一种膏体取用组件(1)及含有该组件的一种膏体定量取用包装，所述膏体取用组件(1)包括能够贴着膏体运动的取用盖(3)，取用盖(3)具有与所述膏体贴附的下表面(32)及与其相对的上表面(31)，贯穿所述上表面和下表面形成取用开口(34)，取用时，取用盖(3)贴着膏体运动，迫使膏体从取用开口(34)排出；取用盖(3)外周面具有限制结构(7)；该限制结构(7)与容器内壁(23)相作用，强制使取用盖无论在静止时，还是在贴着容器内壁(23)运动时，都与容器轴线方向相垂直和/或与容器底部支撑面相平行；在受力时，取用盖(3)只发生顺着容器内壁的上下平移运动或者上下平移运动和以轴线为中心的旋转运动；组件(1)确保取用盖(3)不会发生导致膏体被从盖体边缘挤出的倾斜或翘起，避免膏体物质从盖体边缘排出而使装置失效。
