本发明涉及一种用于处理废水的吸附材料。
背景技术
工业废水造成的污染主要有:有机需氧物质污染,化学毒物污染,无机固体悬浮物污染,重金属污染,酸污染,碱污染,植物营养物质污染,热污染,病原体污染等。许多污染物有颜色、臭味或易生泡沫,因此工业废水常呈现使人厌恶的外观,造成水体大面积污染,直接威胁人民群众的生命和健康,因此控制工业废水尤为重要。因此人们对于工业废水的处理液越来越重视,一般的处理工业废水都是采用污水处理按照其作用可分为物理法、生物法和化学法三种。然而都各有缺点,不能够满足要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种用于处理废水的吸附材料,能够很好的吸附有毒物质,净化水质,同时不会影响水质的酸碱度,且化学性质稳定,不会对水质造成二次污染。
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种用于处理废水的吸附材料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
聚合硫酸铝铁10-15份,改性硅藻土5-8份,石膏粉6-10份,氧化铁3-9份,硅藻土4-8份,水泥灰水溶液5-10份,乙醇2-6份,金红石型钛白粉5-7份,硫酸铝溶液4-9份,聚丙烯酰胺溶液8-14份,硅烷偶联剂2-6份,PE酯1-3份,氧化铝4-6份,氢氧化钙3-7份,石英石9-13份,尼泊金甲酯3-5份。
本发明优化的技术方案是,一种用于处理废水的吸附材料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
聚合硫酸铝铁13份,改性硅藻土6份,石膏粉8份,氧化铁6份,硅藻土6份,水泥灰水溶液5-10份,乙醇2-6份,金红石型钛白粉5-7份,硫酸铝溶液4-9份,聚丙烯酰胺溶液11份,硅烷偶联剂4份,PE酯2份,氧化铝5份,氢氧化钙5份,石英石11份,尼泊金甲酯4份。
