技术领域
本发明属于乙肝治疗技术领域，尤其涉及一种用于治疗与预防乙型肝炎的复方中药。
背景技术
我国是一个乙肝患病大国，全国乙肝表面抗原阳性(HBsAg+)人数近壹亿人，每年由乙肝引起的肝硬化、原发性肝癌占肝病死亡率的90％以上。目前，所有治疗乙型肝炎的中西药都存在如下缺陷：治疗急性期的药不能治疗慢性期的乙肝，治疗慢性期的药不能治疗急性期的乙肝；无法同时预防乙型肝炎的复发；临床用药复杂、繁琐、效果不稳定，病人无法自己购药治疗，难以普及推广使用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于治疗与预防乙型肝炎的复方中药，该药可同时适用于治疗乙型肝炎急性期和慢性期，而且能使人体产生预防性的乙肝抗体(HBs+)。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用以下技术方案：用于治疗与预防乙型肝炎的复方中药，由药粉和药液制成，药粉由苦参和黄柏按重量比3:7～5:5制成；药液由以下重量份的原料药材制成：生女贞子10～30份、珍珠母粗粉150～450份、西洋参10～30份、生牡蛎粗粉10～30份、生龟板粗粉150～450份、银柴胡5～15份、地骨皮10～30份、青蒿5～15份、胡黄连5～15份、金钱草5～15份、玉米须5～15份、石斛50～150份、沙参5～15份、石决明粗粉10～30份、毛冬青50～150份、白茅根5～15份、贯众10～30份、苦楝皮5～15份、水牛角片20～60份、生石膏5～15份、泽泻5～15份、猪苓15～45份、鬼羽箭5～15份、白芍10～30份、生桅子5～15份、玉竹5～15份。其中，鬼羽箭，异名，黑草、幼克草、黑骨草、羽箭，为玄参科植物鬼羽箭全草，功能：清热凉血解毒(参见《中药大辞典》上海科学技术出版社1986年6月第一版，2001年8月第13次印刷，下册1693页)。
药粉和药液重量比为2000～2500:1000～1500。
上述用于治疗与预防乙型肝炎的复方中药，将药粉和药液混合制成小丸或颗粒，然后灌装成胶囊剂或压制成片剂。
片剂为普通片或包衣片。
药粉由苦参和黄柏混匀后粉碎至60～80目。
药液采用水煎制成，原料药材与水重量体积比为1.3:3.3～1.2:2.0，煮沸10～15分钟，放凉过滤即得。
针对目前乙肝治疗药物存在疗效欠佳的问题，发明人根据长年积累的中医中药实践经验，研制开发出一种用于治疗与预防乙型肝炎的复方中药，该药由药粉和药液制成，包括苦参和黄柏等28味中草药。本发明的复方中药具有清热利湿、疏肝利胆、解毒、激活免疫功效，二十余年临床实际使用表明，该方对湿热型乙型肝炎的急慢期都有显著效果，直接抑制乙肝病毒(HBV)复制地同时提高了机体免疫力，并能最终治愈及预防复发。用药治疗期间，定期到医院作乙肝两对半定量检测，就会发现乙肝表面抗原阳性值逐步下降，临床症状如黄疸、饮食不振、乏力、小便黄、口渴、干瘦、皮肤搔痒、痤疮或青春痘、血压偏高、便秘等症状3至15天减轻或完全消失；继续用药，乙肝表面抗原转阴，同时产生抗体(HBs+)，肝功能全部恢复正常。相对于传统药物，本发明用药安全、简单方便，有利推广、普及乙型肝炎治疗和预防一体化。

<1>将苦参和黄柏混匀后粉碎至60目制成药粉；
<2>采用水煎法，药液的原料药材与水重量体积比为1.1:2.4，煮沸10分钟，放凉过滤即得药液。
<3>按药粉和药液重量比为2500:1500，将药粉和药液混合制成小丸，然后灌装成胶囊剂。实施例2

药粉由苦参和黄柏按重量比5:5制成。
药液由以下重量的原料药材制成：生女贞子20克、珍珠母粗粉450克、西洋参29克、生牡蛎粗粉20克、生龟板粗粉150克、银柴胡5克、地骨皮10克、青蒿5克、胡黄连11克、金钱草5克、玉米须5克、石斛100克、沙参11克、石决明粗粉10克、毛冬青50克、白茅根15克、贯众30克、苦楝皮11克、水牛角片20克、生石膏5～15克、泽泻5克、猪苓15克、鬼羽箭5克、白芍10克、生桅子5克、玉竹5克。
制法
<1>将苦参和黄柏混匀后粉碎至80目制成药粉；
<2>采用水煎法，药液的原料药材与水重量体积比为1.2:2.0，煮沸15分钟，放凉过滤即得药液。
<3>按药粉和药液重量比为2000:1000，将药粉和药液混合制成颗粒，然后压制成普通片。实施例3
处方
药粉由苦参和黄柏按重量比4:6制成。
药液由以下重量的原料药材制成：生女贞子10克、珍珠母粗粉150克、西洋参18克、生牡蛎粗粉10克、生龟板粗粉450克、银柴胡10克、地骨皮23克、青蒿15克、胡黄连14克、金钱草15克、玉米须10克、石斛150克、沙参6克、石决明粗粉30克、毛冬青150克、白茅根5克、贯众10克、苦楝皮5克、水牛角片60克、生石膏5～15克、泽泻15克、猪苓45克、鬼羽箭15克、白芍20克、生桅子10克、玉竹10克。
制法
<1>将苦参和黄柏混匀后粉碎至70目制成药粉；
<2>采用水煎法，药液的原料药材与水重量体积比为1.3:3.3，煮沸13分钟，放凉过滤即得药液。
<3>按药粉和药液重量比为2200:1200，将药粉和药液混合制成颗粒，然后压制成片，再包糖衣。
用法：实施例1至3的片剂、胶囊成人每日内服16～120克。
临床病例一
