Abstract
行为学评分仪主要涉及脊髓损伤的动物模型-大鼠,其脊髓损伤后的行为学评分:BBB评分。BBB评分标准是美国Ohio大学研究人员于1995年正式提出了一种新的神经功能评定法--BBB评分法。此评分方法需要鼓励大鼠积极运动,评分采用的是开放式的环境,在此环境中,大鼠容易产生恐惧的情绪,表现为大小便失禁、畏缩、静止不动和哀鸣,这样会影响的效率及准确性,并且不易采集其后腿运动的视频数据资料。根据老鼠的钻探的习性我们把评分所需开放的环境改为半开放的透明通道环境,可以减小其恐惧程度,促进其自主运动。在此基础上设计出可以用于脚印分析,斜板实验和网格实验的功能,还可以从两侧进行视频数据采集。简单实用成本低廉。

技术领域:本发明涉及脊髓损伤的动物模型-大鼠,其脊髓损伤后的行为学评分
背景技术:
BBB评分:BBB评分标准是美国Ohio大学研究人员于1995年正式提出了一种新的神经功能评定法--BBB评分法。它将大鼠后肢运动分为22个等级。后肢全瘫为0分,完全正常为21分。此评分方法需要鼓励大鼠积极运动,评分采用的是开放式的环境,在此环境中,大鼠容易产生恐惧的情绪,表现为大小便失禁、畏缩、静止不动和哀鸣,这样会影响的效率及准确性,并且不易采集其后腿运动的视频数据资料。
发明内容:
根据老鼠的钻探的习性我们把评分所需开放的环境改为半开放的透明通道环境,可以减小其恐惧程度,促进其自主运动。在此基础上设计出可以用于脚印分析,斜板实验和网格实验的功能,还可以从两侧进行视频数据采集。简单实用成本低廉。

具体实施方式:
本评分仪主要分为两部分:观察通道和支架
观察通道长1500mm,宽60mm,高70mm:底部表面铺有6mm厚摩擦系数为u的橡胶板,a端入口有一墨盒1,接着2为脚印分析过道,3普通过道,b端为出口。两侧为透明有机玻璃板,顶部为十字网格。支架:高300mm-500mm:由一个支点和两个撑杆与通道相连,撑杆在支撑架上于滑动槽相连,这样通道可以活动0-60°
使用方法
BBB评分:将通道置于水平,将老鼠于a端放入,通过两侧透明有机玻璃板进行观察,b端为老鼠出口。评分时可以从两侧摄影记录。
脚印分析:BBB评分大于8分的动物进行脚印分析,在a端将动物的前后足分别用蓝红2种染料标记后,置于预先铺有白纸的6cm×30cm的跑道中,使动物从一端跑到另一端,计算大鼠同侧前后足中心的距离(interlimb coordination,ILC)及后肢第3足趾的外旋角度(angle of rotation,AR)进行分析。
斜板实验:逐渐增加通道与水平面间的角度,直至大鼠刚好可在板上停留5s,记录这一角度。
网格实验:将老鼠置于顶部网格板上,观察其从一端走向另一端时左右脚的踏空次数。
Claims (4)
1.行为学评分仪,是根据大鼠习性设计而成,其特征是由观察通道和支架两部分组成。
2.如权利要求1的行为学评分仪,其特征是观察通道为底面为橡胶面,两侧面为透明玻璃板,顶面为透明网格板。通道分a、b两端口,并且可以倾斜角度到达60°。
3.如权利要求2的的行为学评分仪,其特征是观察通道可以分为部分:1.染料盒2.脚印分析过道3.普通过道。
4.如权利要求1,2的的行为学评分仪,其特征是支架由量角器、滑动支架、杆端关节轴承、固定旋钮和滑槽组成。
