一种工业废水吸附材料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:海泡石粉8-17份,氢氧化钠片碱5-9份,聚合氯化铝4-11份,天然沸石9-15份,天然纤维2-8份,乙烯化二甲基硅氧烷5-10份,大豆蛋白4-9份,膨润土4-8份,氧化铁2-6份,聚乙烯酯5-9份,碱石灰3-8份,羟乙基纤维素1-5份。本发明的有益效果是,本发明的工业废水吸附材料,能够快速的吸附工业废水中的重金属离子,使其沉淀,同时使用简单,应用范围广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种工业废水吸附材料。
背景技术
现在的净水材料一般其主要作用是控制水垢、污泥的形成,减少泡沫,减少对与水接触的材料的腐蚀,除去水中的悬浮固体和有毒物质,除臭、脱色,软化、稳定水质及海水淡化等。然而现在的工业废水,一般含有大量的化学有毒元素,对土壤和环境的影响更大,更需要及时的解决,同时能够吸附工业废水中的重金属离子以及其他一些有毒元素物质,减少废水对于环境的污染。而现有的处理方法普遍存在着物料消耗量大,处理时间长,成本高等缺点。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种工业废水吸附材料,能够快速的吸附工业废水中的重金属离子,使其沉淀,同时使用简单,应用范围广。
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种工业废水吸附材料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
海泡石粉8-17份,氢氧化钠片碱5-9份,聚合氯化铝4-11份,天然沸石9-15份,天然纤维2-8份,乙烯化二甲基硅氧烷5-10份,大豆蛋白4-9份,膨润土4-8份,氧化铁2-6份,聚乙烯酯5-9份,碱石灰3-8份,羟乙基纤维素1-5份。
本发明优化的技术方案是,一种工业废水吸附材料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
海泡石粉13份,氢氧化钠片碱7份,聚合氯化铝8份,天然沸石12份,天然纤维5份,乙烯化二甲基硅氧烷7份,大豆蛋白7份,膨润土6份,氧化铁4份,聚乙烯酯7份,碱石灰6份,羟乙基纤维素3份。

海泡石粉8份,氢氧化钠片碱5份,聚合氯化铝4份,天然沸石9份,天然纤维2份,乙烯化二甲基硅氧烷5份,大豆蛋白4份,膨润土4份,氧化铁2份,聚乙烯酯5份,碱石灰3份,羟乙基纤维素1份。

一种工业废水吸附材料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
海泡石粉17份,氢氧化钠片碱9份,聚合氯化铝11份,天然沸石15份,天然纤维8份,乙烯化二甲基硅氧烷10份,大豆蛋白9份,膨润土8份,氧化铁6份,聚乙烯酯9份,碱石灰8份,羟乙基纤维素5份。
实施例3
一种工业废水吸附材料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
海泡石粉13份,氢氧化钠片碱7份,聚合氯化铝8份,天然沸石12份,天然纤维5份,乙烯化二甲基硅氧烷7份,大豆蛋白7份,膨润土6份,氧化铁4份,聚乙烯酯7份,碱石灰6份,羟乙基纤维素3份。

海泡石粉8-17份,氢氧化钠片碱5-9份,聚合氯化铝4-11份,天然沸石9-15份,天然纤维2-8份,乙烯化二甲基硅氧烷5-10份,大豆蛋白4-9份,膨润土4-8份,氧化铁2-6份,聚乙烯酯5-9份,碱石灰3-8份,羟乙基纤维素1-5份。
