背景技术
色素沉着的成因,通常受阳光、紫外线辐射或化妆品、药物及其它物质刺激后,形成黑色的皮肤色素沉积而成,一部分随着角质层脱落;一部分沉淀于底层,通过血液循环排出体外,以上功能一旦失调,便形成了色素沉着。内分泌失调也是女性产生色斑的一个重要原因,经期和妊娠期的体内性激素水平的变化,可以影响黑色素的产生。另外,内分泌不稳定时通常引起情绪不稳定,也会间接引起色斑形成。这种黑色素沉积异常的色素沉着可以影响人体皮肤美观,影响容貌。现代医学研究表明,可通过抑制酪氨酸酶活性及黑素细胞的合成、提高机体超氧化物歧化酶活性和消除超氧自由基来达到美白祛斑的效果。但动物源性的护肤因子和化妆品极易引起人们心理上的恐慌,尤其是随着化妆品的重金属超标问题日益增多,广大爱美人士对植物化学素产品的需求日益增长。
关于祛黄褐斑的保健食品,目前已有相关报道。如申请号为201310220904.0“一种祛黄褐斑的保健胶囊及其制备方法”中提到了采用珍珠粉、葡萄籽提取物、维生素C、维生素E、芦荟粉为主要原料制成。该组合虽然具有祛除黄褐斑的功效,但主要是从“治”入手,而不是着眼于“防”。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的不足, 提供一种原料组成简单、合理,成分天然,配比恰当,服用方便,具有抗氧化、抗衰老、美容养颜、提高人体免疫等功效,能够预防和改善色素沉积的保健食品。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种改善色素沉积的保健食品,其特征在于:其由下列重量百分比的组分组成:当归提取物10%-22%、橙皮甙5%-14%、维生素C7%-13%、竹叶黄酮5%-16%、甘草提取物16%-26%,其余为辅料。可制备成片剂、胶囊、颗粒。

本发明中当归提取物中活性成分阿魏酸可活血化瘀,加速血液循环,促进新陈代谢,增加排除黑素细胞所产生的黑色素,促进滞留于体内的黑色素分解,使之不能沉淀形成色斑,或使沉淀的色素分解而排除体外。但阿魏酸对光照比较敏感,黄酮类和维生素C的联合使用,能阻止黑色素的氧化过程,抑制黑素的形成,还可保护阿魏酸的活性。阿魏酸、橙皮甙、维生素C、黄酮类物质都有促进血液循环的作用,可将色素代谢出体外,可以在一定的程度上改善色素沉着。具有着特殊分子结构的竹叶黄酮,其抗氧化与清除自由基的活性十分强大,可阻断脂肪自动氧化的链式反应,同时可螯合过渡态金属离子,达到祛斑、改善色素沉积的功效。此外,各组分含有的挥发性油、多酚类、黄酮类物质复配,富含有人体需要的维生素、氨基酸、微量元素等成分,其各组分协同增效,具有抗氧化、抗衰老、美容养颜、提高人体免疫等功效,能够祛除黄褐斑,改善色素沉积。本发明可通过不同工艺制备成片剂、胶囊、颗粒等剂型。服用方便,是一种能够预防和改善色素沉积的保健食品。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的描述。
一种改善色素沉积的保健食品,其由下列重量百分比的组分组成:当归提取物10%-22%、橙皮甙5%-14%、维生素C7%-13%、竹叶黄酮5%-16%、甘草提取物16%-26%,其余为辅料。可制备成片剂、胶囊、颗粒。所述辅料包括有微晶纤维素、淀粉、硬脂酸镁(硬脂酸镁的添加一般不超过2%)。
