Abstract

背景技术
存在若干系统用来将座椅、手提婴儿床等装配至婴儿车的底盘上，使得与婴儿车关联的元件能够改变或者变化它们在底盘或者婴儿车上的位置。
这些装配系统具有位于婴儿车的底盘的任一侧的接收元件以接收座椅等，座椅具有一些锚固器件和箱，它们构成接收元件。
这些接收元件稳固并且结合至底盘与它们装配的元件上，从而确保座椅等正确安全地适配婴儿车，它们用在可折叠婴儿床上有缺陷。
在可折叠婴儿车中，座椅不得不根据如何折叠的情况来改变靠背的位置和座椅的表面，并且装配设备如果具有固定位置的话，座椅也要根据该固定的装配设备的倾斜而与其一起变化。
在座椅能够以任何方向附接至婴儿车的情形下，公知的锚固设备通常并入接收件，座椅附接至接收件，接收件能够改变其位置以使其装配至座椅的锚固机构中，用于附接沿一个移动方向或另一移动方向附接。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种稳固设备，其使得能够将座椅等类似设备装配至儿童的婴儿车的底盘上，使得该设备还允许座椅相对于其安装在婴儿车底盘上的位置进行受限旋转，从而当折叠婴儿床时维持特定角度，因此维持连接至附接设备的座椅各部件的倾斜角度。
对于该目的，该附接设备包括座椅锚固机构以及用于所述锚固机构的接收元件。接收元件位于婴儿车的底盘的每侧以接收也位于每侧的座椅、手提式婴儿床或者类似装置的锚固机构。
本发明的特性是，接收元件包括接收锚固机构的接合箱，该接合箱装配在婴儿车的底盘的关节点上，从而创建了转动轴线，并且该接合箱还具有用来限制该旋转的限制器件。
通过限制两个延伸穿过接合箱的止挡件在所述接合箱的细长的弯曲槽中的行程来限制旋转。这些止挡件中的每个止挡件分别结合至底盘的铰接在一起的两个结构构件，以调节接合箱关于这两个结构元件的旋转。

具体实施方式
在本发明的该优选实施方式中，如图1至图4可见的，用于装配座椅的设备1包括位于婴儿车的底盘的每侧上的接收元件2，用以接收待被附接的座椅的对应锚固机构3。
每个接收元件2均包括接合箱4，该接合箱在顶部具有壳体13以保持附接机构3以及它们所附接的横向构件5。
接合箱4装配至婴儿车的底盘上，具有三个接触点，它们是：
-接合轴线6，该接合轴线位于手柄杆的臂7上，允许接合箱4绕所述轴线6转动，
-止挡件8，该止挡件附接至手柄杆的臂7，并且延伸穿过所述接合箱4，以及
-止挡件9，该止挡件附接至后车轮的腿部10，并且也延伸穿过接合箱4。
手柄杆的臂7和后车轮的腿部10彼此铰接以允许婴儿床折叠。
为了允许臂7和所铰接的腿部10之间进行相对移动，接合箱4具有细长的弯曲槽11、11’及其对应的止挡件8、9，弯曲槽11、11’限制接合箱4的旋转，使得止挡件8、9之一在其对应的椭圆形凹槽11、11’中的行程的末端引起接合箱4相对于另一椭圆形凹槽11、11’旋转，以该方式，其在折叠期间实际上保持水平。
因此，一旦座椅通过将其机构3锚固至接收元件2而被附接，当婴儿床开始折叠时，附接设备1将在整个折叠处理期间维持水平角度，从而允许座椅被正确地折叠，因为座椅需要该位置用于正确的折叠。
这些锚固机构3是“Isofix”类型的，其包括两个对称的锚固设备12以沿一个方向或者另一个方向进行附接而适配座椅的每个位置，接合箱4具有单个元件5，锚固设备12附接至该单个元件5，并且该单个元件5具有根据装配方向的不同而不同的锚固位置。

1.一种用于将座椅装配至婴儿车的底盘的设备，该设备包括位于所述座椅的每侧的锚固机构，该锚固机构用于将所述座椅稳固在所述婴儿车的所述底盘上的对应接收元件中，其特征在于，所述底盘上的所述接收元件包括接合箱，所述锚固机构装配在所述接合箱中，所述接合箱绕横向轴旋转并且具有限制所述旋转的限制器件，所述限制器件包括两个对置的细长的弯曲槽，相应的止挡件穿过所述弯曲槽，一个所述止挡件附接至所述婴儿车的手柄杆的臂，另一个所述止挡件附接至后车轮的腿部。
