背景技术
痱子是夏季或炎热环境下常见的表浅性、炎症性皮肤病，由于环境中气温高、湿度大，出汗过多，不易蒸发，汗液使表皮角质层浸渍，致使汗腺导管口变窄或阻塞，汗腺导管内汗液潴留后因内压增高而发生破裂，外溢的汗液渗入并刺激周围组织而于汗孔处出现丘疹、丘疱疹和小水疱。细菌繁殖、产生毒素，可加重炎症反应。有人认为，汗孔的闭塞是由于原发性葡萄球菌感染，也有人认为痱子的发生与出汗过多无关，而与皮肤表面大量繁殖的微球菌有关。
根据汗腺导管损伤和汗液溢出部位的不同，临床上分为以下几种类型：
1.晶形粟粒疹
又称白痱,由于汗液在角质层内或角质层下汗管溢出引起。常见于高热大量出汗、长期卧床、过度衰弱的患者。皮损为针尖至针头大小的浅表性小水疱，壁薄，清亮，周围无红晕，轻擦易破，干涸后留有细小鳞屑。有自限性，一般无自觉症状。
2.红色粟粒疹
又称红痱,由于汗液在棘层处汗管溢出引起。急性发病，皮损为成批出现圆而尖形的针头大小的密集丘疹或丘疱疹，周围有轻度红晕。皮损消退后有轻度脱屑。自觉轻度烧灼、刺痒感。
3.脓疱性粟粒疹
又称脓痱。多由红色粟粒疹发展而来。皮损为密集的丘疹顶端有针头大小浅表脓疱。脓疱内容常为无菌性或非致病性球菌。
4.深部粟粒疹
又称深痱,由于汗液在真皮上层特别是在真皮—表皮交界处汗管溢出引起。常见于严重和反复发生红色粟粒疹的患者。皮损为密集的皮色小水疱，内容清亮，不易擦破，出汗时增大，不出汗时缩小。当皮疹泛发时，全身皮肤出汗减少或无汗，面部、腋窝、手足可有代偿性出汗增加，可造成热带性汗闭性衰竭或热衰竭，患者可出现无力、困倦、眩晕、头痛等全身症状。

上述的一种用于治疗脓痱的痱子粉，由下述按重量份计的组分组成：冰片2-6份、金银花10-15份、地骨皮2-6份、荷叶2-6份、马齿苋5-10份、茯苓2-6份、翻白草5-10份、红花5-10份、鱼腥草2-6份、白头翁10-15份、四季青10-15份、石斛2-6份、穿心莲5-10份、泽泻2-6份、陆英2-6份、甘草2-6份、麦冬门2-6份、千里光2-6份、白花蛇舌草2-6份。
上述的一种用于治疗脓痱的痱子粉，由下述按重量份计的组分组成：冰片3份、金银花12份、地骨皮3份、荷叶3份、马齿苋6份、茯苓3份、翻白草6份、红花6份、鱼腥草3份、白头翁12份、四季青12份、石斛3份、穿心莲6份、泽泻3份、陆英3份、甘草3份、麦冬门3份、千里光3份、白花蛇舌草3份。
上述的一种用于治疗脓痱的痱子粉，由下述按重量份计的组分组成：冰片5份、金银花14份、地骨皮4份、荷叶4份、马齿苋8份、茯苓4份、翻白草8份、红花8份、鱼腥草4份、白头翁14份、四季青14份、石斛4份、穿心莲8份、泽泻4份、陆英4份、甘草4份、麦冬门4份、千里光4份、白花蛇舌草4份。
上述的一种用于治疗脓痱的痱子粉的制备方法，包括如下步骤：将冰片、金银花、地骨皮、荷叶、马齿苋、茯苓、翻白草、红花、鱼腥草、白头翁、四季青、石斛、穿心莲、泽泻、陆英、甘草、麦冬门、千里光、白花蛇舌草加水煎煮提取三次，第一次加中药组分总质量5倍的水煎煮提取2小时，第二次加中药组分总质量3倍量水煎煮提取1.5小时，第三次加中药组分总质量2倍量水煎煮提取1小时，将3次煎煮提取的煎液合并；向合并后的煎液中加入上述蒸馏后的水溶液，过滤，滤液浓缩至在60℃时相对密度为1.07～1.10，放冷至室温，加入乙醇至含醇量达到60%，搅匀，在6～9℃下静置24小时，过滤；滤液浓缩至在60℃时相对密度为1.07～1.10，并在浓缩过程中回收乙醇，再加入与浓缩后的滤液等体积的水稀释，搅匀，在6～9℃静置下24小时，过滤；加热滤液至糊状后放入烘干箱内烘干，冷却后研磨成粉即可。
临床试验
使用方法
使用棉棒或其他干净卫生的物品将本发明痱子粉涂抹到患处，均匀覆盖即可，每日1-2次。

