Background
Along with the development of electric automobile, its charging mode also develops thereupon, because the mode that adopts not changing the battery to charge electric automobile has mainly three: directly charge, establish the card-swiping type at the parking stall and fill electric pile and concentrate on the charging station to charge through domestic socket. However, the first charging method is obviously not suitable for charging urban vehicles, while the second charging method can cause that almost all vehicles can be charged at the same time after the next shift, and once the possession of the electric vehicle reaches a certain scale, harmonic waves can be generated to cause destructive influence on the urban power grid, while the charging station is usually a rapid charging method provided, which can greatly affect the service life of the battery.
Therefore, at present, battery replacement is a main implementation manner of electric vehicle charging, an electric vehicle moves out a battery with low electric quantity or without electric quantity and replaces the battery with a fully charged battery in a charging station for battery replacement, and the moved-out battery can be replaced into the next electric vehicle after being effectively charged in the charging station.
Because the battery placement position in the electric automobile is generally under the seat and the bottom plate, and the weight of the battery is large, in order to reduce the labor intensity of workers for replacing the battery, some battery pickers for replacing the battery of the automobile are present at present, the pull handles of the present battery pickers are all horizontally arranged, the battery is horizontally pulled out after the pull handles are fastened with the battery, the battery pickers can only be used for pulling out the horizontally arranged battery, once the battery is obliquely arranged in the automobile, the battery cannot be pulled out by adopting the present battery pickers, and great inconvenience is brought to the battery replacement work.
Therefore, how to provide a battery picker with wider application range so as to replace the obliquely installed batteries is a technical problem which needs to be solved by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a battery picker, so that the battery picker can be applied to a wider range, and batteries mounted obliquely can be replaced conveniently.

the tray bracket is connected with the lifting device;

the pitching assembly is arranged at the rear end of the tray bracket and can support the rear end of the tray body;
the battery handle is arranged on the tray body in a sliding mode and used for being clamped with a buckle of a battery.

the screw rod is hinged with the rear end of the tray bracket and can rotate under the driving of the pitching motor;
the nut sleeve is sleeved on the screw rod and matched with the screw rod, and the nut sleeve is fixedly connected with the rear end of the tray body.

The battery picker disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the pitching assembly is arranged between the tray bracket and the tray body, so that the pitching angle of the tray body can be adjusted, the tray body can be aligned with the obliquely arranged battery, the battery is convenient to take and place, and the battery picker is not only suitable for taking and placing the horizontally arranged battery, but also suitable for taking and placing the obliquely arranged battery.

Detailed Description
The core of the invention is to provide a battery picker, so that the battery picker has wider application range, and batteries which are obliquely installed can be conveniently replaced.

