一种分卷机。提供了一种结构简单,方便分卷,提高分卷精度和可靠性的分卷机。包括工作台、一对主动辊、一对立板、芯棒、三个从动辊、记米机构、切断机构、支架、卷辊和制动机构,所述一对主动辊和三个从动辊依次设在所述工作台上,所述记米机构包括显示器、支撑管和记米轮,所述支撑管通过支撑块水平设在所述工作台上,所述支撑管具有中孔,所述记米轮设在所述支撑管上、且朝向靠近所述一对主动辊最近的从动辊,所述记米轮通过导线连接所述显示器,所述导线设在所述支撑管的中孔内;所述卷辊具有辊轴,所述支架上设有U形端口,所述辊轴活动设在所述支架的U形端口内。本发明提高了布卷的精度,可靠性高。

一种分卷机
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,尤其涉及布料的分卷机。
背景技术
布料在生产加工中,需要上浆等工序,然后进行收卷放置、运输等。然而,布料在收卷过程中,存在工作效率低;同时,不能可靠地对布料进行分卷,在设备停机时,各个辊还是在转动,转动过多,使得分卷的长度、精度不能得到有效的控制。在布料分卷后,通常通过人工进行切割,可靠性差。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题,提供了一种结构简单,方便分卷,提高分卷精度和可靠性的分卷机。
本发明的技术方案是:包括工作台、一对主动辊、一对立板、芯棒、三个从动辊、记米机构、切断机构、支架、卷辊和制动机构,
所述一对主动辊和三个从动辊依次设在所述工作台上,
所述一对立板对称设在所述工作台上,所述芯棒设在所述一对立板之间,所述芯棒设在所述一对主动辊之间;
所述记米机构包括显示器、支撑管和记米轮,所述支撑管通过支撑块水平设在所述工作台上,所述支撑管具有中孔,所述记米轮设在所述支撑管上、且朝向靠近所述一对主动辊最近的从动辊,所述记米轮通过导线连接所述显示器,所述导线设在所述支撑管的中孔内;
所述切断机构包括切刀和升降杆,所述切断机构设在所述主动辊和记米机构之间,所述工作台内设有升降槽,所述切刀通过升降杆升降动作;
所述卷辊具有辊轴,所述支架上设有U形端口,所述辊轴活动设在所述支架的U形端口内;
所述制动机构包括呈L形的拉杆、连杆和一对挡板,所述拉杆活动设在工作台上,所述拉杆连接所述连杆,所述连杆分别连接所述一对挡板,所述一对挡板分别铰接设在所述支架的U形端口的两端。
所述一对挡板的内侧分别设有摩擦层。
本发明在工作中,将上浆涂层后的布料进行分卷,上浆过的整卷布的卷辊放置在支架上,通过三个从动辊,在一对主动辊上进行分卷的绕卷,一对主动辊转向相同,在一对主动辊之间设置芯棒,通过主动辊将布卷在芯棒上,工作台上安装有记米轮,记米轮与显示器相连接,显示器上会显示布料通过的长度。当达到需要的长度后关闭主动辊,通过使用切刀切断布料,之后再分卷下一卷布。制动机构通过拉杆的升降动作,可以带动连杆,连杆带动挡板进行对卷辊的辊轴的动作控制,可以及时控制辊停转。本发明提高了布卷的精度,可靠性高。

本发明如图1-2所示,包括工作台1、一对主动辊2、一对立板3、芯棒4、三个从动辊(即从动辊一51、从动辊二52和从动辊三53)、记米机构6、切断机构7、支架8、卷辊9和制动机构10,

所述记米机构6包括显示器61、支撑管62和记米轮63,所述支撑管62通过支撑块64水平设在所述工作台1上,所述支撑管62具有中孔,所述记米轮63设在所述支撑管62上、且朝向靠近所述一对主动辊最近的从动辊,所述记米轮63通过导线连接所述显示器61,所述导线设在所述支撑管的中孔内;
所述切断机构7包括切刀71和升降杆72,所述切断机构设在所述主动辊和记米机构之间,所述工作台内设有升降槽,所述切刀71通过升降杆72升降动作;
所述卷辊9具有辊轴90,所述支架8上设有U形端口80,所述辊轴90活动设在所述支架的U形端口80内;
所述制动机构10包括呈L形的拉杆101、连杆102和一对挡板103,所述拉杆101活动设在工作台1上,所述拉杆101连接所述连杆102,所述连杆102分别连接所述一对挡板103,所述一对挡板103分别铰接设在所述支架的U形端口80的两端。拉杆在工作中,可人工控制或机械控制。图中箭头代表拉杆向下运动。
本发明在工作中,布料11从卷辊9上进行分卷绕设在芯棒上。
所述一对挡板103的内侧分别设有摩擦层104,提高与卷辊的摩擦力,使得卷辊可靠停止转动。

1.一种分卷机,其特征在于,包括工作台、一对主动辊、一对立板、芯棒、三个从动辊、记米机构、切断机构、支架、卷辊和制动机构,
所述一对主动辊和三个从动辊依次设在所述工作台上,
所述一对立板对称设在所述工作台上,所述芯棒设在所述一对立板之间,所述芯棒设在所述一对主动辊之间;
所述记米机构包括显示器、支撑管和记米轮,所述支撑管通过支撑块水平设在所述工作台上,所述支撑管具有中孔,所述记米轮设在所述支撑管上、且朝向靠近所述一对主动辊最近的从动辊,所述记米轮通过导线连接所述显示器,所述导线设在所述支撑管的中孔内;
所述切断机构包括切刀和升降杆,所述切断机构设在所述主动辊和记米机构之间,所述工作台内设有升降槽,所述切刀通过升降杆升降动作;
所述卷辊具有辊轴,所述支架上设有U形端口,所述辊轴活动设在所述支架的U形端口内;
所述制动机构包括呈L形的拉杆、连杆和一对挡板,所述拉杆活动设在工作台上,所述拉杆连接所述连杆,所述连杆连接在一对挡板之间,所述一对挡板分别铰接设在所述支架的U形端口的两端。
