本发明公开了一种海水淡化用超级奥氏体无缝钢管,按质量计算包括C≤0.02%,Si≤0.75%,Mn≤2%,P≤0.035%,S≤0.0153%,Ni=13.5-17%,Cr=16.5-19%,Mo=3.5-5%,Cu≤0.75%,以及余量的Fe,N=0.10-0.25%。本发明还公开了制造上述的海水淡化用超级奥氏体无缝钢管的方法中的穿孔工艺,包括:1)将钢棒加热到1060℃-1080℃,保温2小时;2)接着立即将钢棒温度降低到990℃-1020℃,保温4小时;3)最后钢棒温度在1020℃时采用钼钉头对钢棒进行穿孔。本发明提供的海水淡化用超级奥氏体无缝钢管中钼和氮的含量较高,可提升钢管的强度和耐腐蚀性能,在钼含量较高的前提下实现对钢棒的直接穿孔,简化了生产工艺、节约了成本。<b/>

Description

海水淡化用超级奥氏体无缝钢管及其穿孔工艺
技术领域
    本发明涉及一种海水淡化用超级奥氏体无缝钢管。还涉及制造上述海水淡化用超级奥氏体无缝钢管的方法中的穿孔工艺。 
背景技术
传统超级奥氏体无缝钢管中,含钼量较高,达到3.5%以上,这种钼含量会影响穿孔工艺实施。目前比较通行的办法是采用在钢棒中心掏出直径较小的圆孔,再用热挤压机进行挤压。但是这种工艺操作复杂、不便,而且浪费材料,实施成本较高。 
发明内容
鉴于背景技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高硬度、高耐腐蚀的海水淡化用超级奥氏体无缝钢管。本发明所要解决的技术问题还包括提供制造上述海水淡化用超级奥氏体无缝钢管的方法中的穿孔工艺。 
本发明是采取如下技术方案来完成的:海水淡化用超级奥氏体无缝钢管,按质量计算包括C≤0.02%,Si≤0.75%, Mn≤2%,P≤0.035%,S≤0.0153%,Ni=13.5-17%,Cr=16.5-19%,Mo=3.5-5%,Cu≤0.75%,以及余量的Fe, N=0.10-0.25%。 
本发明提供的制造上述海水淡化用超级奥氏体无缝钢管的方法中的穿孔工艺,包括: 
1)将钢棒加热到1060℃-1080℃,保温2小时;
2)接着立即将钢棒温度降低到990℃-1020℃,保温4小时;
3)最后钢棒温度在1020℃时采用钼顶头对钢棒进行穿孔。
本发明提供的海水淡化用超级奥氏体无缝钢管中钼和氮的含量较高,从而可提升钢管的硬度、强度和耐腐蚀性能,而且在钼含量较高的前提下实现对钢棒在相对低温的条件下的直接穿孔,简化了生产工艺、节约了成本。 
具体实施方式
下面将进一步描述其实施例的各有关细节及其工作原理。 
本发明提供的海水淡化用超级奥氏体无缝钢管(022Cr18Ni15Mo4N),按质量计算包括C≤0.02%,Si≤0.75%, Mn≤2%,P≤0.035%,S≤0.0153%,Ni=13.5-17%,Cr=16.5-19%,Mo=3.5-5%,Cu≤0.75%,以及余量的Fe, N=0.10-0.25%。 
本发明提供的制造上述海水淡化用超级奥氏体无缝钢管的方法中的穿孔工艺,包括: 
1)将钢棒加热到1060℃-1080℃,保温2小时;
2)接着立即将钢棒温度降低到990℃-1020℃,保温4小时;
3)最后钢棒温度在1020℃时采用钼钉头对钢棒进行穿孔。
    上述步骤1、2中,对钢棒在高温环境下的两次保温处理是为了使钢棒充分固熔,经过两次固熔后钢棒的物理和化学性能均得到提升,使穿孔工艺有条件在相对低温的1020℃实施(钼含量高会提高硬度,本发明的钢棒的含钼量高于3.5%,在传统工艺下穿孔温度远高于1020℃,因此穿孔很难进行),从而使步骤3的穿孔能够顺利实施,上述穿孔工艺一次穿孔数量最好是10根,每穿孔10根后钼顶头一般需要10分钟冷却。

1.一种海水淡化用超级奥氏体无缝钢管,其特征是:按质量计算包括C≤0.02%,Si≤0.75%, Mn≤2%,P≤0.035%,S≤0.0153%,Ni=13.5-17%,Cr=16.5-19%,Mo=3.5-5%,Cu≤0.75%,以及余量的Fe, N=0.10-0.25%。
2.一种制造权利要求1所述的海水淡化用超级奥氏体无缝钢管的方法中的穿孔工艺,其特征是:包括:
1)将钢棒加热到1060℃-1080℃,保温2小时;
2)接着立即将钢棒温度降低到990℃-1020℃,保温4小时;
3)最后钢棒温度在1020℃时采用钼顶头对钢棒进行穿孔。
