本发明提供一种多级剪切研磨机,主杆、从杆通过轴承及轴承座固定在箱体上;在主杆和从杆上依次分别对应套有主螺套、副螺套,主粗研刀、副粗研刀,定位轮套,齿轮套;从杆的右端设有紧固螺母;精研刀套在主杆上紧靠齿轮套;轴承压盖和后盖分别套在主杆的两端并分别固定在箱体上,主杆和从杆通过齿轮套传动连接,主粗研刀座、副粗研刀座及精研刀座均固定在箱体上。它效果在于:1、耗能低,效率高;2、不容易发生堵塞现象,生产流畅;3、装置精简,降低了生产成本;4、研磨效果好。

Description

多级剪切研磨机
技术领域:本发明涉及一种在改性沥青(SBR、SBS)生产中对混合在基础沥青中颗粒较大的丁苯橡胶进行剪切研磨的装置,特别是一种多级剪切研磨机。
背景技术:SBR改性沥青能够有效的改善沥青的路用性能,增强路面高低温下的稳定性,现已被我国大量推广使用。在SBR改性沥青的生产过程中,现有对丁苯橡胶进行剪切的装置有多种,上海威宇公路技术股份有限公司设备生产的三级高速剪切机就是其中的一种,它的结构是:第一级泵腔内有一对转定子;第二级泵腔内有二对转定子;第三级泵腔内有三对转定子;它的作业是通过高速旋转的转子将物料从容器底部吸入转子内,承受强烈的混合作用,物料被迫通过精密配合的定子与转子间隙后,从定子孔中甩出,在通过中,承受强烈的机械和液力的剪切,从而将颗粒撕裂和粉碎。该种装置在使用中存在的不足是:1、耗能大,效率较低;一台90KW的剪切机加18.5KW螺杆输送泵,每小时产量只有3吨左右,这在于作业中的物料是作径向运动、线速度较大,所以所需电机功率就大;2、经常容易发生堵塞现象,影响生产,这在于,在作业中装置对粘度比较敏感,使得转、定子在作业很容易发生堵塞;3、装置不精简,需配输送装置才能完成作业。
发明内容:本发明的目的在于,针对现有对丁苯橡胶进行剪切的装置在使用中所存在的耗能大,效率较低,容易堵塞,影响生产且需配输送装置的不足,而提出一种多级剪切研磨机,它具有电机功率小,产量高,刀子不容易堵塞,产量是现有磨机的2到3倍且无需配输送装置的优点。
通过下述技术方案可实现本发明目的,一种多级剪切研磨机,其特征在于,它主要包括主杆、轴承压盖、轴承座、轴承、箱体、定位轮套、齿轮套、主螺套、主粗研刀、主粗研刀座、精研刀、精研刀座、从杆、副螺套、副粗研刀、副粗研刀座、后盖;主杆、从杆通过轴承及轴承座固定在箱体上;在主杆和从杆上依次分别对应套有主螺套、副螺套,主粗研刀、副粗研刀,定位轮套,齿轮套;从杆的右端设有紧固螺母;精研刀套在主杆上紧靠齿轮套;轴承压盖和后盖分别套在主杆的两端并分别固定在箱体上,主杆和从杆通过齿轮套传动连接,主粗研刀座、副粗研刀座及精研刀座均固定在箱体上。
为进一步防止堵塞,在进料口处和主、副螺套与主、副粗研刀之间及齿轮套与精研刀之间的主杆和从杆上分别对应设有1~2个齿的研刀。
主粗研刀的刀齿按轴向且均匀布置,刀齿数为6-15个,副粗研刀的刀齿按轴向且均匀布置,刀齿数为6-15个;主粗研刀座的刀齿按轴向且均匀布置,它与主粗研刀的刀齿对应,副粗研刀座的刀齿按轴向且均匀布置,它与副粗研刀的刀齿对应。
精研刀的刀齿按轴向且均匀布置,刀齿数为15-30个;精研刀座的刀齿按轴向且均匀布置,它与精研刀的刀齿对应。
为保证研磨质量及不被堵塞,主粗研刀与主粗研刀座、副粗研刀与副粗研刀座、精研刀与精研刀座之间刀齿的间隙为0.25~0.5mm。
本发明的效果在于:1、耗能低,效率高,这在于本装置中设置了主、副螺套,主、副螺套在运行中使机内的研磨介质沿轴向运行,它与研磨介质作径向运动的现有装置比,可只用远小于现有装置的功率就可达到现有装置的作业效果,从而使本装置具有耗能低,效率高的效果;2、不容易发生堵塞现象,因为主、副螺套在运行中会产生很大的轴向推力,研磨介质在这股轴向推力下,较容易通过研磨刀的间隙,另外,本装置在进料口处设有研刀,它可将料中的一些未被打细的大颗粒进一步打细,从而本装置不容易发生堵塞,使生产流畅;3、装置精简,降低了生产成本,因为它无需配置螺杆输送泵来对研磨介质起输送作用,这在于本装置中设有主、副螺套,它具有输送研磨介质的功能,从而无需配置螺杆输送泵;4、研磨效果好,这在于研磨介质在轴向流动中要经过多次剪切研磨,从而可使研磨介质非常细腻和混合均匀,完全达到国家规定的标准。

