本发明属医药技术领域，涉及一种治疗感冒鼻塞的药剂及其应用方法，由以下原料组成：橄榄150g、四方草35g、荆芥穗70g、紫皮洋葱20g、芥末6g、天然龙脑香3－5g、沙蒿籽胶2g、车前籽胶1.2g、黄蓍胶1g。经榨汁、煮提、蒸馏、浓缩、混合、灌装、幅照灭菌制得，并与一种丝瓜络海绵体配合以口罩形式使用，在呼吸中吸收药物，迅速解除鼻塞和缓解感冒引起的系列症状。

技术领域
本发明属于医药技术领域，特别涉及一种治疗感冒鼻塞的药剂及其应用方法。
 
背景技术
感冒是最常见的疾病 ，但其引起的鼻塞、头痛、发热、困倦等系列症状还是使人颇感痛苦，尤其鼻塞令呼吸困难，严重影响睡眠，鼻塞时被迫用口呼吸而致口干舌燥，特别是天气寒冷干燥时，更加难受，而服食药物又可能带来一定的副作用，儿童服药更为困难。
 
发明内容
本发明人力图筛选一些具有天然、安全、对感冒鼻塞有良好效果的原料 ，并通过反复试验和改良、优选，研制出一种治疗感冒鼻塞的药剂，并辅以相应的应用方法，通过口罩佩戴的形式吸入，在不用服食药物的前提下通过呼吸吸入药剂中的功能成份，达到治疗的目的，能迅速解除鼻塞、畅通呼吸，并能帮助治疗感冒，缓解感冒引起的系列症状，本发明的特点是：安全、身体吸收药物量少、无论是风寒型感冒或风热型感冒都有效、见效快、还能缓解张口呼吸引起的口干舌燥、使用方便，儿童乐于接受。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种治疗感冒鼻塞的药剂的制备方法，包括以下制备步骤：
（1）称取以下重量份的原料：
橄榄           150g
四方草         35g
荆芥穗         70g
紫皮洋葱       20g
芥末           6g
天然龙脑香     3－5g
沙蒿籽胶       2g
车前籽胶       1.2g
黄蓍胶         1g；
（2）将橄榄去核后榨取汁液；
（3）将四方草和荆芥穗混合，加入纯净水800ml 加热煮沸40min ，200目滤网滤去渣，得药液备用，并且在煮沸的同时收取蒸馏液150ml备用；
（4）将紫皮洋葱榨取汁液备用；
（5）在步骤（3）中所得的药液中加入沙蒿籽胶、车前籽胶、黄蓍胶，搅拌至分散均匀，加热煮沸，浓缩至300g，冷却至42℃；
（6）将天然龙脑香研成细末；
（7）将步骤（2）所得的橄榄汁液、步骤（3）所得的蒸馏液、步骤（4）所得的紫皮洋葱汁液和步骤（5）所得混合，并将芥末和步骤（6）所得加入，搅拌均匀；
（8）将步骤（7）所得灌装于20－30ml容量瓶中，密封，经幅照灭菌处理 ，制得一种治疗感冒鼻塞的药剂；
其应用方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）取上述制得的治疗感冒鼻塞的药剂1瓶（20－30ml）注入一种采用天然丝瓜络制成的丝瓜络海绵体（选用密度低的膨松型）内，并反复按压丝瓜络海绵体，使药剂分散均匀而吸附于丝瓜络海绵体中；
（2）将已吸附治疗感冒鼻塞药剂的丝瓜络海绵体作为口罩的形式或安装于多功能口罩上让感冒鼻塞患者佩戴，让患者在呼吸中吸收药物，迅速解除鼻塞和缓解感冒引起的系列症状。
本发明的有益效果如下：
（1）在传统中医理论中，治疗感冒务必要分清是风寒型感冒还是风热型感冒，风寒型则采用辛温解表药为主，风热型则采用辛凉解表药为主，若辨证不准及用药不当，就达不到预期疗效，本发明人经过反复钻研和实践，发现无论是风寒型或是风热型感冒，都存在一个共同点，就是在病机上，都有“风邪”的因素，所以在用药上都离不开“辛”，如著名的治风热感冒的名方“银翘散”中就有辛温药荆芥穗，《黄帝内经》亦有“风为百病之长”的论述，因此，治感冒外邪，首当驱风，实践证明，主要风邪得解则感冒的系列症状便能有所缓解，感冒的致病因素的这个“邪”的“团伙”失去“风邪”这位兄长的庇护，寒证的于是暴露出寒证的诸症，热证的就马上显现出热象，再因寒热而对证用药，便能马上收效，这是本发明人的个人经验和对“风为百病之长”的创新解读。在这一认识的基础上，本发明采用辛温解表、善于散风的荆芥穗与善散风解暑的四方草配合，无论与“寒邪”结合或与“热邪”相助的“风邪”，都能被解离而驱散，此两味中草药为本配方的君药，再以辛甘温的紫皮洋葱和芥末助以汗解为臣药（不致于大汗，效果更好），又用天然龙脑香之芳香开窍以引导为使药，使“风邪”得以快速发散，于是，感冒的沉痛感有所减轻，鼻塞更是迅速得以通畅，还佐以橄榄生津、利咽、解毒，令咽喉顿感舒服。
（2）为使药剂能稳定、高效、持续地发挥作用，以配合通过呼吸形式的吸收，利用沙蒿籽胶和黄蓍胶及车前籽胶复配能吸大量的水而形成三维网状结构的多糖胶体物质，在丝瓜络中构成海绵体状态的形态，达到增加释放面积、缓释、包埋、稳定、持续高效、保湿的作用，车前籽胶还有祛痰、抑菌的辅助作用。采用幅照灭菌，是为避免传统高温加热灭菌方式对挥发性的主要解表功能成份物质造成破坏和损失而又达到保质的目的。
（3）本发明采用的原料大部分都是食用原料，药性平和，但由于组方严谨合理，各原料作用发挥恰当，协调效果出色，因此药简而效宏，使患者在无需服药的情况下，通过呼吸吸收而达到显著的治疗效果，儿童亦乐于接受，还可防止口干舌燥现象，又有恒温效果。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例。
优选地，一种治疗感冒鼻塞的药剂的制备方法，包括以下制备步骤：
（1）称取以下重量份的原料：
橄榄           150g
四方草         35g
荆芥穗         70g
紫皮洋葱       20g
芥末           6g
天然龙脑香     4g
沙蒿籽胶       2g
车前籽胶       1.2g
黄蓍胶         1g；
（2）将橄榄去核后榨取汁液；
（3）将四方草和荆芥穗混合，加入纯净水800ml加热煮沸40min，200目滤网滤去渣，得药液备用，并且在煮沸的同时收取蒸馏液150ml备用；

