本发明提供一种交联聚氯乙烯电线电缆料,其特征在于:所述原料和重量配比份数为:聚氯乙烯树脂60份-80份、增塑剂5-份-10份、抗氧剂1份-2份、润滑剂1份-1.5份、交联助剂2份-5份、交联辅助剂1份-3份、稳定剂2份-5份、敏化剂1份-3份、含磷阻燃剂3份-8份、矿物质填料5份-10份。本发明的交联的聚氯乙烯电线电缆料具有如下的性能:抗张强度≥10MPa,断裂伸长率≥200%,经过老化(120℃×168h)后,抗张强度保留率≥80%,断裂伸长率≥80%,抗老化率≥50。

技术领域
    本发明涉及热塑性复合材料,尤其涉及一种交联聚氯乙烯电线电缆料。 
背景技术
    聚氯乙烯,简称PVC,由氯乙烯在引发剂作用下聚合而成的热塑性树脂。是氯乙烯的均聚物。氯乙烯均聚物和氯乙烯共聚物统称为氯乙烯树脂。都用于壁纸、桌布、鞋等,有少部分人也将其应用到电缆上,但是现今的电缆抗张强度弱,容易造成老化,影响电缆使用,需要经常更换,不利于使用且成本巨大。 
发明内容
根据以上技术问题,本发明提供一种交联聚氯乙烯电线电缆料,其特征在于:所述原料和重量配比份数为:聚氯乙烯树脂60份-80份、增塑剂5-份-10份、抗氧剂1份-2份、润滑剂1份-1.5份、交联助剂2份-5份、交联辅助剂1份-3份、稳定剂2份-5份、敏化剂1份-3份、含磷阻燃剂3份-8份、矿物质填料5份-10份。 
所述交联剂为三聚酰胺。 
所述润滑剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷。 
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的交联的聚氯乙烯电线电缆料具有如下的性能 :抗张强度≥ 10MPa,断裂伸长率≥ 200%,经过老化 (120℃ ×168h) 后,抗张强度保留率≥ 80%,断裂伸长率≥ 80%,抗老化率≥50。 
具体实施方式
     下面对本发明进行进一步说明: 
一种交联聚氯乙烯电线电缆料器组成成分为:
聚氯乙烯树脂70份、增塑剂10份、抗氧剂2份、润滑剂1份、交联助剂2份、交联辅助剂1份、稳定剂2份、敏化剂2份、含磷阻燃剂5份、矿物质填料5份。
将上述组份称量后,依次加入高速混合机中进行混合,混合均匀后,转移至双螺杆塑炼机上塑炼,待塑炼均匀后再经水冷拉条后切粒,然后进入离心干燥机进行干燥,最后进行包装。 
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种交联聚氯乙烯电线电缆料,其特征在于:所述原料和重量配比份数为:聚氯乙烯树脂60份-80份、增塑剂5-份-10份、抗氧剂1份-2份、润滑剂1份-1.5份、交联助剂2份-5份、交联辅助剂1份-3份、稳定剂2份-5份、敏化剂1份-3份、含磷阻燃剂3份-8份、矿物质填料5份-10份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种交联聚氯乙烯电线电缆料,其特征在于所述交联剂为三聚酰胺。
3.按照权利要求1所述的一种交联聚氯乙烯电线电缆料,其特征在于所述润滑剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷。
