一种静电喷涂高压空气的除湿装置，涉及静电喷涂领域，应用于对工件的静电喷涂中高压空气的除湿。包括静电喷塑机，静电喷塑机上设有储粉罐，所述的储粉罐连接喷枪，还包括空压机，所述的空压机与静电喷塑机相连接，在空压机和静电喷塑机相连接的管路上设有油水分离器。其效果是：由于采用了油水分离器，将空压机出来的压缩空气过滤掉了含有的水汽和油气，工件在进行静电喷涂时候就不会出现由于水汽引起的气泡现象，也不会出现由于油气引起的工件表面缩孔现象了。

技术领域
 本发明涉及静电喷涂领域，应用于对工件的静电喷涂中高压空气的除湿。 
背景技术
 目前静电喷涂设备有空压机和静电喷塑机构成，由于空压机长时间使用，气罐内部会形成冷凝水，气体喷出时会携带水汽喷出，致使喷粉过程中工件喷涂膜表面出现气泡现象，空压机的长时间使用，也会混合带出一些压缩机油，这样对工件进行喷粉，会使工件表面出现缩孔现象，严重影响工件喷粉质量。 
发明内容
 本发明的目的是，提供一种静电喷涂高压空气的除湿装置，避免高压空气携带水汽和油滴。 
 为达到上述目的所采取的技术方案是： 
 一种静电喷涂高压空气的除湿装置，包括静电喷塑机，静电喷塑机上设有储粉罐，所述的储粉罐连接喷枪，其特征是：还包括空压机，所述的空压机与静电喷塑机相连接，在空压机和静电喷塑机相连接的管路上设有油水分离器。
 本发明所到的效果是：由于采用了油水分离器，将空压机出来的压缩空气过滤掉了含有的水汽和油气，工件在进行静电喷涂时候就不会出现由于水汽引起的气泡现象，也不会出现由于油气引起的工件表面缩孔现象了。

具体实施方式
 由附图1可知，本发明包括静电喷塑机4，静电喷塑机4上设有储粉罐5，所述的储粉罐5连接喷枪1，还包括空压机2，所述的空压机2与静电喷塑机4相连接，在空压机2和静电喷塑机4相连接的管路上设有油水分离器3。空压机2向静电喷塑机4提供高压空气，使储粉罐5中的粉料快速喷出。在工件在静电喷涂过程中，由于采用了油水分离器，将空压机2出来的压缩空气过滤掉了含有的水汽和油气，避免空气中含有的水汽、油气进入静电喷塑机，保证压缩空气的洁净。工件在进行静电喷涂时候就不会出现由于水汽引起的气泡现象，也避免了由于油气引起的工件表面缩孔现象。 
应当说明的是，本发明所述的实施方式仅仅是其优选方式，对属于本发明整体构思，而仅仅是显而易见的改动，均应属于本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种静电喷涂高压空气的除湿装置，包括静电喷塑机，静电喷塑机上设有储粉罐，所述的储粉罐连接喷枪，其特征是：还包括空压机，所述的空压机与静电喷塑机相连接，在空压机和静电喷塑机相连接的管路上设有油水分离器。