其应用方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）取上述制得的治疗感冒鼻塞的药剂1瓶（20－30ml）注入一种采用天然丝瓜络制成的丝瓜络海绵体（选用密度低的膨松型）内，并反复按压丝瓜络海绵体，使药剂分散均匀而吸附于丝瓜络海绵体中；
（2）将已吸附治疗感冒鼻塞药剂的丝瓜络海绵体作为口罩的形式或安装于多功能口罩上让感冒鼻塞患者佩戴，让患者在呼吸中吸收药物，迅速解除鼻塞和缓解感冒引起的系列症状。
验证例。
将本发明产品提供给20位感冒鼻塞患者试用 ，效果令人非常满意，一般在使用20分钟后便鼻塞症状解除，1小时后感冒的系列症状有所缓解和减轻，有效率达100％。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的较佳实施方式 ，但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制，本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (1)

1.一种治疗感冒鼻塞的药剂及其应用方法，其特征在于，所述的药剂的制备方法，包括以下制备步骤：
（1）称取以下重量份的原料：
 橄榄           150g
 四方草         35g
荆芥穗         70g
紫皮洋葱       20g
芥末           6g
天然龙脑香     3－5g
沙蒿籽胶       2g
车前籽胶       1.2g
黄蓍胶         1g；
（2）将橄榄去核后榨取汁液；
（3）将四方草和荆芥穗混合，加入纯净水800ml加热煮沸40min，200目滤网滤去渣，得药液备用，并且在煮沸的同时收取蒸馏液150ml备用；
（4）将紫皮洋葱榨取汁液备用；
（5）在步骤（3）中所得的药液中加入沙蒿籽胶、车前籽胶、黄蓍胶，搅拌至分散均匀，加热煮沸，浓缩至300g，冷却至42℃；
（6）将天然龙脑香研成细末；
（7）将步骤（2）所得的橄榄汁液、步骤（3）所得的蒸馏液、步骤（4）所得的紫皮洋葱汁液和步骤（5）所得混合，并将芥末和步骤（6）所得加入，搅拌均匀；
（8）将步骤（7）所得灌装于20－30ml容量瓶中，密封，经幅照灭菌处理，制得一种治疗感冒鼻塞的药剂；
 其应用方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）取上述制得的治疗感冒鼻塞的药剂1瓶（20－30ml）注入一种采用天然丝瓜络制成的丝瓜络海绵体（选用密度低的膨松型）内，并反复按压丝瓜络海绵体，使药剂分散均匀而吸附于丝瓜络海绵体中；
（2）将已吸附治疗感冒鼻塞药剂的丝瓜络海绵体作为口罩的形式或安装于多功能口罩上让感冒鼻塞患者佩戴，让患者在呼吸中吸收药物，迅速解除鼻塞和缓解感冒引起的系列症状。
