Abstract

本发明提供了一种反射式LED路灯,它包括LED灯和灯罩,所述LED灯排列设置在灯罩内,所述灯罩上设置有棱柱形透镜盖和反射镜。所述LED灯分布固定在一个主板上,所述主板固定在灯罩内的一个侧面,其相对侧面设置棱柱形透镜镜盖。该反射式LED路灯的结构合理,能耗低,生产难度低,能够满足道路等公共场所的照明需要,并且不会造成炫目的问题,其使用寿命高于现有的照明灯具,并且单个LED灯的损坏不会影响路灯的使用效果,因此其维护成本也较低。

一种反射式LED路灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明设备,尤其涉及一种用于公共照明使用的反射式LED 路灯。 
背景技术
LED 为半导体发光器件,能让所通过的很小的电流几乎全部转化为可见光,其光效达50-200 流明/瓦,光谱窄、单色性好,几乎所有发出的光都可以利用,且无需过滤直接发出色光。但是日前所使用的LED 照明灯均采用10W 以上单颗LED ,它存在光学配光难、易产生眩光、整体散热困难等缺陷,其对灯罩的要求非常高,同时又无法进行封闭式装配,难以达到广泛的应用。 
发明内容
为了克服上述的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种能耗低、亮度高、具有较高使用寿命的反射式LED 路灯,它能够提供良好的散射照明光线,且使用寿命远远大于现有的普通路灯。 
为实现上述目的,本发明技术方案为:一种反射式LED 路灯,它包括LED 灯和灯罩,所述LED 灯排列设置在灯罩内,所述灯罩上设置有棱柱形透镜盖和反射镜。 
所述LED 灯分布固定在一个主板上,所述主板固定在灯罩内的一个侧面,其相对侧面设置棱柱形透镜镜盖。 
所述灯罩为一后侧面大于前侧面的六面体,所述灯罩的上侧面和左右侧面均为曲面,所述上侧面为拱形曲面的反射镜,前侧面为棱柱形透镜盖。 
所述灯罩连接设置一个横柱,所述横柱的另一端固定在一个立柱上。 
所述立柱上对称固定两横柱,两灯罩分别对称设置。 
上述技术方案的有益之处在于:该路灯采用小功率的多颗LED 作为发光源,通过灯罩的反射和散射作用,产生无炫目的柔和赵明光,可适用于路灯和公共场所的采光照明。该灯罩的顶部设置反射镜能够将不需要照明方向的光线进行全反射,然后通过棱柱形透镜盖进行散射后,作为照明光源,既有效消除了光线的炫目缺陷,又最大限度利用了LED 所产生的光线。另外采用分布LED灯的主板作为发光体,可以根据灯罩的形状进行自由设计,降低了灯体的美观设计限制。 
该反射式LED 路灯的结构合理,能耗低,生产难度低,能够满足道路等公共场所的照明需要,并且不会造成炫目的问题,其使用寿命高于现有的照明灯具,并且单个LED 灯的损坏不会影响路灯的使用效果,因此其维护成本也较低。

具体实施方式
如图1 所示的一种反射式LED 路灯,其主要包括两个对称设置的LED 灯罩4 ,灯罩连接设置一根横柱3 ,横柱3 的另一端固定在一根立柱1 上,立柱l 上对称固定有两根横柱3 ,两个灯罩4 分别对称设置。LED 灯6 分布固定在一个主板上,主板固定在灯罩4 内的一个侧面,其相对侧面设置棱柱形透镜盖2 。灯罩4 上设置有棱柱形透镜盖2 和反射镜5 。灯罩4 为一个后侧面大于前侧面的六面体,灯罩4 的上侧面和左右侧面均为由面,所述上侧面为拱形曲面的反射镜5 ,前侧面为棱柱形透镜盖2 。

1.一种反射式LED 路灯,其特征在于:它包括LED 灯和灯罩,所述LED 灯排列设置在灯
罩内,所述灯罩上设置有棱柱形透镜盖和反射镜。
2.如权利要求1 所述的一种反射式LED 路灯,其特征在于:所述LED 灯分布固定在一个主板上,所述主板固定在灯罩内的一个侧面,其相对侧面设置棱柱形透镜镜盖。
3.如权利要求1 所述的一种反射式LED 路灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩为一后侧面大于前侧面的六面体,所述灯罩的上侧面和左右侧面均为曲面,所述上侧面为拱形曲面的反射镜,前侧面为棱柱形透镜盖。
4.如权利要求1 或3 所述的一种反射式LED 路灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩连接设置一个横柱,所述横柱的另一端固定在一个立柱上。
5.如权利要求4 所述的一种反射式LED 路灯,其特征在于:所述立柱上对称固定两横柱,两灯罩分别对称设置。
