Abstract

本发明涉及一种彩虹膜,由多个表层和芯层交替层叠粘结而成,芯层中含有占芯层总重量5~15%的热塑性聚酯弹性体,所述的热塑性聚酯弹性体为分子结构中含有聚酯段和聚醚段的共聚物,在引入分子结构中含有聚酯和聚醚的热塑性聚酯弹性体后,其硬段与表层完全相容,软段与芯层相容,这样就解决了层界面之间的相容性问题,也就消除了可见光通过层界面时产生的衍射现象,同时解决了多层共挤时由于粘接性不好而引起的膜的厚度不均一的问题。

Description

彩虹膜
[技术领域]
本发明涉及多层薄膜,具体为一种彩虹膜。
[背景技术]
在食品包装、礼品包装、塑胶以及纸制品等行业通常都会采用彩虹膜作为包装材料。彩虹膜通过将两种或多种折光指数至少相差约0.03并且厚度与反射光波长相当的薄膜间隔叠加100层以上得到的。图1所示的就是其中一种现有的彩虹膜结构,其表层为PBT,其芯层为PMMA,膜层和芯层交替叠放并粘结在一起。每层薄膜的厚度相当于所要反射的光的波长,200多层的薄膜其厚度也就是0.02mm。其通过单向拉升膜或双向拉伸膜工艺制得。
然而,在现有技术中,无论是单向拉升膜工艺还是双向拉伸膜工艺,都存在着光在经过彩虹膜后光强度严重下降和损耗的技术问题,从而引起彩虹膜的色彩鲜艳度不均匀。
[发明内容]
本发明的主要目的在于解决现有技术中的光经过彩虹膜后光强度严重下降和损耗的问题。
为了实现上述目的,发明一种彩虹膜,由多个表层和芯层交替层叠粘结而成,芯层中含有占芯层总重量5~15%的热塑性聚酯弹性体,该热塑性聚酯弹性体为含有聚酯段和聚醚段的共聚物。
在本发明在研究的过程中,发现在常规的彩虹膜结构中,表层与芯层之间界面的相容性较差,导致了光在进入界面时,除了产生反射和折射现象外还有大量的衍射,从而引起了光强度的损耗,导致膜的鲜艳度的不均匀。在引入分子结构中含有聚酯硬段和聚醚软段的TPEE(热塑性聚酯弹性体)后,其硬段与表层完全相容,软段与芯层相容,这样就解决了层界面之间的相容性问题,也就消除了可见光通过层界面时产生的衍射现象,同时解决了多层共挤时由于粘接性不好而引起的膜的厚度不均一的问题。
进一步的,该采用膜还有如下优化工艺:
所述的表层为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)。
所述的芯层中还含有85~95%的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)。
所述的表层和芯层的层数和不低于100层。
所述的热塑性聚酯弹性体由聚丁二醇醚和聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯共聚而成。

[具体实施方式]
结合实施例和附图对于本发明做进一步的说明,实施例仅用于说明而不用于限制本发明的保护范围。
在图1结构的基础上,本发明的彩虹膜表层采用PBT,芯层采用PMMA+TPEE的混合物,PMMA的含量为85~95%,TPEE含有5~15%。
在本实施例中,TPEE由聚丁二醇醚和聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯共聚而成,其制备方法是公知的。在热塑性聚酯弹性体的分子结构中聚丁二醇醚的含量越大,树脂的硬度(洛氏硬度)的越小,特性粘度越大,流动性越差,依照树脂的硬度(洛氏硬度)的不同,树脂级别分为:45D、55D、65D、75D;本发明考虑到TPEE加入到PMMA体系中的会影响PMMA的流动性,从而引起PBT、PMMA共挤的同步性,会导致膜的厚度不均一,因此优选为75D。
其制备可以采用如图2的常规制备工艺:首先将PBT、PMMA、TPEE三种材料分别在鼓风烘箱中于80~100℃下烘干3~4小时后取出,将PBT加入到图2的A设备的储料槽,然后按照PMMA:TPEE=85~95:5~15的重量配比将PMMA和TPEE混合均匀后加入到图2的B设备的储料槽,表层(PBT)和芯层(PMMA+TPEE)分别通过图2的A和B设备的单螺杆挤出机挤出,随后分别依次进入分配器,由分配器执行A0和B0交叉叠加,通过流延模头成膜,膜通过三辊(可以设置不同的温度和拉伸比)设备来牵引和定型,定型后的膜通过收卷机收卷,按照标准长度切割成卷入库,按照上述步骤可以得到所述彩虹膜(具体工艺参数见表一),该工艺对于本领域的技术人员是清楚的,而本实施例主要侧重于表层和芯层的配方。
采用的原料参数如下:
PBT:聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,半结晶性热塑性材料,粘度为:0.8-1.3dl/g,优选为1.3dl/g;
PMMA:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,无定型热塑性材料,光学级,熔融指数(230℃/2.16kg):1-3g/min,优选为:1.8g/min;
TPEE:热塑性聚酯弹性体,分子结构中含有聚酯硬段和聚醚软段的共聚物,洛氏硬度:45-75D。
彩虹膜的配方成分如表一所示:

将PBT、PMMA、TPEE三种材料分别在鼓风烘箱中于100℃下烘干4小时后取出,将PBT加入到图2的A设备的储料槽,然后按照表一的重量配比将PMMA和TPEE混合均匀后加入到图2的B设备的储料槽,同时按照表二的生产工艺设定各个参数,表层(PBT)和芯层(PMMA+TPEE)分别通过图2的A和B设备的单螺杆挤出机挤出,随后分别依次进入分配器,由分配器执行A0和B0交叉叠加,通过流延模头成膜,膜通过三辊(可以设置不同的温度和拉伸比)设备来牵引和定型,定型后的膜通过收卷机收卷,得到所述彩虹膜。
其生产工艺的各个参数如下:                  表二
针对上述得到的彩虹膜,进行性能测试:
备注:①撕裂强度测试:用1000kg万能拉力机测试,测试标准ISO527-2;
②厚度均匀性测试:分光光度仪测试;
③AB相界面相容性测试:扫描电子显微镜(SEM)照片;
④色彩鲜艳度和均衡性测试:目视。
5.结论:
从实验中可以得出,考虑膜的强度和色彩均匀性以及膜的厚度均匀性,特别是AB层之间的相容性来说,TPEE(75D和65D)添加在B层中含量达到5%~15%是最佳的,优选为5%,TPEE(45D)效果不好。

Claims (5)

1.一种彩虹膜,由多个表层和芯层交替层叠粘结而成,其特征在于芯层中含有占芯层总重量5~15%的热塑性聚酯弹性体,该热塑性聚酯弹性体为含有聚酯段和聚醚段的共聚物。
2.如权利要求1所述的彩虹膜,其特征在于所述的表层为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的彩虹膜,其特征在于所述的芯层中还含有占芯层总重量85~95%的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
4.如权利要求1所述的彩虹膜,其特征在于所述的表层和芯层的层数和不低于100层。
5.如权利要求1所述的彩虹膜,其特征在于所述的热塑性聚酯弹性体由聚丁二醇醚和聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯共聚而成。