The battery picker provided by the embodiment of the invention is used in the process of replacing batteries of an electric automobile chassis, and comprises a vehicle body 1, a lifting device 2, a tray support 71, a tray body 6, a pitching assembly 4 and a battery handle 7, wherein the vehicle body 1 is used for realizing the movement of the whole battery picker in a large range, the lifting device 2 is arranged at the front end of the vehicle body 1, the tray support 5 is connected with the lifting device 2, the tray body 6 is arranged on the tray support 5, the front end of the tray body 6 is hinged with the front end of the tray support 5, the pitching assembly 4 is arranged at the rear end of the tray support 5 and can prop up the rear end of the tray body 6, the battery handle 7 is arranged on the tray body 6 in a sliding manner, and the battery handle 7 is used for being clamped with a buckle of a battery and pulling the battery to move.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the front end of the vehicle body 1 specifically means the end of the vehicle body 1 facing the electric vehicle when the battery replacement is performed, and the other end of the vehicle body 1 is the rear end of the vehicle body 1, and similarly, the front ends of the tray holder 5 and the tray body 6 are the ends of the two facing the electric vehicle, and the other end is the rear end.
In the process of taking out the battery from the electric automobile, the height of the tray support 5 is adjusted through the action of the lifting device 2, the battery storage position of the tray support is aligned with the battery storage position of the electric automobile, then the pitching angle of the tray body 6 is adjusted through the pitching assembly 4, the pitching angle of the tray body 6 is consistent with the angle of the battery installation, then the battery handle 7 slides towards the battery direction, and is clamped with the buckle of the battery after being contacted with the battery, and then the battery handle 7 moves back and drives the battery to move to the tray body 6. Because the pitching assembly 4 is arranged between the tray bracket 5 and the tray body 6, the pitching angle of the tray body 6 can be adjusted, so that the battery picker can be aligned with the obliquely arranged battery, the battery is convenient to take and place, and the battery picker is not only suitable for taking and placing the horizontally arranged battery, but also suitable for taking and placing the obliquely arranged battery.
It is understood that the pitching assembly 4 capable of adjusting the pitching angle of the tray body 6 can be in various forms, for example, the pitching assembly 4 can be a cylinder or a cylinder, one end of the cylinder or the cylinder should be hinged at the rear end of the tray support 5, and the other end should be hinged at the rear end of the tray body 6; considering that the battery picker is usually driven by electricity, another implementation form of the pitching assembly 4 is provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the pitching assembly 4 includes a lead screw 41 and a nut sleeve 42, as shown in fig. 2, wherein the lead screw 41 is hinged to the rear end of the tray support 5, and the lead screw 41 can also be driven by the pitching motor to rotate, the nut sleeve 42 matched with the lead screw 41 is sleeved on the lead screw 41, and the nut sleeve 42 is fixedly connected to the rear end of the tray body 6, and the pitching motor is driven by electricity to rotate, and the nut sleeve 42 is driven by the pitching motor to move along the axial direction of the lead screw 41, so as to change the pitching angle of the tray body 6. Preferably, at least two sets of the pitching assemblies 4 are arranged at the rear end of the tray body 6, so that the tray body 6 can rotate stably.
Referring to fig. 2, as well known to those skilled in the art, the battery handle 7 may be formed by an electromagnet, and in order to further optimize the solution, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a battery handle 7, where the battery handle 7 includes a bracket 71, a chuck rotating motor 72, and a chuck 73, where the chuck rotating motor 72 is fixedly connected to the bracket 71, the chuck 73 is disposed on an output shaft of the chuck rotating motor 72, and the chuck 73 is provided with a chuck plate that can be clamped into the battery handle after rotating. When the chuck 73 enters the battery holder, the chuck 73 is driven by the chuck rotating motor 72 to rotate, the chuck plate on the rotated chuck 73 is clamped with the battery holder, and the battery handle 7 can drive the battery to move back and forth.
Preferably, the lifting device 2 in the embodiment of the present invention is a lifting gantry, and the lifting device in the lifting gantry is driven by a motor, but other devices, such as a scissor type lifting platform or a hydraulic lifting device, may also be used.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the tray body 6 is provided with a rack 12 and a driving motor 9, and an output shaft of the driving motor 9 is provided with a gear for matching with the rack 12, and the bracket 71 is fixedly connected to the driving motor 9, as shown in fig. 2. Under the rotation of driving motor 9, the gear moves back and forth along rack 12 to drive driving motor 9 and support 71 to realize the back and forth movement, this has just realized the sliding fit of battery handle 7 with tray body 6, in order to further optimize the scheme, stability when improving battery handle 7 back and forth movement, still can set up the walking slide rail 11 that is used for driving motor 9 direction on tray body 6, correspondingly, be provided with deflector 10 in driving motor 9's bottom, be provided with on deflector 10 and be used for with walking slide rail 11 complex guide way.
In order to further facilitate the adjustment of the alignment of the tray support 5 and the battery storage position, in the battery picker disclosed in the embodiment of the invention, the lifting device 2 is further provided with the translation mechanism 3 so as to facilitate the translation of the tray support 5 in the width direction of the battery picker, the tray support 5 is fixedly connected with the moving end of the translation mechanism 3, so that the tray support 5 can move up and down along the lifting device 2 and can also move in the width direction along the translation mechanism 3, and the battery storage position can be aligned more conveniently. The implementation form of the translation mechanism 3 is not limited to one, such as a lead screw and nut mechanism, or a gear mechanism.
The tray body 6 is further provided with a guide roller 13 capable of rolling along the moving direction of the battery so as to reduce the friction between the battery and the tray body 6, the guide roller 13 is preferably a stainless steel guide roller, and in order to ensure safe operation, a safety hand guard 8 is further provided on the vehicle body 1 in the area where a person stands, as shown in fig. 1.
