本发明涉及一种废裂化催化剂脱金属再活化洗涤设备。该洗涤设备为一新型洗涤塔,上部为沉降段,下部为洗涤段,洗涤水和催化剂物料在塔内逆流接触洗涤。本发明洗涤效率高,操作简便,结构简单,节能节水,具有较好的经济效益。

Description

脱金属再活化催化剂洗涤设备
本发明涉及一种对催化剂洗涤的工艺设备技术。
废裂化催化剂经过硫化,氯化、洗涤、干燥焙烧等工序,可以脱除金属,恢复活性重新使用。而其中洗涤工序的工艺设备是整个生产流程中重要的设备之一。目前国内外所用的洗涤设备多为间歇式设备,洗涤效率低,操作费用高,操作麻烦。
本发明的目的是设计一种催化剂连续洗涤设备,以便提高洗涤效果,简化操作。
本发明提供的洗涤设备为一新型洗涤塔,塔体分两部分,上部为塔经较大的沉降段,下部为塔径较,小的洗涤段。沉降段顶端有出水口,沉降段的下部有进料(催化剂)口;在洗涤段的塔体内安装有数个漏斗状的隔板,隔板的内口和塔经之比为1/(2-3)。漏斗状隔板形成的园锥角为10-30;在洗涤段的下端有进水口和搅拌风进口,以及放料口。洗涤塔为物料逆流操作,物料自上而下流动,至洗涤段下端放料口放出,洗涤液自下而上流动,洗涤水流至沉降段的顶部流出。沉降段与洗涤段的径比为2-6,沉降段高/径=3-10;洗涤段高/径=5-20。

实例:
洗涤塔由沉降段(2)和洗涤段(4)两部分构成,上部的沉降段塔经较大,洗涤水上流的速度很小,以便于催化剂颗粒的下降;在沉降段的顶部洗涤水从出水口(1)流出,在沉降段的下部设有料浆进口(3),待洗涤的催化剂配成料浆从料浆进口(3)送至塔内,催化剂在洗涤段(4)内向下移,和上流的洗涤水逆流接触洗涤;洗涤段内均匀分布着5个漏斗式隔板(5),漏斗的中心孔直径为塔径的1/3,在洗涤段最下端隔板(5)以下,设有洗涤水进口(6),和搅拌风进口(7),洗涤段的下端设有出料口(8);沉降段高径比为3∶1,洗涤段高径比8∶1,从洗涤段放出的催化剂料浆,经过过滤脱水,干燥即得到再活化催化剂。
本发明提供的催化剂再活化洗涤设备,结构简单,洗涤效果好,操作费用小,洗水利用充分,具有较好的技术效果和经济效果。洗涤每吨催化剂只消耗4-8吨洗水,和间歇洗涤设备比较洗水可节约50-60%。

Claims (1)

  1. 一种脱金属再活化催化剂洗涤设备,其特征是洗涤塔体分为上部和下部两部分,上部为沉降段(2),下部为洗涤段(4),沉降段(2)与洗涤段(4)的径比为2-6,沉降段(2)的高径比为3-10,洗涤段(4)的高径比为5-20,沉降段(2)和洗涤段(4)由一倒截头锥形体连接在一体,在沉降段(2)的上部设置洗涤水出口(1),在沉降段(2)的下部设置浆料进口(3),在洗涤段(4)内设置漏斗状隔板(5),所述隔板的内口和塔径之比为1/2-1/3,漏斗状隔板形成的园锥角为10-30°,在最下一层隔板(5)的下面设置洗涤水进口(6),在洗涤水进口(6)的下面设置搅拌进风口(7),在洗涤段(4)的最下端设置出料口。
