Abstract
本发明实施例公开了一种进料装置以及油田废弃物处理系统,该进料装置包括输送装置和离心机,其中,所述输送装置的进料口作为所述进料装置的进料口,所述输送装置的出料口与所述离心机的进料口连通,所述离心机的出料口作为所述进料装置的出料口。由于本发明中进料装置中设置有离心机,因此,油田废弃物在进入热分解装置之前先在离心机的作用下将含有的部分油和水甩出,使得油田废弃物油和水含量降低,从而能够降低热分解过程中的能耗,同时能够降低整个油田废弃物处理系统的能耗。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及油田废弃物处理技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种进料装置以及油田废弃物处理系统。
背景技术
随着国家对页岩气等非常规能源开发力度的加大,废弃油基泥浆和含油钻屑不断大量产生和累积,钻井阶段单井产生的含油钻屑约300-500吨,其中油类物质占25-30%。
在油气勘探开发生产中,废弃油基泥浆和含油钻屑处置不当将造成水资源、土壤等的严重污染,并制约开发进度,因此油基泥浆和含油钻屑的无害化处理普遍受到重视。世界各国对油田废弃物的毒性分析、环境影响评价以及处理技术等方面做了大量工作。每种处理技术都有其适用范围,应根据油气田的地理环境、水文、土壤、钻井液的组成及经济性来选择。
目前,一种石油化工废弃物分离处理方法,主要是将油田废弃物输送到热分解装置内进行处理,当油田废弃物中油和水的含量相对较多时,热分解过程中的耗能相对较多。
因此,如何减少油田废弃物处理系统的能耗,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种进料装置,以实现降低油田废弃物热分解过程中的能耗的目的;本发明的第二个目的在于提供一种油田废弃物处理系统。
为实现上述第一个目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种进料装置,包括输送装置和离心机,其中,所述输送装置的进料口作为所述进料装置的进料口,所述输送装置的出料口与所述离心机的进料口连通,所述离心机的出料口作为所述进料装置的出料口。
优选地,上述进料装置中,所述输送装置包括料斗和料封机,所述料斗设置在所述料封机的进料端并作为所述输送装置的进料口。
优选地,上述进料装置中,所述输送装置包括进料螺旋和布料斗,所述进料螺旋的出料端设置在所述布料斗的上方。
优选地,上述进料装置中,所述布料斗的出料口处设置有气锁。
优选地,上述进料装置中,所述输送装置还包括料斗,所述料斗作为所述输送装置的进料端。
优选地,上述进料装置中,所述料斗与所述进料螺旋之间还设置有皮带秤和振动筛,所述皮带秤的进料端设置在料斗的下方,所述振动筛的进料口设置在所述皮带秤的出料口的下方,所述振动筛的出料口设置在所述进料螺旋的进料口的上方。
优选地,上述进料装置中,所述输送装置包括皮带输送机和料斗,所述皮带输送机的出料端设置在所述料斗的上方。,所述皮带输送机与所述料斗之间还设置有振动筛,所述皮带输送机上方还设置有除铁器。
从上述技术方案中可以看出,本发明中的进料装置包括输送装置和离心机,其中,所述输送装置的进料口作为所述进料装置的进料口,所述输送装置的出料口与所述离心机的进料口连通,所述离心机的出料口作为所述进料装置的出料口。由于本发明中进料装置中设置有离心机,因此,油田废弃物在进入热分解装置之前先在离心机的作用下将含有的部分油和水甩出,使得油田废弃物油和水含量降低,从而能够降低热分解过程中的能耗。
为实现上述第二个目的,本发明还公开了一种油田废弃物处理系统,包括进料装置和热分解装置,所述进料装置的出料口与所述热分解装置的加热腔连通,所述进料装置为上述任一技术方案所述的进料装置。由于上述进料装置具有上述效果,包括上述进料装置的油田废弃物处理系统也具有相应的效果。

其中,11为料封机、12为料斗、13为进料螺旋、14为布料斗、15为皮带秤、16为振动筛、17为皮带输送机、18为除铁器、21为离心机、22为气锁。
具体实施方式
