技术领域
本发明涉及一种碳纤维布自动上胶机。
背景技术
为保护碳纤维表面处理后产生的表面活性，增强碳纤维与基体树脂的粘结牢度，碳纤维经表面处理后要进行上胶处理，上胶处理时胶液在丝条及纤维表面形成光滑坚韧的薄膜，提高耐磨性，防止毛丝的产生，同时能保持原有的弹性，胶液渗透到纤维内部，胶合部分纤维，可以增大抱合力。现有的碳纤维布上胶机构预浸布的上胶厚度控制精度不高、上胶量不能控制。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种碳纤维布自动上胶机，可以实现自动上胶、上胶量可控。
为解决上述现有的技术问题，本发明采用如下方案：碳纤维布自动上胶机，包括机架和设在机架上的胶槽，所述机架上设有第一导向辊、压辊、动力辊以及第二导向辊，所述第一导向辊、压辊、动力辊以及第二导向辊沿碳纤维布的行进方向依次布置，所述压辊位于胶槽内，所述动力辊位于胶槽上方，所述机架上设有用于带动动力辊转动的电机，所述机架上在动力辊的上方设有调节辊，所述第一导向辊、压辊、动力辊、第二导向辊以及调节辊均平行设置，所述机架上设有用于调节调节辊靠近或远离动力辊的调节阀。
作为优选，所述机架上设有与电机连接的用于控制电机转动的控制器。
作为优选，所述机架上设有工作台，所述控制器的操作面板设于工作台上。
作为优选，所述动力辊为橡胶动力辊。
有益效果：
本发明采用上述技术方案提供的碳纤维布自动上胶机，可以实现自动上胶，通过设置调节辊和调节阀，上胶量可控。

具体实施方式
如图1所示为本发明碳纤维布自动上胶机的一种实施例，其包括机架和设在机架上的胶槽1，胶槽1内用于盛放碳纤维胶，机架上设有第一导向辊2、压辊3、动力辊4以及第二导向辊5，第一导向辊2、压辊3、动力辊4以及第二导向辊5沿碳纤维布的行进方向依次布置，动力辊4为橡胶动力辊，压辊3位于胶槽1内并浸在碳纤维胶中，动力辊4位于胶槽1上方，机架上设有用于带动动力辊4转动的电机6，机架上在动力辊4的上方设有调节辊9，第一导向辊2、压辊3、动力辊4、第二导向辊5以及调节辊9均平行设置，机架上设有用于调节调节辊9靠近或远离动力辊4的调节阀10。机架上设有与电机6连接的用于控制电机转动的控制器7。机架上设有工作台8，控制器7的操作面板设于工作台8上。

1.碳纤维布自动上胶机，包括机架和设在机架上的胶槽(1)，其特征在于：所述机架上设有第一导向辊(2)、压辊(3)、动力辊(4)以及第二导向辊(5)，所述第一导向辊(2)、压辊(3)、动力辊(4)以及第二导向辊(5)沿碳纤维布的行进方向依次布置，所述压辊(3)位于胶槽(1)内，所述动力辊(4)位于胶槽(1)上方，所述机架上设有用于带动动力辊(4)转动的电机(6)，所述机架上在动力辊(4)的上方设有调节辊(9)，所述第一导向辊(2)、压辊(3)、动力辊(4)、第二导向辊(5)以及调节辊(9)均平行设置，所述机架上设有用于调节调节辊(9)靠近或远离动力辊(4)的调节阀(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维布自动上胶机，其特征在于：所述机架上设有与电机(6)连接的用于控制电机转动的控制器(7)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的碳纤维布自动上胶机，其特征在于：所述机架上设有工作台(8)，所述控制器(7)的操作面板设于工作台(8)上。
