FRP管道及制作工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种FRP管道及制作工艺。
背景技术
FRP亦称玻璃钢或玻璃钢增强塑料,是一种以高分子环氧树脂为基体,玻璃钢或碳纤维等为增强体,经过复合工艺而制成的复合材料。优点包括轻巧,耐腐蚀,抗老化,及绝缘,故用于制造各种运动用具、管道、造船、汽车与电子产品之外壳与印刷电路板。
目前,国内FRP管道相比日本等发达国家,制作时总避免不了气泡、气孔、表面不平整等不良现象,影响管道质量,降低管道寿命。
发明内容
本发明提供一种FRP管道及制作工艺,具体技术方案如下:
一种FRP管道,其特征在于:包括三层结构:耐腐蚀表面层、耐侵蚀中间层、强化外层,耐腐蚀表面层为FRP管道内表面,其中:耐腐蚀表面层为含浸乙烯基酯树脂的玻璃纤维薄毡固化而成,玻璃纤维与树脂的比重为10::90;耐侵蚀中间层为含浸乙烯基酯树脂的玻璃纤维短切毡固化而成,玻璃纤维与树脂的比重为25-35:65-75;强化外层为含浸乙烯基酯树脂的玻璃纤维短切毡和玻璃纤维网格布交替叠层固化而成,玻璃纤维与树脂的比重为30-40:60-70。
进一步的,耐腐蚀表面层厚度不小于2mm,单层玻璃纤维薄毡厚度为0.25-0.5mm;耐侵蚀中间层厚度不小于3mm,单层玻璃纤维短切毡厚度为0.6-0.7mm;强化外层中,玻璃纤维短切毡或网格布的厚度不小于3mm。
进一步的,耐腐蚀表面层的内表面设有模具表面层,包括3层,从内到外依次为1层凹凸纸,2层PET薄膜。
进一步的,强化外层外表面具有涂漆层,为固体石蜡和防止外线材料在树脂或凝胶涂层上混合后涂漆而成。
一种FRP管道制作工艺,其特征在于包括如下几个步骤:
1、模具准备:在模具的模芯表面涂蜡或聚乙烯醇溶液后常温晾干;
2、模具表面层:常温晾干后在表面铺设1层凹凸纸并在凹凸纸上铺设2层PET薄膜;
3、耐腐蚀表面层:在模芯上涂乙烯基酯树脂,将玻璃纤维薄毡铺层在乙烯基酯树脂上,涂一层乙烯基酯树脂铺一层玻璃纤维薄毡,玻璃纤维与树脂的比重为10::90,耐腐蚀表面层厚度不小于2mm,单层玻璃纤维薄毡厚度为0.25-0.5mm,控制耐腐蚀表面层上直径3mm的孔每30cm2少于3个;
4、耐侵蚀中间层:在耐腐蚀表面层涂乙烯基酯树脂,将玻璃纤维短切毡铺层在乙烯基酯树脂上,涂一层乙烯基酯树脂铺一层玻璃纤维短切毡,玻璃纤维与树脂的比重为25-35:65-75,耐腐蚀表面层厚度不小于3mm,单层玻璃纤维薄毡厚度为0.6-0.7mm,制作过程中使用脱泡机清除小孔;
5、强化外层:在耐侵蚀中间层涂乙烯基酯树脂,将玻璃纤维短切毡铺层在乙烯基酯树脂上,然后再涂一层乙烯基酯树脂,接着铺一层玻璃纤维网格布,循环操作直至完成强化外层,玻璃纤维短切毡或网格布的厚度不小于3mm,玻璃纤维与树脂的比重为30-40:60-70,制作过程中使用脱泡机清除小孔;
6、上机缠绕加强层:玻璃纤维布缠绕模具,用缠绕机紧固压实,挤出气泡,甩出多余乙烯基酯树脂,然后固化修整;
7、涂漆层:固体石蜡0.2-0.4wt%和防紫外线材料0.2wt%在树脂或凝胶涂层上混合后涂漆在强化外层表面;
8、定型后,常温2-4小时硬化后脱模。
采用本发明制备工艺制备的FRP管道,经压力试验,强度比传统FRP管道强度提高30%以上,管道寿命显著提高,采用凹凸纸加PET薄膜的结构,不仅方便脱模,而且脱模后管道内表面光洁,极大减少了气泡的产生,避免管道表面不平整现象。

