本发明公开了一种治疗季节性手脱皮的药酒，其特征是由下列重量配比的药材制成的：公丁香、红花、黄精、黄柏、花椒、藿香叶、大黄、狗脊、苍耳子、金钱草、白芷、五倍子、苦参、当归、白矾、冰片、甘草，将上述中药加入70～80度的酒精中浸泡15天沉淀滤渣制成，本发明配方科学，疗效高，有效率达到 100%，治愈后随访1年几乎没有复发复发。

本发明涉及一种中药，特别是一种治疗季节性手脱皮的药酒。
背景技术
受每年季节交替的影响，特别是春秋两季，手掌易脱皮，且多为季节性症状，患者一般都是春秋来临时出现脱皮，脱皮时受伤先长小水泡，然后发痒，而后开始蜕皮，手上会有灼热刺痛的感觉，而后出现红色斑点，逐渐变成大白点，而后变为空疱状角质剥离，并逐渐向四周扩大，一般脱皮一两个月便恢复正常，容易忽视治疗，但每年都容易复发，而目前并没有相关药品能治愈此病，只能缓解。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在提供一种治疗季节性手脱皮的药酒，通过选择合适的药材及其配比，达到安全有效治手脱皮目的。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：一种治疗季节性手脱皮的药酒，其特征是由下列重量配比的药材制成的：
公丁香15～20份、红花14～21份、黄精13～15份、黄柏16～19份、花椒15～21份、藿香叶13～20份、大黄14～18份、狗脊12～16份、苍耳子16～21份、金钱草14～23份、白芷17～22份、五倍子16～22份、苦参18～25份、当归13～27份、白矾15～20份、冰片14～18份、甘草50～65份，将上述中药加入900～1100份70～80度的酒精中浸泡15天沉淀滤渣制成。
配方中所涉及到的药材的来源及功能主治如下。
公丁香【来源】药材基源：本品为桃金娘科常绿乔木植物的花蕾，公丁香及果实（母丁香）【性味归经】性辛，味温。入肺、脾、胃、肾四经。【功效与应用】温中、暖肾、降逆。治呃逆、呕吐、反胃、痢疾、心腹冷痛、痃癖、疝气、癣症。
红花【来源】药材基源：为菊科一年生草本植物红花的花。【性味归经】辛，温。归心、肝经。【功效与应用】活血化斑，用于斑疹色暗，热郁血瘀。
黄精【来源】药材基源：为百合科植物滇黄精的干燥根茎。【性味归经】甘，平。归脾、肺、肾经。【功效与应用】补脾益气，增强免疫功能，对多种细菌和皮肤真菌有抑制作用。
黄柏【来源】药材基源：为芸香科植物黄皮树或黄檗的干燥树皮。【性味归经】 苦，寒。归肾、膀胱经。【功效与应用】泻火解毒，用于疮疡肿毒。
花椒【来源】药材基源：为芸香科、花椒属落叶灌木或小乔木，可孤植又可作防护刺篱。其果皮可作为调味料，并可提取芳香油，又可入药，种子可食用，也可加工制作肥皂。【性味归经】性温，味辛。【功效与应用】温中散寒、健胃除湿、止痛杀虫、解毒理气、止痒祛腥的功效；可用于治疗积食、停饮、呃逆、呕吐、风寒湿邪所致的关节肌肉疼痛、脘腹冷痛、泄泻、痢疾、蛔虫、阴痒等病症。
藿香叶【来源】药材基源：为唇形科多年生草本植物合香、苍告或山茴香干燥的叶。【性味归经】温，辛。【功效与应用】止呕消嗳,止泄,疗头痛头晕,明目,健脾,和胃,发汗解表。
大黄【来源】药材基源：为蓼科多年生草本植物掌叶大黄、唐古特大黄或药用大黄的干燥根及根茎。【性味归经】 苦，寒。归脾、胃、大肠、肝、心包经。【功效与应用】 解毒，用于热毒疮疡及烧伤，取其清热解毒，并借其通便作用，使热毒下泄。
狗脊【来源】药材基源：为蚌壳蕨科植物金毛狗脊的干燥根茎。【性味归经】苦、甘，温。归肝、肾经。【功效与应用】祛风湿，补肝肾，强腰膝。
苍耳子【来源】药材基源：为菊科一年生草本植物苍耳的果实。【性味归经】味苦；甘；辛；性温；小毒。入肺、肝经。【功效与应用】散风寒；通鼻窍；祛风湿；止痒。用于鼻渊；风寒头痛；风湿痹痛；风疹；湿疹；疥癣。

白矾【来源】药材基源：为硫酸盐类矿物明矾石经加工提炼制成的结晶，主含含水硫酸铝钾。生用或煅用。【性味归经】酸、涩，寒。归肺、肝、脾、大肠经。【功效与应用】解毒、杀虫、止痒，外用于疥癣、湿疹、湿疮。
冰片【来源】药材基源：为龙脑香科植物龙脑香树脂的加工品，或龙脑香的树干经蒸馏冷却而得的结晶，称“龙脑冰片”，亦称“梅片”。【性味归经】苦、辛，微寒。归心、脾、肺经。【功效与应用】清热止痛，用于胸腹疼痛及疮疡肿痛、目赤肿痛、咽痛口疮。
甘草【来源】药材基源：为豆科植物甘草、胀果甘草或光果甘草的根及根茎。【性味归经】甘，平。归心、肺、脾、胃经。【功效与应用】缓急止痛，清热解毒，用于热毒证及药物、食物中毒。
下面结合临床实验数据说明本发明的有益效果。
1、一般资料
2011年10月-2012年8月间，发明人共收集70例患有季节性手脱皮患者，其中男30例，女40例，年龄18-76岁，病程0.5-3年。随机分为：治疗组50例，对照组20例。两组年龄、性别、病程等一般资料无显著性差异，具有可比性。
2、试验方法
2.1治疗方法
对照组患者对创面外敷适量黄皮肤涂抹均匀，每日上药两次，直至痊愈，最大疗程不超过20天。治疗组患者对创面外敷适量本发明按照具体实施例制得的药酒涂抹均匀，每日上药三次，直至痊愈，最大疗程不超过20天。
2.2观察项目：3天、6天、8天和10天时对患者创口疼痛、创面愈合、创口感染等情况进行询问、观察和记录。
2.31疗效判定：在对疗效进行判定时参照国家中医药管理局制定的《中医外科病证诊断疗效标准》。将创面完全上皮化之日作为判定的最后愈合时间。

治疗统计结果如表1。

 从表1容易看出，季节性手脱皮患者使用本发明药酒疗效显著，可以而明显地缩短治疗时间，促进创面痊愈，次年复发率极低，能有效治疗季节性脱皮。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施的例子对本发明做进一步详细的描述。
实施例
称取公丁香16克、红花18克、黄精14克、黄柏17克、花椒19克、藿香叶15克份、大黄16克、狗脊13克份、苍耳子19克、金钱草20克、白芷20克、五倍子18克、苦参20克份、当归20克、白矾18克份、冰片15克份、甘草59克份，将上述中药加入1000份75度的酒精中浸泡15天沉淀滤渣制成。
用于季节性手脱皮。外用，每日分早、中、晚三次滴在手上，然后涂抹均匀，直至手干。