具体实施方式:
参见附图1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12,一种多级剪切研磨机,它主要主要由主杆1、轴承压盖2、轴承座3、轴承、机封4、箱体5、定位轮套6、齿轮套7、主螺套8、主粗研刀9、主粗研刀座10、精研刀11、精研刀座12、从杆13、副螺套14、副粗研刀15、副粗研刀座16、后盖17组成。主杆1通过滚珠轴承18、及轴承座3、滑动轴承19、滑动轴承20、滑动轴承21固定在箱体5上,滚子轴承18对主杆1主要起轴向定位,滑动轴承19、滑动轴承20、滑动轴承21起径向定位。从杆13通过滑动轴承22、滑动轴承23固定在箱体5上。在主杆1和从杆13上依次分别对应套有主螺套8、副螺套14,主粗研刀9、副粗研刀15,定位轮套6,齿轮套7,定位轮套6由2个相互相嵌的定位轮组成,齿轮套7由2个相互齿合的齿轮组成。从杆13的右端设有紧固螺母24,紧固螺母24;精研刀11套在主杆1上紧靠齿轮套7;轴承压盖2和后盖17分别套在主杆1的两端并分别固定在箱体5上,主杆1和从杆13通过齿轮套7传动连接。机封4设在主杆1上。主粗研刀座10、副粗研刀座16及精研刀座12均固定在箱体5上,精研刀座12由2个半体组成。为进一步防止堵塞,在进料口处和主螺套8、副螺套14与主粗研刀9、副粗研刀15之间及齿轮套7与精研刀11之间的主杆1和从杆13上分别对应设有研刀25、研刀26、研刀27,其中研刀27中设在从杆13上的研刀是与紧固螺母24为同一体的部件,即中心部为紧固螺母,外围为研刀。主粗研刀9的刀齿按轴向且均匀布置,刀齿数为7个(范围为6-15个),副粗研刀15的刀齿按轴向且均匀布置,刀齿数为7个(范围为6-15个);主粗研刀座10的刀齿按轴向且均匀布置,它与主粗研刀9的刀齿对应,副粗研刀座16的刀齿按轴向且均匀布置,它与副粗研刀15的刀齿对应。(说明:主粗研刀9与副粗研刀15,主粗研刀座10与副粗研刀座16的结构相同,在附图说明中均为粗研刀和粗研刀座)。精研刀11的刀齿按轴向且均匀布置,刀齿数为21个(范围为15-30个);精研刀座12的刀齿按轴向且均匀布置,它与精研刀11的刀齿对应。为保证研磨质量及不被堵塞,主粗研刀9与主粗研刀座10、副粗研刀15与副粗研刀座16、精研刀11与精研刀座12之间刀齿的间隙为0.25~0.5mm。

1.一种多级剪切研磨机,其特征在于,它主要包括主杆、轴承压盖、轴承座、轴承、箱体、定位轮套、齿轮套、主螺套、主粗研刀、主粗研刀座、精研刀、精研刀座、从杆、副螺套、副粗研刀、副粗研刀座、后盖;主杆、从杆通过轴承及轴承座固定在箱体上;在主杆和从杆上依次分别对应套有主螺套、副螺套,主粗研刀、副粗研刀,定位轮套,齿轮套;从杆的右端设有紧固螺母;精研刀套在主杆上紧靠齿轮套;轴承压盖和后盖分别套在主杆的两端并分别固定在箱体上,主杆和从杆通过齿轮套传动连接,主粗研刀座、副粗研刀座及精研刀座均固定在箱体上。
2.按权利要求1所述的多级剪切研磨机,其特征在于,在进料口处和主、副螺套与主、副粗研刀之间及齿轮套与精研刀之间的主杆和从杆上分别对应设有1~2个齿的研刀。
3.按权利要求1所述的多级剪切研磨机,其特征在于,主粗研刀的刀齿按轴向且均匀布置,刀齿数为6-15个,副粗研刀的刀齿按轴向且均匀布置,刀齿数为6-15个;主粗研刀座的刀齿按轴向且均匀布置,它与主粗研刀的刀齿对应,副粗研刀座的刀齿按轴向且均匀布置,它与副粗研刀的刀齿对应。
4.按权利要求1所述的多级剪切研磨机,其特征在于,精研刀的刀齿按轴向且均匀布置,刀齿数为15-30个;精研刀座的刀齿按轴向且均匀布置,它与精研刀的刀齿对应。
5.按权利要求1或2或3或4所述的多级剪切研磨机,其特征在于,为保证研磨质量及不被堵塞,主粗研刀与主粗研刀座、副粗研刀与副粗研刀座、精研刀与精研刀座之间刀齿的间隙为0.25~0.5mm。
