Abstract
本发明提供了一种治疗小儿湿疹的中药复方，属于中药领域。具体的本发明采用以下技术方案来实现，一种治疗小儿湿疹的中药复方，由如下按照质量份数计的原料制成：白术6-12、决明子3-6、陈皮1-6、黄芩2-6、蒲公英1-6、泽泻1-6、麦芽6-12。与现有中药相比，本发明用药量低，无不良反应，安全性高，所用药材来源广泛，无奇缺。具有疗程短，治愈率高，治愈后不易复发的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于中药领域，涉及一种中药复发，具体涉及一种治疗小儿湿疹的中药复方及其制备方法。
背景技术
小儿湿疹是由多种因素引起的一种以瘙痒性丘疹为主要表现的变态反应性皮肤病。病变局部多有红斑、丘疹、水疱、糜烂、渗出等,可发生于体表的任何部位,尤以颜面部多见,易继发感染。小儿湿疹是小儿常见皮肤病之一，皮疹呈多形性，反复发作，易合并感染
根据症状和病变部位不同，中医学将该病称为“浸淫疮”、“旋耳疮”、“绣球风”、“四弯风”、“血风疮”等。小儿为稚阴稚阳之体，脏腑娇嫩，脾常不足，形气未充。先天不足或后天失养，均可导致脾失健运，湿浊内生，而肌肤脆弱，藩篱不固，外风又易侵袭，与内湿搏结，蕴于肌表，发为湿疹。
目前治疗小儿湿疹的药物多为外用制剂，当湿疹大面积发作时，外用制剂使用多有不便。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种治疗小儿湿疹的内服中药复方。
本发明上述目的通过以下技术方案予以实现：
一种治疗小儿湿疹的中药复方，其特征在于，由如下原料制成：白术、决明子、陈皮、黄芩、蒲公英、泽泻、麦芽。
作为一种优选方案，本发明治疗小儿湿疹的中药复方，由如下按照质量份数计的原料制成：

作为本发明中药复方优选的制备方法，其制备方法如下，将上述原料按照本发明配比混合干燥，粉碎过150目筛，装袋，每袋2.5g。温开水冲服，一日2次，服用剂量为0.1g/kg体重。7天1疗程。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：
1.本发明所述中药复方伍用，可祛风止痒，清热利湿、滋阴润燥，具有疗效显著，用药量低，无不良反应，安全性高等优点。
2.本发明所述中药复方，所用药材来源广泛，无奇缺。
3.本发明所述中药复方，服用方便，对肠胃无刺激。
4.与现有中药相比，具有疗程短，治愈率高，治愈后不易复发的优点。
临床资料
1一般资料
2013年1月到2014年8月，收治湿疹患儿200例，患儿年龄6个月至12岁，病程3天至1年；将所有患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例。两组患儿年龄、性别、病程、症状等无显著性差异，具有可比性。
2、治疗方法
治疗组：给予本发明实施例1制备的药物，温开水冲服，一日2次，服用剂量为0.1g/kg体重。
对照组：给予炉甘石洗剂涂抹，每天两次。
两组均连续治疗14天。
3、疗效判定标准
痊愈：自觉症状消失，无瘙痒，无渗液。
显效：自觉症状明显减轻，皮疹大部分消退，无渗液。
有效：自觉症状减轻，皮疹大部分消退，少许渗液，轻微瘙痒。
无效：病变与治疗前无前差别。
4、治疗结果
两组疗效比较，参见表1。

可见本发明治疗组治愈率、总有效率显著高于对照组。本发明内服中药复方疗效显著高于常用药物炉甘石洗剂。治疗期间两组均未见明显不凉反应。
5、复发情况
3个月后，对治愈患者进行回访，3个月期间，治疗组无一例患儿复发。而对照组复发12例，复发率约为75.0％。可见本发明中药复方具有治愈后不复发的优点。

以下结合实施例来进一步解释本发明，但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。
实施例l
取白术100g，决明子40g，陈皮40g，黄芩40g，蒲公英20g，泽泻20g，麦芽100g混合干燥，粉碎过150目筛，装袋，每袋2.5g。温开水冲服，一日2次，服用剂量为0.1g/kg体重。
实施例2
取白术120g，决明子60g，陈皮40g，黄芩60g，蒲公英40g，泽泻40g，麦芽100g混合干燥，粉碎过150目筛，装袋，每袋2.5g。温开水冲服，一日2次，服用剂量为0.1g/kg体重。
实施例3
取白术80g，决明子30g，陈皮20g，黄芩20g，蒲公英20g，泽泻40g，麦芽60g混合干燥，粉碎过150目筛，装袋，每袋2.5g。温开水冲服，一日2次，服用剂量为0.1g/kg体重。
实施例4
取白术70g，决明子50g，陈皮30g，黄芩60g，蒲公英60g，泽泻60g，麦芽120g混合干燥，粉碎过150目筛，装袋，每袋2.5g。温开水冲服，一日2次，服用剂量为0.1g/kg体重。

1.一种治疗小儿湿疹的中药复方，其特征在于，由如下原料制成：白术、决明子、陈皮、黄芩、蒲公英、泽泻、麦芽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药复方，其特征在于，由如下按照质量份数计的原料制成：
白术6-12 决明子3-6 陈皮1-6 黄芩2-6
蒲公英1-6 泽泻1-6 麦芽6-12。