梁某，男，年龄50岁；城市居民，三年前得过乙肝病，当时曾经到某医院西医科诊治确诊是乙肝大三阳，并在医院留医治疗，出院时院方说大三阳已好了，小三阳不需要医。
来诊时病人自述大便坚硬，小便恶臭，颜色黄，乏力，眼睛干涩发痒、口渴、失眠。
检查：脉洪浮，舌红，无苔、皮肤腊黄色、多汗、巩膜发黄，血压正常、心律心音正常、人瘦。带来的乙肝检验单为：HBsAg+、HBeAg+、HBcAb+。
诊断：(西医)乙肝复发、大三阳病毒活动期、具有传染性。(中医)临床辩证：肝火过旺、湿热疫毒阻滞中焦。
治疗：清热利湿、解毒。给予实施例1的复方中药胶囊治疗，用药第三天小便清白，黄疸开始减轻，连续服药数月上述临床症状全部消失，乙肝全愈而且获得免疫力。两对半检测(免疫荧光法)：乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)0.06(对比值0-0.50)，乙肝表面抗体(HBsAh)249.97(对比值0-10.00)，乙肝核心抗体(HBcAb)2.39(对比值0-0.90)。
临床病例二
符某，女，36岁，农村户籍，2013年12月21日来诊治。自述10岁时已检查有乙肝病，曾四处求医无效果，来诊时检测的乙肝两对半是HBsAg+、HBcAb+(跟以前一样)。因病人感觉乏力、烦躁、失眠、头晕眼花、口渴、便秘、不思饮食才来医病。
检查(中医)：脉寸关浮疾、舌红、无苔、巩膜无黄疸、但血丝增多，小便黄且有臭味，两手温暖、心律偏快，血压偏高、少汗、干瘦体质、肤色正常，面部有多年不愈的痤疮。
诊断：(西医)乙肝病毒携带者，慢性胃炎、痤疮、便秘、临界高血压。(中医)论证肝经火旺、肝火上亢(窜)。
治疗(中医)以平肝抑火、疏肝利胆、解毒(热)为主。经用实施例2的复方中药片治疗数月，上述症状全部消失，乙肝全愈。经检测(化学发光法)乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)为0.03，抗体(HBs)236。
临床病例三
周某，女，26岁，外出农民，未婚，自述：5岁时已检查有乙肝病，来诊时检测单乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)数值184.49，乙肝抗体(HBsAg)26.37，乙肝核心抗体(HBcAg)21.780，病人说没有什么异样感觉，但想医好这个病。
检查：脉平稳，血压心律心音正常，舌红无苔，巩膜无发黄、肤色正常、小便黄色、大便正常、食欲旺盛、皮肤光滑、干瘦。
诊断：(西医)乙肝小三阳无症状者。(中医)论证肝肾阴虚，以肝为主。
治疗：经用实施例3的复方中药糖衣片治疗一段时间，小便清白，经检测(化学发光法)：乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)为0.00，抗体(HBs)192.肝功能检测项目全部正常，疾病全愈，并已获得免疫力。
结论：本发明复方中药安全无毒，历经二十余年的临床使用没有发现毒副作用，效果确切、性能稳定。用药期间不需配用其他任何药物，治疗全愈时所有病人都获得免疫力，无需担忧乙肝复发，从治疗到全愈到预防一体化完成。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于治疗与预防乙型肝炎的复方中药，其特征在于由药粉和药液制成，所述药粉由苦参和黄柏按重量比3:7～5:5制成；所述药液由以下重量份的原料药材制成：生女贞子10～30份、珍珠母粗粉150～450份、西洋参10～30份、生牡蛎粗粉10～30份、生龟板粗粉150～450份、银柴胡5～15份、地骨皮10～30份、青蒿5～15份、胡黄连5～15份、金钱草5～15份、玉米须5～15份、石斛50～150份、沙参5～15份、石决明粗粉10～30份、毛冬青50～150份、白茅根5～15份、贯众10～30份、苦楝皮5～15份、水牛角片20～60份、生石膏5～15份、泽泻5～15份、猪苓15～45份、鬼羽箭5～15份、白芍10～30份、生桅子5～15份、玉竹5～15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗与预防乙型肝炎的复方中药，其特征在于：所述药粉和药液重量比为2000～2500:1000～1500。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于治疗与预防乙型肝炎的复方中药，其特征在于：将药粉和药液混合制成小丸或颗粒，然后灌装成胶囊剂或压制成片剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于治疗与预防乙型肝炎的复方中药，其特征在于：所述片剂为普通片或包衣片。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于治疗与预防乙型肝炎的复方中药，其特征在于：所述药粉由苦参和黄柏混匀后粉碎至60～80目。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于治疗与预防乙型肝炎的复方中药，其特征在于：所述药液采用水煎制成，原料药材与水重量体积比为1.3:3.3～1.2:2.0，煮沸10～15分钟，放凉过滤即得。