具体实施方式
一种FRP管道,包括三层结构:耐腐蚀表面层2、耐侵蚀中间层3、强化外层4,耐腐蚀表面层2为FRP管道内表面,其中:耐腐蚀表面层2为含浸乙烯基酯树脂的玻璃纤维薄毡固化而成,玻璃纤维与树脂的比重为10::90;耐侵蚀中间层3为含浸乙烯基酯树脂的玻璃纤维短切毡固化而成,玻璃纤维与树脂的比重为25-35:65-75;强化外层4为含浸乙烯基酯树脂的玻璃纤维短切毡和玻璃纤维网格布交替叠层固化而成,玻璃纤维与树脂的比重为30-40:60-70。
耐腐蚀表面层2厚度不小于2mm,单层玻璃纤维薄毡厚度为0.25-0.5mm;耐侵蚀中间层3厚度不小于3mm,单层玻璃纤维短切毡厚度为0.6-0.7mm;强化外层4中,玻璃纤维短切毡或网格布的厚度不小于3mm。耐腐蚀表面层2的内表面设有模具表面层1,包括3层,从内到外依次为1层凹凸纸,2层PET薄膜。强化外层4外表面具有涂漆层5,为固体石蜡和防止外线材料在树脂或凝胶涂层上混合后涂漆而成。
一种FRP管道制作工艺,包括如下几个步骤:
1、模具准备:在模具的模芯表面涂蜡或聚乙烯醇溶液后常温晾干;
2、模具表面层:常温晾干后在表面铺设1层凹凸纸并在凹凸纸上铺设2层PET薄膜;
3、耐腐蚀表面层:在模芯上涂乙烯基酯树脂,将玻璃纤维薄毡铺层在乙烯基酯树脂上,涂一层乙烯基酯树脂铺一层玻璃纤维薄毡,玻璃纤维与树脂的比重为10::90,耐腐蚀表面层厚度不小于2mm,单层玻璃纤维薄毡厚度为0.25-0.5mm,控制耐腐蚀表面层上直径3mm的孔每30cm2少于3个;
4、耐侵蚀中间层:在耐腐蚀表面层涂乙烯基酯树脂,将玻璃纤维短切毡铺层在乙烯基酯树脂上,涂一层乙烯基酯树脂铺一层玻璃纤维短切毡,玻璃纤维与树脂的比重为25-35:65-75,耐腐蚀表面层厚度不小于3mm,单层玻璃纤维薄毡厚度为0.6-0.7mm,制作过程中使用脱泡机清除小孔;

8、定型后,常温2-4小时硬化后脱模。
上述制备工艺中乙烯基酯树脂需满足JISK6919标准。

Claims (5)

1.一种FRP管道,其特征在于:包括三层结构:耐腐蚀表面层、耐侵蚀中间层、强化外层,耐腐蚀表面层为FRP管道内表面,其中:耐腐蚀表面层为含浸乙烯基酯树脂的玻璃纤维薄毡固化而成,玻璃纤维与树脂的比重为10::90;耐侵蚀中间层为含浸乙烯基酯树脂的玻璃纤维短切毡固化而成,玻璃纤维与树脂的比重为25-35:65-75;强化外层为含浸乙烯基酯树脂的玻璃纤维短切毡和玻璃纤维网格布交替叠层固化而成,玻璃纤维与树脂的比重为30-40:60-70。
2.根据权利要求1所述的FRP管道,其特征在于:耐腐蚀表面层厚度不小于2mm,单层玻璃纤维薄毡厚度为0.25-0.5mm;耐侵蚀中间层厚度不小于3mm,单层玻璃纤维短切毡厚度为0.6-0.7mm;强化外层中,玻璃纤维短切毡或网格布的厚度不小于3mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的FRP管道,其特征在于:耐腐蚀表面层的内表面设有模具表面层,包括3层,从内到外依次为1层凹凸纸,2层PET薄膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的FRP管道,其特征在于:强化外层外表面具有涂漆层,为固体石蜡和防止外线材料在树脂或凝胶涂层上混合后涂漆而成。
5.一种FRP管道制作工艺,其特征在于包括如下几个步骤:
一、模具准备:在模具的模芯表面涂蜡或聚乙烯醇溶液后常温晾干;
二、模具表面层:常温晾干后在表面铺设1层凹凸纸并在凹凸纸上铺设2层PET薄膜;
三、耐腐蚀表面层:在模芯上涂乙烯基酯树脂,将玻璃纤维薄毡铺层在乙烯基酯树脂上,涂一层乙烯基酯树脂铺一层玻璃纤维薄毡,玻璃纤维与树脂的比重为10::90,耐腐蚀表面层厚度不小于2mm,单层玻璃纤维薄毡厚度为0.25-0.5mm,控制耐腐蚀表面层上直径3mm的孔每30cm2少于3个;
四、耐侵蚀中间层:在耐腐蚀表面层涂乙烯基酯树脂,将玻璃纤维短切毡铺层在乙烯基酯树脂上,涂一层乙烯基酯树脂铺一层玻璃纤维短切毡,玻璃纤维与树脂的比重为25-35:65-75,耐腐蚀表面层厚度不小于3mm,单层玻璃纤维薄毡厚度为0.6-0.7mm,制作过程中使用脱泡机清除小孔;
五、强化外层:在耐侵蚀中间层涂乙烯基酯树脂,将玻璃纤维短切毡铺层在乙烯基酯树脂上,然后再涂一层乙烯基酯树脂,接着铺一层玻璃纤维网格布,循环操作直至完成强化外层,玻璃纤维短切毡或网格布的厚度不小于3mm,玻璃纤维与树脂的比重为30-40:60-70,制作过程中使用脱泡机清除小孔;
六、上机缠绕加强层:玻璃纤维布缠绕模具,用缠绕机紧固压实,挤出气泡,甩出多余乙烯基酯树脂,然后固化修整;
七、涂漆层:固体石蜡0.2-0.4wt%和防紫外线材料0.2wt%在树脂或凝胶涂层上混合后涂漆在强化外层表面;
八、定型后,常温2-4小时硬化后脱模。
