技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造革,尤其涉及一种防静电透气防辐射人造革。
背景技术
 人造革是一种仿造天然皮革的塑料制品。通常以织布为基材,将聚氨酯或聚氯乙烯发泡层设于基材上,在发泡层上设有聚氨酯或聚氯乙烯表层,经压轮压平或压花,即得产品。随着人造革技术的发展,凭借其具有接近天然皮革的各种性能材质等特点,已经在生活中的大部分领域用于取代天然皮革。社会上一些企业对员工的工作服有特殊的要求,有些电子企业需要用人造革做员工的工作服,普通的人造革由基材和面层构成,基材为普通的织物,面层为PVC 塑料层,这样的人造革做得服装,属于绝缘体,而且透气性能较差,不适合做电子企业的员工工作服。另外,不能实现防辐射功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种防静电透气防辐射人造革,提高人造革的导电性能和透气性能。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种防静电透气防辐射人造革,它包括相互粘合在一起的基材和塑料面层,所述塑料面层内嵌置有碳纤维层,所述碳纤维层横向布置在塑料面层内,在所述人造革上设置有透气通孔,所述基材由面料制成,所述面料包括面料本体,所述面料本体外表面贴合有金属化纤维层,金属化纤维层外表面设有导电膜。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明其塑料面层内嵌置有碳纤维层,所述碳纤维层横向布
置在塑料面层内,碳纤维具有导电的功能,从而达到防静电的效果,同时在人造革上设置通孔,提高人造革的透气性能。
2、本发明能实现防辐射功能,保证穿着舒适性。