本发明的第一个核心是公开一种进料装置,以实现减少油田废弃物热分解过程中的能耗的目的;本发明的第二个核心是公开一种油田废弃物处理系统。以下,参照附图对实施例进行说明。此外,下面所示的实施例不对权利要求所记载的发明内容起任何限定作用。另外,下面实施例所表示的构成的全部内容不限于作为权利要求所记载的发明的解决方案所必需的。
请参阅图1至图4,该进料装置,包括输送装置和离心机,其中,输送装置的进料口作为进料装置的进料口,输送装置的出料口与离心机的进料口连通,离心机的出料口作为进料装置的出料口。
由于本发明中进料装置中设置有离心机,因此,油田废弃物在进入热分解装置之前先在离心机的作用下将油田废弃物中的部分油和水甩出,使得油田废弃物油和水含量降低,从而能够降低热分解过程中的能耗。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图1所示,所述离心机21的进料口与所述输送装置的出料端连通,所述离心机21的出料口作为所述进料装置的出料口。该离心机21可以将原始物料中的部分油和水分离出,从而可以减少后续流程中的能耗。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图1所示,输送装置包括料斗12和料封机11,料斗12设置在料封机11的进料端并作为输送装置的进料口。原始物料输送至料斗12进入至料封机11,然后料封机11将该原始物料输送至离心机21内。
在本发明又一实施例中,如图3所示,输送装置包括进料螺旋13和料斗12,进料螺旋13的出料端设置在料斗12的上方。通过该进料螺旋13将原始物料输送至料斗12内,通过该料斗12将原始物料输送给热分解装置。
其中,料斗12的出料口处设置有气锁22,用以阻隔空气进入热分解装置中。
为了方便计量原始物料的重量及筛分物料,料斗12与进料螺旋13之间还设置有皮带秤15和振动筛16,如图2所示。皮带秤15的进料端设置在料斗12的下方,振动筛16的进料端设置在皮带秤15的出料端的下方,振动筛16的出料端设置在进料螺旋13的进料端的上方。
其中,进料螺旋13的出料端的下方设置有布料斗14,可将物料均匀分成三部分并分别进入布料斗14出口处的三个气锁22中。
在又一实施例中,如图4所示,输送装置包括皮带输送机17和料斗12,皮带输送机17的出料端设置在料斗12的上方。
另外,皮带输送机17与料斗12之间还设置有振动筛16,皮带输送机17上方还设置有除铁器18。
本发明还公开了一种油田废弃物处理系统,包括进料装置和热分解装置,进料装置的出料口与热分解装置的加热腔连通,进料装置为上述任一技术方案的进料装置。由于上述进料装置具有上述效果,包括上述进料装置的油田废弃物处理系统也具有相应的效果,此处不再赘述。

Claims (9)
1.一种进料装置,其特征在于,包括输送装置和离心机,其中,所述输送装置的进料口作为所述进料装置的进料口,所述输送装置的出料口与所述离心机的进料口连通,所述离心机的出料口作为所述进料装置的出料口。
2.如权利要求1所述的进料装置,其特征在于,所述输送装置包括料斗和料封机,所述料斗设置在所述料封机的进料端并作为所述输送装置的进料口。
3.如权利要求1所述的进料装置,其特征在于,所述输送装置包括进料螺旋和布料斗,所述进料螺旋的出料端设置在所述布料斗的上方。
4.如权利要求3所述的进料装置,其特征在于,所述布料斗的出料口处设置有气锁。
5.如权利要求3所述的进料装置,其特征在于,所述输送装置还包括料斗,所述料斗作为所述输送装置的进料端。
6.如权利要求5所述的进料装置,其特征在于,所述料斗与所述进料螺旋之间还设置有皮带秤和振动筛,所述皮带秤的进料端设置在料斗的下方,所述振动筛的进料口设置在所述皮带秤的出料口的下方,所述振动筛的出料口设置在所述进料螺旋的进料口的上方。
7.如权利要求1所述的进料装置,其特征在于,所述输送装置包括皮带输送机和料斗,所述皮带输送机的出料端设置在所述料斗的上方。
8.如权利要求7所述的进料装置,其特征在于,所述皮带输送机与所述料斗之间还设置有振动筛,所述皮带输送机上方还设置有除铁器。
9.一种油田废弃物处理系统,包括进料装置和热分解装置,所述进料装置的出料口与所述热分解装置的加热腔连通,其特征在于,所述进料装置为权利要求1至8中任一项所述的进料装置。