治愈：止痒，皮肤恢复正常；显效：基本止痒，皮肤得到一定恢复；无效：皮肤瘙痒等症状无改善。
治疗效果
病例150人，其中，11-20岁16人，21-30岁43人，31-40岁46人，41-50岁32人、51岁以上13人。治疗当天止痒者139人，治疗3天治愈者71人，占47.33%，显效者78人，占52%，无效者1人，7天治愈者147人，占98%，显效者3人，无效者0人。
典型病例
1，张某，男，22岁，痱子较多且明显为脓痱，皮损为密集的丘疹顶端有针头大小浅表脓疱，治疗当天止痒，3天治愈；
2，王某，女，43岁，痱子较多且明显为脓痱，当天止痒，3天治愈；
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的痱子粉见效快，当天能够止痒，3-7天痊愈，其中3天治愈者47.33%、显效者52%，7天治愈者达到98%，总有效率100%。

一种用于治疗脓痱的痱子粉，由下述按重量份计的组分组成：冰片3份、金银花12份、地骨皮3份、荷叶3份、马齿苋6份、茯苓3份、翻白草6份、红花6份、鱼腥草3份、白头翁12份、四季青12份、石斛3份、穿心莲6份、泽泻3份、陆英3份、甘草3份、麦冬门3份、千里光3份、白花蛇舌草3份。

一种用于治疗脓痱的痱子粉，由下述按重量份计的组分组成：冰片6份、金银花15份、地骨皮6份、荷叶6份、马齿苋10份、茯苓6份、翻白草10份、红花10份、鱼腥草6份、白头翁15份、四季青15份、石斛6份、穿心莲10份、泽泻6份、陆英6份、甘草6份、麦冬门6份、千里光6份、白花蛇舌草6份。

1.一种用于治疗脓痱的痱子粉，由下述组分组成：冰片、金银花、地骨皮、荷叶、马齿苋、茯苓、翻白草、红花、鱼腥草、白头翁、四季青、石斛、穿心莲、泽泻、陆英、甘草、麦冬门、千里光、白花蛇舌草。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗脓痱的痱子粉，其特征在于：由下述按重量份计的组分组成：冰片2-6份、金银花10-15份、地骨皮2-6份、荷叶2-6份、马齿苋5-10份、茯苓2-6份、翻白草5-10份、红花5-10份、鱼腥草2-6份、白头翁10-15份、四季青10-15份、石斛2-6份、穿心莲5-10份、泽泻2-6份、陆英2-6份、甘草2-6份、麦冬门2-6份、千里光2-6份、白花蛇舌草2-6份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于治疗脓痱的痱子粉，其特征在于：由下述按重量份计的组分组成：冰片3份、金银花12份、地骨皮3份、荷叶3份、马齿苋6份、茯苓3份、翻白草6份、红花6份、鱼腥草3份、白头翁12份、四季青12份、石斛3份、穿心莲6份、泽泻3份、陆英3份、甘草3份、麦冬门3份、千里光3份、白花蛇舌草3份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于治疗脓痱的痱子粉，其特征在于：由下述按重量份计的组分组成：冰片5份、金银花14份、地骨皮4份、荷叶4份、马齿苋8份、茯苓4份、翻白草8份、红花8份、鱼腥草4份、白头翁14份、四季青14份、石斛4份、穿心莲8份、泽泻4份、陆英4份、甘草4份、麦冬门4份、千里光4份、白花蛇舌草4份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗脓痱的痱子粉的制备方法，包括如下步骤：将冰片、金银花、地骨皮、荷叶、马齿苋、茯苓、翻白草、红花、鱼腥草、白头翁、四季青、石斛、穿心莲、泽泻、陆英、甘草、麦冬门、千里光、白花蛇舌草加水煎煮提取三次，第一次加中药组分总质量5倍的水煎煮提取2小时，第二次加中药组分总质量3倍量水煎煮提取1.5小时，第三次加中药组分总质量2倍量水煎煮提取1小时，将3次煎煮提取的煎液合并；向合并后的煎液中加入上述蒸馏后的水溶液，过滤，滤液浓缩至在60℃时相对密度为1.07～1.10，放冷至室温，加入乙醇至含醇量达到60%，搅匀，在6～9℃下静置24小时，过滤；滤液浓缩至在60℃时相对密度为1.07～1.10，并在浓缩过程中回收乙醇，再加入与浓缩后的滤液等体积的水稀释，搅匀，在6～9℃静置下24小时，过滤；加热滤液至糊状后放入烘干箱内烘干，冷却后研磨成粉即可。
