本发明涉及一种防辐射反光防污人造革，它包括相互粘合在一起的基层（1）和面层（2），面层（2）表面设有金属纤维层（3），在金属纤维层（3）上设有多个反光条（4），所述基层由面料制成，所述面料包括面料本体，所述面料本体由经纱和纬纱交织而成，面料本体的上下表面均设有防污涂层，所述经线为16S涤纶纱，所述防污涂层为聚四氟乙烯涂层。本发明具有反射光线的功能，同时能够起到防辐射的作用。本发明人造革防污。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造革，尤其涉及一种防辐射反光防污人造革。
背景技术
人造革是一种仿造天然皮革的塑料制品。通常以织布为基材，将聚氨酯或聚氯乙烯发泡层设于基材上，在发泡层上设有聚氨酯或聚氯乙烯表层，经压轮压平或压花，即得产品。随着人造革技术的发展，凭借其具有接近天然皮革的各种性能材质等特点，已经在生活中的大部分领域用于取代天然皮革。由于生活环境中也在着越来越多的辐射，容易对人体造成伤害，这就迫切需要出现一种防辐射人造革，此外，这样的人造革做得服装，功能单一，穿这样的服装的人，在夜间不容易被机动车驾驶人员发现，容易发生危险。另外，传统人造革所采用的基层没有防污功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种在灯光照射下能够反光的人造革，降低夜间穿着时的危险性，同时提高其防辐射能力。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种防辐射反光防污人造革，它包括相互粘合在一起的基层和面层，其特征在于所述面层表面设有金属纤维层，在所述金属纤维层上设有多个反光条，所述基层由面料制成，所述面料包括面料本体，所述面料本体由经纱和纬纱交织而成，面料本体的上下表面均设有防污涂层，所述经线为16S涤纶纱，所述防污涂层为聚四氟乙烯涂层。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、本发明其塑料面层表面设有反光条，反光条的材料是高折射玻璃微珠，在灯光照射下，具有反射光线的功能，从而达到提醒机动车驾驶人员的效果，同时由于人造革表面设有金属纤维层，能够起到防辐射的作用。
2、本发明通过在面料本体的上下表面均设有防污涂层，达到双重的防水、防油和防污的效果。防污涂层采用聚四氟乙烯涂层，使得粘在面料本体表面的液体呈超疏水状态，不能渗透进去，达到良好的防污性能。涤纶纱的成本低廉，轻度高，用其织成的布易洗快干，挺括坚牢，不易起皱，且具有良好的耐磨性。

所述基层由面料制成，所述面料包括面料本体，所述面料本体由经纱和纬纱交织而成，面料本体的上下表面均设有防污涂层，所述经线为16S涤纶纱，所述防污涂层为聚四氟乙烯涂层。

1.一种防辐射反光防污人造革，它包括相互粘合在一起的基层（1）和面层（2），其特征在于所述面层（2）表面设有金属纤维层（3），在所述塑料膜层（3）上设有多个反光条（4），所述基层由面料制成，所述面料包括面料本体，所述面料本体由经纱和纬纱交织而成，面料本体的上下表面均设有防污涂层，所述经线为16S涤纶纱，所述防污涂层为聚四氟乙烯涂层。
