Abstract
本发明公布了一种新型榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构,随着木质工程材料的应用越来越广,为了增强木质工程材料的力学强度,本发明设计了一种榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构。所述木质工程材点阵夹芯结构包括上面板、芯层结构和下面板,其特征在于:所述榫卯结合方式是在上面板的下表面宽度方向开有相互平行的燕尾榫槽和在下面板的上表面宽度方向开有相互平行的燕尾榫槽,通过燕尾榫两端的榫头从上面板和下面板的一侧移入到燕尾榫槽的指定位置。本发明所设计的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构结构合理、力学强度高、制造方便、绿色少污染,能广泛用于建筑工程和家具制造等领域。

技术领域:
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,尤其涉及一种在木结构建筑中使用木质工程材点阵夹芯结构。
背景技术:
榫卯结合是在两个木构件上所采用的一种凹凸结合的连接方式。其中凸出部分叫榫(或榫头)凹进部分叫卯(或榫槽、槽)多是使用在古代中国建筑、家具及其它木制器械的主要结构方式;随着天然木材资源日益缺少,而木结构建筑在国内又呈现日趋增多的趋势,木材在现在或将来可能会出现供应链不足的问题,人们对木质工程材的研究逐渐加深及其应用日益广泛。木质工程材料点阵结构是木质工程材的一种结构,但目前人们对木质工程材料点阵结构的研究有所不足。
发明内容:
发明目的:本发明主要针对上述问题,设计了一种榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构。
技术方案:本发明采用榫卯结合的方式将上下面板表面开槽与两端端部加工成榫头的圆棒状榫相结合,上下面板从加工端端面上观察槽的形状是等边梯形,榫头形状与槽型相适配,两者形似燕尾,故将槽称为燕尾榫槽,圆棒状榫称为燕尾榫。
一种榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构,包括上面板、芯层结构和下面板,其特征在于:所述榫卯结合方式是在上面板的下表面宽度方向开有相互平行的燕尾榫槽和在下面板的上表面宽度方向开有相互平行的燕尾榫槽,通过燕尾榫两端的榫头从上面板和下面板的一侧移入到燕尾榫槽的指定位置。
所述上面板的开槽方式是在上面板上以每相邻两个燕尾榫槽为一组,组数由面板长度确定,在板长度方向每隔10cm开一组,组内两平行榫槽的最小间距为2cm~3cm,开槽深度为面板厚度的三分之一至二分之一,上面板与芯层结构通过榫卯结合进行组装。
所述下面板的开槽方式是在下面板上以每相邻两个燕尾榫槽为一组,组数由面板长度确定,在板长度方向每隔10cm开一组,组内两平行榫槽的最小间距为2cm~3cm,开槽深度为面板厚度的三分之一至二分之一,下面板与芯层结构通过榫卯结合进行组装。
本发明所述的一种榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构,其特征在于:所述芯层结构由燕尾榫和连接件通过胶黏剂胶接而成,且其高度在5cm~15cm之间。
本发明所述的芯层结构,其特征是:所述的芯层结构所使用的胶黏剂包括乳白胶、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂或氯丁橡胶。
本发明所述的一种榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构,其特征在于:所述燕尾榫的结构是横截面为圆形的直径范围为1cm~1.5cm的圆棒榫或者横截面为正方形的边长范围为1cm~1.5cm的方榫,并且其两端端部加工成燕尾型榫头。
本发明所述的一种榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构,其特征在于:所述榫卯结合是将燕尾榫两端的榫头从上面板和下面板的一侧移入,移入的距离为燕尾榫槽总长度的四分之一至二分之一,并在该位置用胶黏剂胶接。
本发明所述的连接件,其特征是:所述的连接件为正方形轻质片状材料包括木片或塑料片,每个连接件上开有四个与燕尾榫横截面形状相吻合的开口,用于将四个燕尾榫和一个连接件通过胶黏剂胶接在一起,组成芯层结构的基本单元。
有益效果:本发明的有益效果是结构合理、力学强度高、制造方便、绿色少污染。

具体实施方式:
一种榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构,它包括上面板、芯层结构和下面板,榫卯结合方式是在上面板的下表面宽度方向开有相互平行的燕尾榫槽和在下面板的上表面宽度方向开有相互平行的燕尾榫槽,通过燕尾榫两端的榫头从上面板和下面板的一侧移入,移入的距离为燕尾榫槽总长度的四分之一至二分之一,并在该位置用胶黏剂胶接。
如图1和图14所示,利用连接件连接将芯层结构分为5组点阵单元,采用中间一组,两侧两组的安排方式,利用上述的方法,制作完成。
所述的制作方式并不局限于唯一,包括改变上下面板上的开槽数量、连接件连接的燕尾榫数量、燕尾榫横截面形状、芯层结构基本单元在面板上胶接位置同样能达到预期目的。
具有结构合理、力学强度高、制造方便、绿色少污染的特点。
Claims (8)
1.一种榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构,包括上面板(1)、芯层结构(2)和下面板(3),其特征在于:所述榫卯结合方式是在上面板(1)的下表面宽度方向开有相互平行的燕尾榫槽(4)和在下面板(3)的上表面宽度方向开有相互平行的燕尾榫槽(4),通过燕尾榫(5)两端的榫头从上面板(1)和下面板(3)的一侧移入到燕尾榫槽的指定位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构,其特征在于:所述上面板(1)的开槽方式是在上面板上以每相邻两个燕尾榫槽(4)为一组,组数由面板长度确定,在板长度方向每隔10cm开一组,组内两平行榫槽的最小间距为2cm~3cm,开槽深度为面板厚度的三分之一至二分之一,上面板(1)与芯层结构(2)通过榫卯结合进行组装。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构,其特征在于:所述芯层结构(2)由燕尾榫(5)和连接件(6)通过胶黏剂胶接而成,且其高度在5cm~15cm之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构,其特征在于:所述的芯层结构(2)所使用的胶黏剂包括乳白胶、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂或氯丁橡胶。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构,其特征在于:所述燕尾榫(5)的结构是横截面为圆形的直径范围为1cm~1.5cm的圆棒榫或者横截面为正方形的边长范围为1cm~1.5cm的方榫,并且其两端端部加工成燕尾型榫头。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构,其特征在于:所述榫卯结合是将燕尾榫(5)两端的榫头从上面板(1)和下面板(3)的一侧移入,移入的距离为燕尾榫槽总长度的四分之一至二分之一,并在该位置用胶黏剂胶接。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种榫卯结合的木质工程材点阵夹芯结构,其特征在于:所述的连接件(6)为正方形轻质片状材料包括木片或塑料片,每个连接件上开有四个与燕尾榫横截面形状相吻合的开口,用于将四个燕尾榫和一个连接件通过胶黏剂胶接在一起,组成芯层结构(2)的基本单元。
