

本发明特别添加了天然活性竹炭因子,能够有效吸附环境中的杂质,起到净化空气的作用,提高家居环境的质量。
具体实行方式   
制备本发明的一种竹炭墙面漆时,称取竹炭因子 0.02%,负离子添加剂0.3%,PVC树脂粉60%,纳米碳酸钙15%,成膜助剂2%,钛白粉20%,消泡剂0.5%,稳定剂3%,竹炭粉15%,防腐剂0.5%。放入搅拌罐中,快速研磨分散2 小时,形成混合均匀的浆体,即制成本发明的一种竹炭墙面漆,搅拌均匀后检验出厂。
该发明不仅有良好的装饰作用,同时具备环保、节能的优异功能,,而且干燥快,粘度低,易于施工,手感光滑,耐擦洗性能高。

1.一种竹炭墙面漆,其特征在于,包含如下成分和质量比重:竹炭因子 0.02%~ 0.04%,负离子添加剂 0. 1%~ 0.3%,PVC树脂粉50-60%,纳米碳酸钙9-15%,成膜助剂 0.2%~ 2%,钛白粉5%~ 20%,消泡剂 0.2%~ 0.5%,稳定剂1-3%,竹炭粉10-15%,防腐剂0.2-0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹炭墙面漆,其特征在于,,所述成膜助剂为戊二醇单异丁酸
酯。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种竹炭墙面漆,其特征在于,所述钛白粉为金红石型二氧化钛粉。
