本发明涉及一种治疗急性胆囊炎的中药制剂，属于中药领域。
背景技术
急性胆囊炎是由于胆囊管阻塞和细菌侵袭而引起的胆囊炎症；其典型临床特征为右上腹阵发性绞痛，伴有明显的触痛和腹肌强直。胆囊炎是一种常见病。在我国，据文献报道，位居急症腹部外科疾患的第2位，仅次于急性阑尾炎，较急性肠梗阻和溃疡病穿孔为多见。
目前，治疗急性胆囊炎的药物种类很多，主要是以西药为主，但大多数西药只能有效缓解当时症状，很难根除病患，而且西药存在价格较高，毒副作用较大的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能有效治疗急性胆囊炎的中药制剂，该中药制剂疗效确切、价格低廉且无毒副作用。
本发明的技术方案是：
一种治疗急性胆囊炎的中药制剂，其特征是，由下述重量份的原料药制成：川楝子8、马鞭草10、白鲜皮10、银杏叶8、木蝴蝶12、土木香10、紫河车8、白术10、玫瑰花15、沙苑子10、橘核10、小蓟8、青黛8、蜂房10、香附8、竹茹8。
配制及服用方法：水煎服，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用。
各中药的药理作用：
川楝子：苦，寒；有小毒。归肝、小肠、膀胱经。功效与主治：舒肝行气止痛，驱虫。用于胸胁、脘腹胀痛，疝痛，虫积腹痛。
马鞭草：苦，凉。归肝、牌经。功效与主治：活血散瘀，截疟，解毒，利水消肿。于癥瘕积聚，经闭痛经，疟疾，喉痹，痈肿，水肿，热淋。
白鲜皮：苦，寒。归脾、胃、膀胱经。功效与主治：清热燥湿，祛风解毒。用于湿热疮毒，黄水淋漓，湿疹，风疹，疥癣疮癞，风湿热痹，黄疽尿赤。
银杏叶：甘、苦、涩，平。归心、肺经。功效与主治：敛肺，平喘，活血化瘀，止痛。用于肺虚咳喘；冠心病，心绞痛，高脂血症。
木蝴蝶：苦、甘，凉。归肺、肝、胃经。功效与主治：清肺利咽，疏肝和胃。用于肺热咳嗽，喉痹，音哑，肝胃气痛。
土木香：辛、苦，温。归肝、牌经。功效与主治：健脾和胃，调气解郁，止痛安胎。用于胸胁、既腹胀痛，呕吐泻痢，胸胁挫伤，岔气作痛，胎动不安。
紫河车：甘、咸，温。归心、肺、肾经。功效与主治：温肾补精，益气养血。用于虚劳赢瘦，骨蒸盗汗，咳嗽气喘，食少气短，阳痿遗精，不孕少乳。
白术：苦、甘，温。归脾、胃经。功效与主治：健脾益气，燥湿利水，止汗，安胎。用于脾虚食少，腹胀泄泻，痰饮眩悸、水肿，自汗，胎动不安。土白术健脾，和胃，安胎。用于脾虚食少，泄泻便清，胎动不安。
玫瑰花：甘、微苦，温。归肝、脾经。功效与主治：行气解郁，和血，止痛。用于肝胃气痛，食少呕恶，月经不调，跌扑伤痛。
沙苑子：甘，温。归肝、肾经。功效与主治：温补肝肾，固精，缩尿，明目。用于肾虚腰痛，遗精早泄，白浊带下，小便余沥，眩晕目昏。
橘核：苦，平。归肝、肾经。功效与主治：理气，散结，止痛。用于小肠疝气，睾丸肿痛，乳痈肿痛。
小蓟：甘、苦,凉。归心、肝经。功效与主治：凉血止血，祛瘀消肿。用于衄血，吐血，尿血，便血，崩漏下血，外伤出血，痈肿疮毒。
青黛：咸，寒。归肝经。功效与主治：清热解毒，凉血，定惊。用于温毒发斑，血热吐衄，胸痛咳血，口疮，痄腮，喉痹，小儿惊痫。
蜂房：甘，平。归胃经。功效与主治：祛风，攻毒，杀虫，止痛。于龋齿牙痛，疮疡肿毒，乳痈，瘰疬，皮肤顽癣，鹅掌风。
香附：辛、微苦、微甘，平。归肝、脾、三焦经。功效与主治：行气解郁，调经止痛。用于肝郁气滞，胸、胁、脘腹胀痛，消化不良，胸脘痞闷，寒疝腹痛，乳房胀痛，月经不调，经闭痛经。
竹茹：甘，微寒。归肺、胃经。功效与主治：清热化痰，除烦止呕。用于痰热咳嗽.胆火挟痰，烦热呕吐，惊悸失眠，中风痰迷，舌强不语，胃热呕吐，妊娠恶阻，胎动不安。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明采用天然中药为原料，疗效确切且无毒副作用，能有效治愈急性胆囊炎且不易复发，有效率达98％。
以下结合临床试验对本发明进一步说明。
1、临床资料：随机选取16-60岁的急性胆囊炎患者50例，其平均年龄为42.5岁，其中，男性24例，女性26例。
2、治疗方法：治疗组服用本发明药物，每天分两次饭后口服，3天为一疗程，共服用4个疗程。
3、疗效评定标准：
痊愈：经治疗后，疼病消失，超声波复查3次，提示阴性，随访未发：
有效；上腹部疼痛消失，唯放射痛尚存，超声波检查(规定在食后2小时)胆囊进出波间液平缩小在2.5cm之内，白细胞在8000/mm3以内；
无效：治疗后无改善。
4、治疗结果：在临床使用本发明药物，服药的50例患者，服药两个疗程后，症状有所缓解，服药3个疗程后，症状明显改善。临床试验50例患者中，痊愈38例，有效11例，总有效率为98％。
