Abstract

本发明提供一种防止行程调节杆脱落的旋转油,要解决行程调节杆脱落的问题。本发明的要点是:在每个行程调节杆上光杆的直径大于螺杆的直径,光杆与光孔形成止口结构。由于设置了止口结构,即使行程调节杆上的螺纹失效,行程调节杆也不会从油缸限位端盖上脱落。本发明的积极效果是:避免行程调节杆脱落造成的不安全问题,同时也避免了由此产生的漏油问题。

防止行程调节杆脱落的旋转油缸
技术领域
本发明涉及一种旋转油缸,具体是旋转油缸的行程调节杆。
背景技术
液压旋转油缸是一种利用液压油来推动活塞,活塞带动齿条,齿条带动齿轮以输出旋转位移和扭矩。通常这种旋转油缸的最大旋转角度都大于被驱动对象的旋转角度。为了使旋转油缸与被驱动对象角度匹配,在旋转油缸的两个限位端盖上各设置了一个行程调节杆,以方便调整旋转油缸的实际输出角度,具体是,每个行程调节杆包括光杆和螺杆,光杆比螺杆的直径小。相应的限位端盖也包括光孔和螺纹孔。往油缸上安装行程调节杆的方法是,将每个行程调节杆从油缸外端插入限位端盖的光孔和螺纹孔里,螺杆与螺孔配合。通过调节螺杆的旋入量,来调节行程调节杆在缸腔的位置,进而调节活塞的行程。这种结构安装简单,但存在一个比较大的问题:当油压力远远大于行程调节杆螺纹能承受的最大力后,行程调节杆容易从限位端盖上脱落,脱落的行程调节杆容易对周围的人、物造成伤害,同时还造成旋转油缸漏油和失效。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种防止行程调节杆脱落的旋转油缸。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:它包括两个限位端盖和两个行程调节杆,每个行程调节杆包括光杆和螺杆,每个限位端盖包括光孔和螺纹孔,其特征是:在每个行程调节杆上光杆的直径大于螺杆的直径,光杆与光孔形成止口结构。由于在行程调节杆上设置了止口结构,即使行程调节杆上的螺纹失效,行程调节杆也不会从油缸限位端盖上脱落。
与现有技术相比,本发明的积极效果是:避免了行程调节杆脱落,解决了安全隐患,同时也避免了由此产生的漏油问题。

具体实施方式
参见图1,它包括两个限位端盖1和两个行程调节杆2,参见图2,每个行程调节杆包括光杆21和螺杆22,每个限位端盖包括光孔11和螺纹孔12,在每个行程调节杆上光杆的直径大于螺杆的直径,光杆与光孔形成止口4结构。由于在行程调节杆上设置了止口结构,即使行程调节杆上的螺纹失效,行程调节杆也不会从油缸限位端盖上脱落。
为了防止行程调节杆往里过拧,在行程调节杆露在外部的部分增加一个轴用弹性挡圈3。

1.一种防止行程调节杆脱落的旋转油缸,它包括两个限位端盖和两个行程调节杆,每个行程调节杆包括光杆和螺杆,每个限位端盖包括光孔和螺纹孔,其特征是:在每个行程调节杆上光杆的直径大于螺杆的直径,光杆与光孔形成止口结构。
