本发明公开一种防爆炸的玻璃,所述防爆炸的玻璃包括最上层的热稳定材料层、中间层的粘合层和最下层的基层。本发明提供一种防爆炸的玻璃,具有耐震、防盗、防弹、防爆、防紫外的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防爆炸的玻璃。
背景技术
防爆玻璃其实是将普通的玻璃经过高温的处理,使其分子结构发生变化,这样万一其爆裂,它的碎片是小的圆圆的颗粒状,是没有锋利的碎片的.专业术语叫钢化玻璃.这样它即使碎裂对人体也不会造成伤害。现在市场上一般的淋浴房都号称是钢化玻璃,细微的区别就在钢化的程度,好的玻璃就是完全钢化的,差一点的就达不到百分之一百钢化,市场上超过8MM的玻璃基本上都无法达到100%的钢化,所以不是说这种钢化玻璃就绝对不会碎,只是它的碎的概率非常低,即使碎了以后的碎片是圆角的,不易对人体造成伤害. 所以现在市场上还有两种防爆的补救措施(除了玻璃本身以外).一种是贴膜,这种做法就象骨头断了夹上夹板一样,可以是骨头不会散落下来,不过该断还是会断,所以他属于是一种事后的补救措施,同时也是对自己玻璃的信心不足,因为好的钢化玻璃即使碎也不会对人体造成伤害,所以无须贴膜做保护,其实还增加了成本(外面贴膜一般200多一个平方). 还有一种方式是在玻璃内壁涂抹保护层,这样就可以有效防止水内的矿物质对玻璃的腐蚀,从而是玻璃的结构稳固,以达到不会爆裂,所以这种办法应该说叫事前预防.这种玻璃比一般的玻璃的使用寿命至少要提高5到10年(一次涂抹)。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防爆炸的玻璃,具有耐震、防盗、防弹、防爆、防紫外的优点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种防爆炸的玻璃,所述防爆炸的玻璃包括最上层的热稳定材料层、中间层的粘合层和最下层的基层,所述热稳定材料层和基层通过粘合层黏合在一起,所述粘合层是PVB胶片,所述基层是夹丝玻璃,所述热稳定材料、添加剂和防碎玻璃的厚度比例为1:2:1。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述PVB胶片的厚度是1.52mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述夹丝玻璃的厚度是18mm。
本发明的一种防爆炸的玻璃,具有耐震、防盗、防弹、防爆、防紫外的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明一种防爆炸的玻璃,所述防爆炸的玻璃包括最上层1的热稳定材料层、中间层2的粘合层和最下层3的基层,所述热稳定材料层和基层通过粘合层黏合在一起,所述粘合层是PVB胶片,所述基层是夹丝玻璃,所述热稳定材料、添加剂和防碎玻璃的厚度比例为1:2:1,所述PVB胶片的厚度是1.52mm,所述夹丝玻璃的厚度是18mm。所述防爆炸的玻璃安全性高: 由于中间层的PVB坚韧且附着力强,受冲击破损后不易被贯穿,碎片不会脱落,与PVB胶片紧紧地粘合在一起。与其他玻璃相比,具有耐震、防盗、防弹、防爆、防紫外等性能。中间PVB层可减低太阳辐射,防止能源的流失,节省空调的用电量,能对声音的音波振动产品产生缓冲作用,从而达到隔音效果。但隔音效果并不是最理想,因为它没有真空层。由于防爆玻璃具有很高抗冲击强度和使用的安全性,因而适用于建筑物的天花板、淋浴房、地板、隔墙、工业厂房的天窗、商店的橱窗、幼儿园、学校、体育馆、私人住宅、别墅、疯人院、银行、珠宝店、证券公司、保险公司、邮局、博物馆、监狱等场所。防爆玻璃还常常被用于机场、旅馆、机关单位办公楼等公共设施,或易发生事故的地方(如落地窗、商级住宅楼)等。同时,该产品在军事和高新技术工业等领域也有着广泛的应用,如用于航天器、军事仪器、太阳能电池和太阳能接收器,在工业领域应用于复合减震钢板、矿用防爆玻璃等。
夹丝玻璃体内有金属丝或网,所以夹丝玻璃的整体性有很大提高。破坏时避免整体崩碎,因而具有一定的防火作用和安全效果。夹丝玻璃的缺点是透视性不好,因其内部有丝网存在,对视 觉效果有一定干扰,其次在玻璃边部裸露的金属丝易被腐蚀。夹丝、夹网玻璃的安全性体现在破坏时仍保持整体性,玻璃的碎片会在属丝牵拉下不散,减少了对人体的伤害。可以使用于天窗、屋顶、室内隔断和其他易造成碎片伤人的场合。此外由于夹丝网玻璃不易洞穿,用于门窗玻璃亦有一定的防盗作用。夹网玻璃还可作为二级门窗防火材料使用。普通玻璃在火灾发生时易受热破裂而碎落,造成空气流动和火灾蔓延。夹丝网的玻璃在火灾中虽然产生炸裂,但由于有金属丝或网的支撑而不会崩落洞穿,可在相当程度上保持整体性,防止了空气的流动,对火灾蔓延有较好的阻作用。夹丝、夹网玻璃还适用于防震的场合,如对地震防护要求较高的建筑和有工业振动的厂房等建筑。夹丝、夹网玻璃改善了平板玻璃易碎的脆性性质,是一种价格低廉,应用广泛的建筑玻璃。本发明提供一种防爆炸的玻璃,具有耐震、防盗、防弹、防爆、防紫外的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。
Claims (3)
1.一种防爆炸的玻璃,其特征在于:所述防爆炸的玻璃包括最上层的热稳定材料层、中间层的粘合层和最下层的基层,所述热稳定材料层和基层通过粘合层黏合在一起,所述粘合层是PVB胶片,所述基层是夹丝玻璃,所述热稳定材料、添加剂和防碎玻璃的厚度比例为1:2:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防爆炸的玻璃,其特征在于:所述PVB胶片的厚度是1.52mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防爆炸的玻璃,其特征在于:所述夹丝玻璃的厚度是18mm。
