Abstract

本发明公开了一种导光板,包括靠近入光侧的光导入部和远离入光侧的主体部,所述主体部上表面为出光面,所述光导入部的厚度大于所述主体部,且所述光导入部与所述主体部的连接面与所述出光面之间的第一夹角为钝角。本发明的导光板,将靠近入光侧的导光部厚度设置为大于主体部,增加了光源的光线利用率,提高了导光效率,提高了超薄导光板的背光模组的导光效果和光学品味。本发明还公开了一种具有该导光板的背光模组。

Description

一种导光板及背光模组
技术领域
本发明涉及导光技术领域,尤其涉及一种导光板及背光模组。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示装置作为电子设备的显示部件已经被广泛地应用于各种电子产品中,这些电子产品的边框越来越窄,亮度要求也越来越高,同时还要满足省电的要求;而背光模组则是液晶显示装置中的一个重要部件,消费者对于其光学品味要求也越来越高。
一般情况下,侧入式背光模组内设有导光板和设置于导光板一侧的LED光源组件,出于液晶显示装置超薄化设计和降低产品成本的考虑,背光模组内的导光板的厚度也在设计上进行了减薄处理。但是,与之匹配的LED光源组件的尺寸无法做到更窄,且LED光源组件的发光角度恒定,从而造成LED光源组件发出的光有很大一部分无法射入导光板,光源利用率低;同时,减薄后的导光板导光效率大大下降,背光效果大打折扣。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种光源利用率高、导光效率高、背光效果好的导光板及背光模组。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种导光板,包括靠近入光侧的光导入部和远离入光侧的主体部,所述主体部上表面为出光面,所述光导入部厚度大于所述主体部,且所述光导入部与所述主体部的连接面与所述出光面之间的第一夹角为钝角。
其中,所述主体部上与所述连接面相邻的两个侧壁相对于所述出光面倾斜设置,且所述侧壁与所述出光面之间的第二夹角为钝角。
其中,所述主体部上与所述连接面相对的另一侧壁相对于所述出光面倾斜设置,且所述另一侧壁与所述出光面之间的第三夹角为钝角。
其中,所述第一夹角的角度范围为120°~150°。
其中,所述第二夹角的角度范围为90°~150°。
其中,所述第三夹角的角度范围为90°~150°。
其中,所述连接面为遮光面。
或者,所述连接面为反射面。
同时,本发明还提供了一种背光模组,包括上述的导光板、设于所述导光板入光侧的LED光源组件和设于所述导光板的所述出光面上的光学膜片。
本发明的导光板,将靠近入光侧的导光部厚度设置为大于主体部,增加了光源的光线利用率,提高了导光效率,提高了超薄导光板的背光模组的导光效果和光学品味。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参阅图1和图2,本发明实施例的背光模组包括导光板100、设于导光板100入光侧的LED光源组件200和设于导光板100的出光面21上的光学膜片300。LED光源组件200发出的光线经导光板100后从导光板100上表面的出光面21射出至光学膜片300实现背光。
导光板100包括靠近入光侧的光导入部10和远离入光侧的主体部20,其中,主体部20上表面为出光面21,光导入部10的厚度大于主体部20,且光导入部10与主体部20的连接面30与出光面21之间的第一夹角θ1为钝角。选取第一夹角θ1的角度范围为120°~150°为宜,进一步地,本实施例中,优选θ1为120°。
通过将光导入部10的厚度设置为大于主体部20,有利于收纳LED光源组件200发出的光线,从而避免因为超薄的导光板100入光侧的尺寸过小而造成LED光源组件200发出的光线无法全部射入导光板100造成的光线利用率低的现象,有利于背光模组的超薄化设计和成本的降低。
导光板100的下表面设置背板或反射面(图未示),用于反射射入导光板100下表面的光线。然而,由LED光源组件200发出的光线从导光板100的下表面反射后会有部分反射至两侧的侧壁20a射出,会降低导光板100的出光效率,因此,本实施例中导光板100的主体部20上与连接面30相邻的两个侧壁20a相对于出光面21倾斜设置,且侧壁20a与出光面21之间的第二夹角θ2为钝角。通过这样的设计,使得从LED光源组件200朝导光板100两侧反射的光线的入射角增大,减少了反射至两侧的侧壁20a的光线的泄露。第二夹角θ2的角度范围选取90°~150°为宜,本实施例中,进一步优选第二夹角θ2为150°。
进一步地,主体部20上与连接面30相对的另一侧壁20c也相对于出光面21倾斜设置,且该侧壁20c与出光面21之间的第三夹角θ3为钝角,可以减少该侧面20c上的光线的泄露。优选地,第三夹角θ3的角度范围选取90°~150°,进一步优选第三夹角θ3为150°。
连接面30可以设置成遮光面或者反射面,或者粘贴有遮光层或者反射层,用以防止光损失。
以上所述仅是本申请的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种导光板,其特征在于,包括靠近入光侧的光导入部(10)和远离入光侧的主体部(20),所述主体部(20)上表面为出光面(21),所述光导入部(10)的厚度大于所述主体部(20),且所述光导入部(10)与所述主体部(20)的连接面(30)与所述出光面(21)之间的第一夹角(θ1)为钝角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述主体部(20)上与所述连接面(30)相邻的两个侧壁(20a)相对于所述出光面(21)倾斜设置,且所述侧壁(20a)与所述出光面(21)之间的第二夹角(θ2)为钝角。
3.根据权利要求2所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述主体部(20)上与所述连接面(30)相对的另一侧壁(20c)相对于所述出光面(21)倾斜设置,且所述另一侧壁(20c)与所述出光面(21)之间的第三夹角(θ3)为钝角。
4.根据权利要求1所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述第一夹角(θ1)的角度范围为120°~150°。
5.根据权利要求2所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述第二夹角(θ2)的角度范围为90°~150°。
6.根据权利要求3所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述第三夹角(θ3)的角度范围为90°~150°。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述连接面(30)为遮光面。
8.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述连接面(30)为反射面。
9.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-8任一所述的导光板(100)、设于所述导光板(100)入光侧的LED光源组件(200)和设于所述导光板(100)的所述出光面(21)上的光学膜片(300)。
