本发明公开了一种侧部承载夹具，包含夹具本体，夹具本体上设置有定位孔和定位块；所述定位块互相对称地设置在靠近夹具本体四周侧部的位置上；所述定位块的截面形状呈L形，L形的定位块的内侧面的竖直的面为夹持面，水平的面为承载面；本发明的侧部承载夹具，通过设置在夹具本体四周侧部的定位块上的承载面承载工件，代替一般的凸台夹具的中心承载凸台，使工件的中部与夹具之间留有一定的距离，便于加工工件的中心孔；而且对工件的外周围加工时，这种承载方式可以起到更稳定的固定效果。

本发明涉及一种夹具。
背景技术
夹具是机加工的重要组成部分，其将工件固定在机床的准确位置上，完成对工件的各种加工，既要定位准确又要夹紧可靠，因此，其结构对加工精度、加工效率有重要的影响；当对工件进行孔、槽类加工时，大多用到凸台类夹具定位，一般的凸台类夹具都在中心部设置一个承载台用来承载工件，这种夹具无法用于加工工件的中心通孔。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题，本发明的目的是：提出了一种侧部承载夹具。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的：一种侧部承载夹具，包含夹具本体，夹具本体上设置有定位孔和定位块；所述定位块互相对称地设置在靠近夹具本体四周侧部的位置上；所述定位块的截面形状呈L形，L形的定位块的内侧面的竖直的面为夹持面，水平的面为承载面。
优选的，所述定位孔设置在夹具本体的四角上。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
本发明的侧部承载夹具，通过设置在夹具本体四周侧部的定位块上的承载面承载工件，代替一般的凸台夹具的中心承载凸台，使工件的中部与夹具之间留有一定的距离，便于加工工件的中心孔；而且对工件的外周围加工时，这种承载方式可以起到更稳定的固定效果。

如图1所示，本发明所述的一种侧部承载夹具，包含夹具本体1，夹具本体1上设置有定位孔2和定位块3；所述定位孔2设置在夹具本体1的四角上；所述定位块3互相对称地设置在靠近夹具本体1四周侧部的位置上；所述定位块3的截面形状呈L形，L形的定位块3的内侧面的竖直的面为夹持面，水平的面为承载面。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
本发明的侧部承载夹具，通过设置在夹具本体四周侧部的定位块上的承载面承载工件，代替一般的凸台夹具的中心承载凸台，使工件的中部与夹具之间留有一定的距离，便于加工工件的中心孔；而且对工件的外周围加工时，这种承载方式可以起到更稳定的固定效果。

1.一种侧部承载夹具，包含夹具本体（1），夹具本体（1）上设置有定位孔（2）和定位块（3）；其特征在于：所述定位块（3）互相对称地设置在靠近夹具本体（1）四周侧部的位置上；所述定位块（3）的截面形状呈L形，L形的定位块（3）的内侧面的竖直的面为夹持面，水平的面为承载面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的侧部承载夹具，其特征在于：所述定位孔（2）设置在夹具本体（1）的四角上。
