技术领域
本发明涉及柔性电路板加工技术领域,特别涉及一种补强片排版治具。
背景技术
为了提高生产效率降低成本,补强片生产越来越多地采用自动化的方式。但是在补强片排版工序中,由于机械手排版的精度不高,还不能完全代替人工,为此需要设计一种治具来弥补自动化排版精度差的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是解决现有的采用机械手摆放补强片位置精度达不到要求的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种补强片排版治具,包括:第一模板和第二模板,所述第一模板设有粗导孔,所述粗导孔呈锥形,底部尺寸大于开口尺寸,其开口尺寸大于补强片尺寸0.03~0.04mm;所述第二模板设有精导孔,所述精导孔开口尺寸大于补强片尺寸0.01~0.02mm;所述第一模板和第二模板通过定位柱和定位孔相互连接,并使所述粗导孔与所述精导孔对齐。
优选的,所述粗导孔有多个,呈矩形阵列分布在所述第一模板上,所述精导孔与所述粗导孔分布一致。
该治具可应用于现有的自动化生产线中,由机械手在第一模板上对补强片进行初步排版,然后再由人工将补强片整版地转移到第二模板上,这样既能保持较高的生产效率,又能在排版精度上保证需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1和图3所示的补强片排版治具,包括:第一模板1和第二模板2,第一模1板设有粗导孔3,粗导孔3呈锥形,底部尺寸大于开口尺寸,其开口尺寸大于补强片7尺寸0.03~0.04mm。
第二模板2设有精导孔4,精导孔4开口尺寸大于补强片尺寸0.01~0.02mm。第一模板1和第二模板2通过定位柱5和定位孔6相互连接,并使粗导孔3与精导孔4对齐。
粗导孔3可以有多个,呈矩形阵列分布在第一模板1上,精导孔4与粗导孔3分布一致。
在使用时,首先将第一模板1带孔的一面朝上摆放,由机械手快速将补强片7放入粗导孔3内,补强片7落入粗导孔3底部位置;然后将第二模板2覆盖在第一模板1上,定位孔6与定位柱5套接;最后将整个双层模板翻转,使补强片7落入第二模板2的精导孔4内,获得最终的排版。
该治具可应用于现有的自动化生产线中,由机械手在第一模板上对补强片进行初步排版,然后再由人工将补强片整版地转移到第二模板上,这样既能保持较高的生产效率,又能在排版精度上保证需求。

1.一种补强片排版治具,其特征在于,包括:第一模板和第二模板,所述第一模板设有粗导孔,所述粗导孔呈锥形,底部尺寸大于开口尺寸,其开口尺寸大于补强片尺寸0.03~0.04mm;所述第二模板设有精导孔,所述精导孔开口尺寸大于补强片尺寸0.01~0.02mm;所述第一模板和第二模板通过定位柱和定位孔相互连接,并使所述粗导孔与所述精导孔对齐。
2.如权利要求1所述的补强片排版治具,其特征在于,所述粗导孔有多个,呈矩形阵列分布在所述第一模板上,所述精导孔与所述粗导孔分布一致。
