技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造革，尤其涉及一种抗菌保暖防污人造革。
背景技术
 人造革是一种仿造天然皮革的塑料制品。通常以织布为基材，将聚氨酯或聚氯乙烯发泡层设于基材上，在发泡层上设有聚氨酯或聚氯乙烯表层，经压轮压平或压花，即得产品。随着人造革技术的发展，凭借其具有接近天然皮革的各种性能材质等特点，已经在生活中的大部分领域用于取代天然皮革。普通的人造革由基层和面层构成，基层为普通的织物，面层为PVC 塑料层，这样的人造革做的鞋子，功能单一，因为不通风的关系，容易滋生细菌的生长，且保暖性较差，不能满足人们在冬天穿着的需要。另外，传统人造革所采用的基层没有防污功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种抗菌保暖防污人造革，提高人造革的保暖性能和抗菌性能。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种抗菌保暖防污人造革，包括基层和表层，其特征在于所述在基层和表层之间设有抗菌夹层，在所述基层的内表面设置有绒面，所述基层由面料制成，所述面料包括面料本体，所述面料本体由经纱和纬纱交织而成，面料本体的上下表面均设有防污涂层，所述经线为16S涤纶纱，所述防污涂层为聚四氟乙烯涂层。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、本发明其基层表面呈绒面状，因此能够起到保暖的效果，还
能够增加人造革的饱满度，由于基层和面层之间设置有抗菌夹层，因此其具有抗菌、杀菌的功能，从而达到抗菌效果。
2、本发明通过在面料本体的上下表面均设有防污涂层，达到双重的防水、防油和防污的效果。防污涂层采用聚四氟乙烯涂层，使得粘在面料本体表面的液体呈超疏水状态，不能渗透进去，达到良好的防污性能。涤纶纱的成本低廉，轻度高，用其织成的布易洗快干，挺括坚牢，不易起皱，且具有良好的耐磨性。
