环保型高分子聚合物杀菌剂-聚六亚甲基胍,具有杀菌广谱;有效浓度低;作用速度快;性质稳定;易溶于水的优良性能;可在常温下使用;长期抑菌、无副作用;无腐蚀性;无色、无嗅;无毒;不燃、不爆、使用安全;价格适中;运输方便,可以说是最佳的杀菌剂。现有的聚六亚甲基胍喷雾剂在使用时不方便,而且起效慢,制备工艺复杂,成本高。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种聚六亚甲基胍喷雾剂及其制备方法,它起效快,不刺激,使用方便,防传染,制备工艺简单,成本低。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用如下技术方案:它的配方为:0.1%-5%的盐酸聚六亚甲基胍、1%的增效剂、2%的氮酮、0.1%的丙二醇、0.05%的水溶维生素E、91.85%-96.75%的纯净水。
它的制备工艺为:
步骤一:将盐酸聚六亚甲基胍、增效剂按照上述比例依次加入纯净水中,搅拌10-20分钟;
步骤二:搅拌均匀后,然后加入氮酮并搅拌3-8分钟直至完全溶解;
步骤三:然后加入水溶维生素E,搅拌溶解后加入丙二醇,再搅拌20-40分钟即得聚六亚甲基胍喷雾剂。

二、不刺激:对足部皮肤、伤口不刺激;

步骤二:搅拌均匀后,然后加入氮酮并搅拌3-8分钟直至完全溶解;
步骤三:然后加入水溶维生素E,搅拌溶解后加入丙二醇,再搅拌20-40分钟即得聚六亚甲基胍喷雾剂。
