本发明公开了一种罐体灭火降温装置,包括罐体,包括密封板、隔热板、真空室、真空泵、降温组件,所述的密封板位于罐体外侧,二者焊接相连,所述的真空室位于隔热板外壁,二者焊接相连,所述的真空泵位于真空室左端中心处,二者螺纹相连,所述的降温组件位于真空室顶部,其数量为若干个,所述的降温组件由左至右依次排开,所述的降温组件包含液氮箱、液氮、温控器、磁动开关、阀门,所述的液氮箱位于真空室顶部,二者焊接相连,所述的液氮位于液氮箱内部,所述的温控器位于液氮箱顶部中心处,二者螺纹相连,所述的磁动开关位于液氮箱外部底端,二者螺纹相连,所述的阀门位于液氮箱内部底端,二者活动相连。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防火装置,尤其涉及一种罐体灭火降温装置。
背景技术
储油罐是一个常见但又具备高度危险的物品,在生产生活中,储油罐一般被放置在阴凉区域,并在周围设置有灭火装置,但是一旦发生火灾,一般的灭火装置甚至专业的消防装置都难以对其进行快速降温灭火,而且如果储油罐周围产生高温,温度值达到燃点,其也会发生爆炸,极易造成重大安全事故,鉴于上述缺陷,实有必要设计一种罐体灭火降温装置。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种罐体灭火降温装置,来解决现有储油罐安全的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种罐体灭火降温装置,包括罐体,包括密封板、隔热板、真空室、真空泵、降温组件,所述的密封板位于罐体外侧,二者焊接相连,所述的真空室位于隔热板外壁,二者焊接相连,所述的真空泵位于真空室左端中心处,二者螺纹相连,所述的降温组件位于真空室顶部,其数量为若干个,所述的降温组件由左至右依次排开,所述的降温组件包含液氮箱、液氮、温控器、磁动开关、阀门,所述的液氮箱位于真空室顶部,二者焊接相连,所述的液氮位于液氮箱内部,所述的温控器位于液氮箱顶部中心处,二者螺纹相连,所述的磁动开关位于液氮箱外部底端,二者螺纹相连,所述的阀门位于液氮箱内部底端,二者活动相连。
进一步,所述的降温组件数量优选为6个。
进一步,所述的罐体侧壁还设有水箱,其形状是矩形。
进一步,所述的水箱右端侧壁还设有加压泵,二者螺纹相连。
进一步,所述的水箱外部还设有水管,其形状为圆柱形,水管数量为若干个。
进一步,所述的水管顶端还设有喷淋头,二者焊接相连。
与现有技术相比,该罐体防火装置,首先在管体内壁设置密封板,避免幼油体渗漏和腐蚀,再设置隔热板,保证外部高温无法影响内部油体,再设置真空室,杜绝燃烧介质空气,真空室由真空泵进行抽真空,最后当发生异常高温时,再通过降温组件,对罐体进行冷却,上述装置极大的提高了罐体防火能力,避免的安全事故的发生。

如图1、图2所示,包括罐,1,包括密封板2、隔热板3、真空室4、真空泵5、降温组件,所述的密封板2位于罐体1外侧,二者焊接相连,所述的真空室4位于隔热板3外壁,二者焊接相连,所述的真空泵5位于真空室4左端中心处,二者螺纹相连,所述的降温组件位于真空室4顶部,其数量为若干个,所述的降温组件由左至右依次排开,所述的降温组件包含液氮箱601、液氮602、温控器603、磁动开关604、阀门605,所述的液氮箱601位于真空室4顶部,二者焊接相连,所述的液氮602位于液氮箱601内部,所述的温控器603位于液氮箱601顶部中心处,二者螺纹相连,所述的磁动开关604位于液氮箱601外部底端,二者螺纹相连,所述的阀门605位于液氮箱601内部底端,二者活动相连,所述的降温组件数量优选为6个,所述的罐体1侧壁还设有水箱101,其形状是矩形,所述的水箱101右端侧壁还设有加压泵102,二者螺纹相连,所述的水箱101外部还设有水管103,其形状为圆柱形,水管数量为若干个,所述的水管103顶端还设有喷淋头104,二者焊接相连。该罐体1防火装置,首先在管体内壁设置密封板2,避免幼油体渗漏和腐蚀,再设置隔热板3,保证外部高温无法影响内部油体,再设置真空室4,杜绝燃烧介质空气,真空室4由真空泵5进行抽真空,最后当发生异常高温时,再通过降温组件,对罐体1进行冷却,当温度异常升高达到危险温度时,降温组件中的温控器603会感应温度驱动磁动开关604工作,打开阀门605,液氮箱601内液氮602会在真空室4的吸力下立即充斥真空室4,对罐体1极速降温,避免事故发生。

1.一种罐体灭火降温装置,包括罐体,其特征在于包括密封板、隔热板、真空室、真空泵、降温组件,所述的密封板位于罐体外侧,二者焊接相连,所述的真空室位于隔热板外壁,二者焊接相连,所述的真空泵位于真空室左端中心处,二者螺纹相连,所述的降温组件位于真空室顶部,其数量为6个,所述的降温组件由左至右依次排开,所述的降温组件包含液氮箱、液氮、温控器、磁动开关、阀门,所述的液氮箱位于真空室顶部,二者焊接相连,所述的液氮位于液氮箱内部,所述的温控器位于液氮箱顶部中心处,二者螺纹相连,所述的磁动开关位于液氮箱外部底端,二者螺纹相连,所述的阀门位于液氮箱内部底端,二者活动相连;所述的罐体侧壁还设有水箱,其形状是矩形;所述的水箱右端侧壁还设有加压泵,二者螺纹相连;所述的水箱外部还设有水管,其形状为圆柱形,水管数量为若干个;所述的水管顶端还设有喷淋头,二者焊接相连。
