Abstract

本发明提供一种带除尘功能的雨刮器，其装置包括橡胶刮片1刮片、支架2、螺栓3、毛刷4组成；支架2与毛刷4由螺栓3连接。当橡胶雨刮器往复运动，毛刷在雨刮器运动的同时联动，将挡风玻璃5上的尘土扫掉。该设计结构简单，除尘能力强。

本发明涉及汽车配件，是一种带除尘功能的雨刮器。
背景技术
目前雨刮器通过电机驱动连杆机构在挡风玻璃上做往复运动，将挡风玻璃上的雨水刮掉。
由于粉尘的存在，在橡胶刮片1和挡风玻璃5之间形成一层粉尘层，在雨刮器的往复运动中，粉尘摩擦橡胶刮片和挡风玻璃，降低橡胶刮片的寿命，或使挡风玻璃上出现磨痕。

支架2与毛刷4通过螺栓3连接。
具体实施方式
本发明在雨刮器的橡胶雨刮边缘设计一排毛刷，当除尘时，橡胶刮片1和毛刷4贴合在挡风玻璃上，雨刮器往复运动，毛刷4和橡胶刮片1一起往复运动，将挡风玻璃5上的尘土扫掉。该设计结构简单，除尘能力强。
