Abstract

该发明全像前房角镜。前房角镜是眼科常用的一种检查仪器,可分为直接型和间接型二类,全像前房角镜属间接型。它主要是由实体的有机玻璃经特殊加工在一定的部位形成二个极光滑的圆环形面,再涂反光材料成为二个圆环形镜,外包黑色硬质材料构成(参见附图)。用该镜检查前房角可在上部的圆环形镜内见到正立的全部前房角结构。

Description

前房角镜是现代眼科疾病诊断治疗必不可少的一种仪器。特别是在青光眼、眼外伤等疾病的诊治中,前房角检查占有极其重要的地位。
全像前房角镜是根据光的反射原理结合眼球的解剖结构,并参考《青光眼临床的发展》、《实用眼科学》、《眼科检查与诊断》等书中的有关篇章设计的,属间接型前房角镜。
现在普遍应用的Goldmann型前房角镜是圆柱形镜体内有一小平面反射镜构成,所以检查前房角见到的是局部的倒像,若要看到全部前房角结构,需将镜体转动360度。做前房角检查需要一定时间的训练方能掌握,且易出现误差。而全像前房角镜检查前房角将克服上述缺点。因它是由二个圆环形镜面构成,所以前房角结构经二次反射后,可在上部的圆环形镜内看到全部的正立的前房角结构,故不必特殊训练、方便、省时间并有整体观,还可进行前房角摄影,这就是该发明比已有前房角镜所具备的显著优点。
全像前房角镜的构造如附图示,它是由实体的圆形有机玻璃芯外包黑色硬质材料构成。为了便于对图的理解和减少图纸数量,故侧视图和A-A剖视图同画在图1中。图1的左半部为A-A剖视图,右半部为侧视图。在A-A剖视图中,斜线部分为黑色硬质材料,空白部为实体的有机玻璃。有机玻璃的顶面和底面要求高度磨光,BC和DE段环面光达镜面,并涂反光材料。镜的各部长度、角度及绘制比例尺如附图示,长度均以豪米为单位。

  1. 前房角镜是检查前房角的仪器,可分为直接型和间接型二类。直接型:前房角结构经镜体折射既能看到。间接型:前房角结构经镜体反射后既能看到。其中间接型的有Goldmann型、Zeiss型、Vorst  Lo-Vuc型、Becker液桥型、Van Beuningen型等。上述几种间接型前房角镜均由一个或多个平面反射镜构成。其中Goldmann型应用较普遍,它是由圆柱形的镜体内有一个与水平面成64°角的小平面反射镜构成。
    全像前房角镜属间接型前房角镜。它的主要特征是由上、下两个圆环形反射镜构成。为了便于制造,上面的环形镜与水平面为60°角。下面的圆环形镜与水平面为直角(参见附图)。