进一步,所述各组分的重量百分比为:当归提取物15%、橙皮甙14%、维生素C13%、竹叶黄酮16%、甘草提取物16%,辅料26%。
本发明各组分具有功效、作用如下。
本发明所述的当归提取物购自陕西嘉禾,阿魏酸含量为1%以上。当归提取物具有调节机体免疫功能、抗癌、、护肤美容作用、抑菌、抗动脉硬化作用。其中的功效成分阿魏酸具有抗血小板聚集,抑制血小板5-羟色胺释放,抑制血小板血栓素的生成,缓解血管痉挛等作用,是生产用于治疗心脑血管疾病基本原料。可同时在人体中可起到健美和保护皮肤的作用。
橙皮甙为芸香科植物酸橙及其栽培变种或甜橙的干燥幼果提取物。其应用于心血管疾病的预防与治疗、血糖血脂的调节、血压调节、循环系统健康、机体调节、抗菌消炎、淡斑美白、抗病毒功效,它能增强白细胞中抗坏血酸的含量。
维生素C具有极强的抗氧化性能,而且在人体中一旦VC缺乏,胶原蛋白不能正常合成,导致细胞连接障碍。细胞靠细胞间质把它们联系起来,细胞间质的关键成分是胶原蛋白。胶原蛋白占身体蛋白质的1/3,生成结缔组织,构成身体骨架。如骨骼、血管、韧带等,决定了皮肤的弹性,有美容的功效。维生素C与黄酮类物质搭配使用,可产生氧化协同作用,提高产品功效。
本发明中甘草提取物购自西安禾竹,甘草黄酮纯度达到98%以上。竹叶黄酮购陕西帕尼尔生物,纯度达98%以上。自竹叶黄酮和甘草提取物都属于黄酮类化合物,其特点是既能阻断脂肪自动氧化的链式反应,又能螯合过渡态金属离子,同时作为一级和二级抗氧化剂起作用。具有平和的风味及口感,无苦味和刺激性气味,水溶性好,品质稳定,能有效抵御酸解、热解和酶解,适用于多种食品体系。它们都能防止紫外线引起皮肤脂质细胞过氧化而导致的红斑和色素沉积。
本发明中当归提取物中活性成分阿魏酸可活血化瘀,加速血液循环,促进新陈代谢,增加排除黑素细胞所产生的黑色素,促进滞留于体内的黑色素分解,使之不能沉淀形成色斑,或使沉淀的色素分解而排除体外。阿魏酸具有良好的光吸收作用,尤其对290-330的紫外线有吸收作用,预防紫外线对皮肤的伤害。但阿魏酸对光照比较敏感,黄酮类和维生素C的联合使用,能阻止黑色素的氧化过程,抑制黑素的形成,还可保护阿魏酸的活性。阿魏酸、橙皮甙、维生素C、黄酮类物质都有促进血液循环的作用,可将色素代谢出体外,可以在一定的程度上改善色素沉着。具有着特殊分子结构的竹叶黄酮,其抗氧化与清除自由基的活性十分强大,可阻断脂肪自动氧化的链式反应,同时可螯合过渡态金属离子,达到祛斑、改善色素沉积的功效。此外,各组分含有的挥发性油、多酚类、黄酮类物质复配,富含有人体需要的维生素、氨基酸、微量元素等成分,其各组分协同增效,具有抗氧化、抗衰老、美容养颜、提高人体免疫等功效,解决了单用化妆品从外部修复色斑的一贯作法,从身体内部来进行修复,阻断了长期使用化妆品可能造成的皮肤病变,是新型的保健食品。本发明可通过不同工艺制备成片剂、胶囊、颗粒等剂型。
实施例1:一种改善色素沉积保健食品,其组分是由当归提取物15%、橙皮甙14%、维生素C13%、竹叶黄酮16%、甘草提取物16%组成,其余为辅料。所述辅料包括有微晶纤维素、淀粉、硬脂酸镁(硬脂酸镁的添加一般不超过2%)。制备成片剂服用。具有抗氧化、抗衰老、美容养颜、提高人体免疫等功效,标本兼治,能够淡化、祛除黄褐斑,改善色素沉积。
