    本发明的技术方案是：一种治疗胃癌的药物，由以下原料药组合而成：丹参15克，黄芪15克，当归9克，厚朴15克，海螵蛸15克，木香9克，全蝎3只，桃仁12克，冬虫夏草6克，金银花12克，茵陈15克，金钱草12克，雄黄0.6克，茯苓15克，陈皮12克，蜈蚣5条，蜣螂虫15克，甘草12克。若胃气不畅加生半夏9克，竹茹12克，枳实12克；脾胃虚弱加白术12克，山药20克，薏苡仁12克。
水煎服，一日一剂，30天一个疗程。
中医理论研究，胃为阳土，体阳用阴，气盛血旺，性喜润恶燥，主降，故湿热癌毒易伤其气阴；脾胃相表里，胃肠受损必伤及脾脏，脾为阴土，体阴用阳，喜燥恶湿，主升，故易伤及阳气。故治当脾胃兼顾，兼气养阴，和中宜气，健脾扶正。
本发明各原料药，丹参、黄芪补益中气；生半夏、陈皮、山药扶正养胃；茯苓、薏苡仁、金钱草、茵陈清热利湿健脾；厚朴、木香宽中理气；当归、桃仁活血破瘀伤；蜈蚣、全蝎、蜣螂抗癌解毒、止痛；冬虫夏草提高免疫力，抗肿瘤；海螵蛸治疗胃溃疡、止血；白术补脾，益胃，治脾胃气弱；枳实破气消积，化痰散痞；竹茹清热化痰；除烦止呕；雄黄燥湿；祛痰；杀虫；解毒；甘草、金银花消炎、解毒，调和诸药。上述诸药配伍共奏补益中气，健脾养胃，活血破瘀，提高免疫力。抗肿瘤的效果，治疗胃癌切中病机，标本兼治。

典型病例
病例1：患者王某，女性，62岁，退休职工。2012年8月突感上腹饱胀不适，进食后加重。后腹胀逐渐加重伴阵发性隐痛，有时大便发黑。体查：上腹部CT扫描，示胃大弯侧隆起型肿物，外形不规则，侵犯胃后壁。胃镜活检示低分化鳞癌。予EAP方案作标准化疗。中医辩证施治，给本发明中药，水煎服，每日一剂，治以健脾益气，养胃和中。一月后病情好转，继续服中药，两个月后可正常进食，带药出院。
病例2：患者张某某，男性，56岁，农民。2013年2月12日来院就诊。
患者自述，上腹部和腰部疼痛明显，伴有频繁恶心、呕吐、返酸，呕吐物为黑色或咖啡色液体，进食少。肿瘤标志物检查：AFP 92.17ug/L，CEA 2.56ug/L，CA19-9 278.5u/ml，CA125 153.7u/ml，CA15-35.46u/ml。诊断：胃癌 胃体大弯侧中部腺癌 IV期 (腹腔动脉周围淋巴结、腹主动脉旁、胰十二指肠淋巴结转移) ，予EAP方案作标准化疗。中医辩证施治，给本发明中药，水煎服，每日一剂，治以健脾益气，养胃和中。一月后病情好转，患者腹部和腰部疼痛消失，恶心、呕吐明显好转，进食正常。继续服中药两个月，带药出院。
病例3：患者王某，男，64岁，退休干部，2012年11月出现上腹部疼痛，食欲不振、消瘦，体重减轻、贫血、乏力。于12月21日来我院检查，诊断为胃癌，由于病人身体虚弱且坚持不做手术，经与家人研究决定中医治疗，给本发明中药，水煎服，每日一剂，一月后病情好转，上腹部疼痛减轻，吃饭好转，体重有所增加，大便浅黄，舌质暗红，苔黄，脉细弱。继续治疗两个月，上述症状基本消失，病人感觉跟正常人一样，做胃镜复查，结果胃部没有发现异常，经过3年随访现在如正常人一样。
病例4：患者崔某某，女，46岁，2013年月2 月检查出胃窦癌，症状为胃痛、恶心、呕吐、食欲不振、身体消瘦，大便稀薄发黑。胃镜检查：胃窦粘膜皱襞小弯侧后壁见一大小约3.3×4.1CM大凹陷，，组织质硬，周围粘膜粗糙，有水肿出血。大弯侧可见结节。给本发明中药，水煎服，每日一剂。一月后病情好转，患者腹部和腰部疼痛消失，恶心、呕吐明显好转，进食正常。继续服中药两个月，回家休养，三月回访病情未加重。
病例5：患者田某某，男，71岁，2012年10月胃癌术后复发，主诉，吞咽困难，身体消瘦，乏力，失眠，小便频数，大便正常，苔薄白舌质淡，脉细弱无力。给本发明中药，水煎服，每日一剂，一月后不良症状均消失，三月后胃镜复查，食道贲门胃无异常，肿瘤消失，随访无复发转移。
病例6：齐某，女，59岁，2013年2月5日，突然吐血不止，手术检查，胃底部有一肿块，随机切除，术后病理诊断，胃贲门区平滑肌肉瘤。给本发明中药，水煎服，每日一剂，一月后病情好转，x光线检查结果，胃粘膜较规则，充盈良好，胃未见异常。 后又巩固服用二个月康复，至今未见复发与转移。

1.一种治疗胃癌的药物，其特征在于，由以下原料药组成：丹参15克，黄芪15克，当归9克，厚朴15克，海螵蛸15克，木香9克，全蝎3只，桃仁12克，冬虫夏草6克，金银花12克，茵陈15克，金钱草12克，雄黄0.6克，茯苓15克，陈皮12克，蜈蚣5条，蜣螂虫15克，甘草12克。
2.一种治疗胃癌的药物，其特征在于，由以下原料药组成：丹参15克，黄芪15克，当归9克，厚朴15克，海螵蛸15克，木香9克，全蝎3只，桃仁12克，冬虫夏草6克，金银花12克，茵陈15克，金钱草12克，雄黄0.6克，茯苓15克，陈皮12克，蜈蚣5条，蜣螂虫15克，甘草12克，生半夏9克，竹茹12克，枳实12克。
3.一种治疗胃癌的药物，其特征在于，由以下原料药组成：丹参15克，黄芪15克，当归9克，厚朴15克，海螵蛸15克，木香9克，全蝎3只，桃仁12克，冬虫夏草6克，金银花12克，茵陈15克，金钱草12克，雄黄0.6克，茯苓15克，陈皮12克，蜈蚣5条，蜣螂虫15克，甘草12克，白术12克，山药20克，薏苡仁12克。
