技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造革,尤其涉及一种防滑耐冲击防辐射人造革。
背景技术
 人造革是一种仿造天然皮革的塑料制品。通常以织布为基材,将聚氨酯或聚氯乙烯发泡层设于基材上,在发泡层上设有聚氨酯或聚氯乙烯表层,经压轮压平或压花,即得产品。随着人造革技术的发展,凭借其具有接近天然皮革的各种性能材质等特点,已经在生活中的大部分领域用于取代天然皮革。普通的人造革,一般为基层和面层组成的层状结构,基层为纤维层,面层为PVC 塑料层,且两者都为光面,由于光面的摩擦系数小,表面比较滑,人手不易握持,影响使用,此外传统的人造革耐冲击性差,在制鞋和球类上应用时,长期受到冲击力作用后,容易出现开裂,破洞等现象,使产品的使用寿命短。另外,不能实现防辐射功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种防滑耐冲击防辐射人造革,提高人造革的使用寿命和防滑性能。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种防滑耐冲击防辐射人造革,它包括基材、第一发泡层和表面致密层,所述第一发泡层固定贴合于表面致密层内侧表面,所述基材位于第一发泡层背向表面致密层的一侧面,在所述基材与第一发泡层之间设有第二发泡层和耐冲击层,所述第二发泡层位于第一发泡层一侧,所述耐冲击层位于基材一侧,在所述表面致密层的外表面上设置有塑料膜层,塑料膜层为表面凹凸的PVC 塑料层,所述基材由面料制成,所述面料包括面料本体,所述面料本体外表面贴合有金属化纤维层,金属化纤维层外表面设有导电膜。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过在第一发泡层和基材之间固定夹设耐冲击层和第二发泡层使得人造革具有超强的耐冲击性,即使在长期受到冲击力作用时,也不易损坏,适用于制鞋和球类产品上,延长了产品使用寿命,此外塑料层为表面凹凸的PVC 塑料层,可以加强人造革表面的摩擦系数,增加了防滑能力,使人手易于握持,保证了使用效果。
2、本发明能实现防辐射功能,保证穿着舒适性。

参见图1,本发明涉及一种防滑耐冲击防辐射人造革,包括基材1、第一发泡层2 和表面致密层3,以使用状态为基准,第一发泡层2 固定贴合于表面致密层3 内侧表面,基材1 位于第一发泡层2背向表面致密层3 的一侧面,在所述基材1与第一发泡层2之间还设有第二发泡层4 和耐冲击层5,在所述表面致密层3的外表面上设置有塑料膜层6,塑料膜层6为表面凹凸的PVC 塑料层,所述第二发泡层4位于第一发泡层2一侧,所述耐冲击层5位于基材1一侧。
所述基材由面料制成,所述面料包括面料本体,所述面料本体外表面贴合有金属化纤维层,金属化纤维层外表面设有导电膜。