实施例2:一种改善色素沉积保健食品,其组分是由当归提取物22%、橙皮甙7%、维生素C 8%、竹叶黄酮12%、甘草提取物25%组成,其余为辅料。所述辅料包括有微晶纤维素、淀粉、硬脂酸镁(硬脂酸镁的添加一般不超过2%)。可制备成颗粒服用。具有抗氧化、抗衰老、美容养颜、提高人体免疫等功效,能够祛除黄褐斑,改善色素沉积。
实施例3:一种改善色素沉积保健食品,其组分是由当归提取物10%、橙皮甙12%、维生素C10%、竹叶黄酮5%、甘草提取物22%组成,其余为辅料。所述辅料包括有微晶纤维素、淀粉、硬脂酸镁,可制备成胶囊。具有抗氧化、抗衰老、美容养颜、提高人体免疫等功效,能够祛除黄褐斑,改善色素沉积。
实施例4:一种改善色素沉积保健食品,其组分是由当归提取物20%、橙皮甙5%、维生素C7%、竹叶黄酮16%、甘草提取物20%组成,其余为辅料。所述辅料包括有微晶纤维素、淀粉、硬脂酸镁。制备成片剂。具有抗氧化、抗衰老、美容养颜、提高人体免疫等功效,能够祛除黄褐斑,改善色素沉积。
下面通过人体试食实验报告来进一步说明本发明具有祛除黄褐斑的功效。
受试物:实施例1产品。
受试对象:按自愿原则选择40-65岁具有黄褐斑受试者30例。
诊断标准:头面部肉眼可见黄褐斑,多发颧、鼻、唇、周等处,无痛痒症状。
纳入者标准:凡生有黄褐斑自愿受试者,经检验合格均可进行试食实验。
排除者标准:年龄不符合者、妊娠或哺乳期妇女,对本保健食品过敏者;合并有心肝肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病,精神病患者;不符合纳入标准,未按规定用受试食物,无法判定功效或资料不全影响功效或安全判断者。
对照形式:采用自身前后对照形式。
服用剂量和时间:每次2粒,每日2次,连续30天,受试者在实验期间停止服用有关养颜祛斑的药物或其他保健食品及化妆品。
仪器与试剂:Olympus全自动分析仪。
观察指标:实验前后各检查一次。
包括头面部黄褐斑面积大小变化:用标尺测量受试前后同一黄褐斑的长颈和宽度,计算面积(cm2)。颜色深浅变化:按照中国科学院地理研究所研制,测绘出版社1992出版《实用标准色卡》(第1版)中的棕色(Y+M+Bk 即黄+品红+黑的叠色)色卡为黄褐斑颜色深浅的判断标准:Ⅰ度(15 、20、5),Ⅱ度(30、40、10),Ⅲ(40、60、15)。共观察黄褐斑受试者30例,均为女性,年龄最小40岁,最大62岁,平均年龄45±6.5岁,平均病程6.0±2.12年。
祛斑功效判定:
显效:黄褐斑颜色下降II度,或面积缩小≥30%,不产生新黄褐斑。
有效:黄褐斑颜色下降I度,或面积缩小<30%,≥10%不产生新黄褐斑。
无效:黄褐斑面积缩小<10%,颜色无明显变化。
结果:30例黄褐斑受试者按要求服本产品30天,试食后,未见过敏及其它不良反应。黄褐斑面积平均缩小8.3±1.63 cm2 ,颜色变浅,其中显效3例,有效16例,总有效率63.33%,说明实施例1产品具有祛除黄褐斑,改善色素沉积的作用。

1. 一种改善色素沉积的保健食品,其特征在于:其由下列重量百分比的组分组成:当归提取物10%-22%、橙皮甙5%-14%、维生素C7%-13%、竹叶黄酮5%-16%、甘草提取物16%-26%,其余为辅料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改善色素沉积的保健食品,其特征在于:所述各组分的重量百分比为:当归提取物15%、橙皮甙14%、维生素C13%、竹叶黄酮16%、甘草提取物16%,辅料26%。
