本发明涉及塑料生产技术领域,具体地说是涉及生产塑料型材的模具。
背景技术
塑料型材的共挤模具包括模具本体,模具本体具有模腔,模具本体具有前面的进口和后面的出口,进口和出口之间就是模腔,所述的模具侧面还有第二进口通向模腔,所述的模腔在第二进口的交接处后面具有变大的结构,现有技术中,模具本体后面没有涂胶装置,常常出现第一次进入的中心材料和从第二进口处进入的的材料(外面的表层材料)脱层的现象,影响产品的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述缺点,提供一种减少脱层现象、第一次进入的中心材料和外面的材料结合得更好、提高产品质量的涂胶共挤模具。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:涂胶共挤模具,包括模具本体,模具本体具有前面的进口和后面的出口,进口和出口之间是模腔,所述的模具侧面还有第二进口通向模腔,所述的模腔在第二进口的交接处后面具有变大的结构,其特征是:所述的模腔在第二进口的交接处前面具有一圈环绕模腔壁上的凹槽,凹槽连通模具本体外面具有进胶通道。
进一步地讲,所述的凹槽内设置有蓄胶垫,所述的蓄胶垫内部是空芯的、外面是海绵、泡沫或布料结构。
本发明的有益效果是:这样的涂胶共挤模具具有减少脱层现象、第一次进入的中心材料和外面的的材料结合得更好、提高产品质量的优点;所述的凹槽内设置有蓄胶垫,所述的蓄胶垫内部是空芯的、外面是海绵、泡沫或布料结构,具有涂胶更均匀、减少浪费的优点。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,涂胶共挤模具,包括模具本体1,模具本体具有前面的进口2和后面的出口3,进口2和出口3之间是模腔8,所述的模具侧面还有第二进口4通向模腔8,所述的模腔在第二进口的交接处后面具有变大的结构5,其特征是:所述的模腔在第二进口的交接处前面具有一圈环绕模腔壁上的凹槽6,凹槽连通模具本体外面具有进胶通道9。
使用时,进胶通道连接进胶管,这样就可以在两次进入的原料形成的产品之间涂抹上一层胶,这层胶对其进行粘接,具有本发明的优点。
进一步地讲,所述的凹槽内设置有蓄胶垫7,所述的蓄胶垫7内部是空芯的、外面是海绵、泡沫或布料结构。这样蓄胶垫起着涂抹的作用,并且涂抹均匀,就像刷子一样,具有效果更佳的优点。

2.根据权利要求1所述的共挤模具,其特征是:所述的凹槽内设置有蓄胶垫,所述的蓄胶垫内部是空芯的、外面是海绵、泡沫或布料结构。
